“Dizzee loved his stay with Naoko! She sent plenty of updates and photos throughout, which was really appreciated and put our minds at ease. He was happy and settled the whole time. We’d book again in a heartbeat!”

“I had to find a last minute cat sitter and Gulsum very kindly agreed to have my cat in her home for the day. She was so welcoming, nice and friendly and very obviously loves animals! She was also looking after a little dog and I could see how happy he was to be there with her. I felt very comfortable and confident leaving Reg the cat with her. She sent me pictures and a video to keep me updated. I would definitely ask her to pet sit again. What a genuinely lovely person.”

“Second time Ed has looked after my two cats at his house for an extended period. I'm probably going to be arranging travel around his schedule going forward I am that happy with his care for the girls. I fully recommend Ed for cats staying at his house.”

“Merve was amazing! It was our first time using Rover for a pet sitter, and although our pup can be fearful with strangers, Merve and her family made him feel completely at home. I felt at ease leaving Benji with them because I saw the care and patience they had in helping him settle in. Communication was great, and the photo updates very much appreciated. I highly recommend Merve and would absolutely book with her again.”

“Angela was so lovely & really great at communicating & sending updates & photos. Greg had such a great time- I think he’d have loved to stay longer. Would 100% book again!”

“Thais was excellent with our dog, who has stayed there several times before and seems to have a lovely time. We got updates on how things were going regularly and it was very easy to get in touch prior to dropping off / collecting. Highly recommend, your dog will have a lovely time!”

“We had such a great experience with Sue who took care of our cat Ruby over the Christmas period. She was so helpful from start to finish, even arranging a house visit prior to Ruby’s stay to ensure familiarity for a smooth drop off. We received multiple updates and photos throughout and felt completely reassured that Ruby was being very well looked after. We’d highly recommend trusting Sue with your fur babies and would definitely look to rebook in the future. Thankyou so much! 😻”

“Wen Min was an excellent sitter to Cashew. She watched him for 2 weeks while we were travelling. She asked many questions about Cashew & let him get to know her ahead of staying. She was incredibly communicative with lots of sweet photos & videos - as well as reached out if she had any concerns. We would definitely trust Wen Min to watch Cashew again!”

About: I have owned dogs since I was 10 years old and have experience dealing with a wide array of breeds and temperaments. Growing up in the Irish countryside, we had high-energy boarder collies (5 over the years) who needed a lot of stimulation and exercise throughout the day. My partner James and I now live in London with our Labrador-Spaniel cross, Tayto, who is 5 years old. We have a big flat 2 minutes walk from Finsbury Park where we take him most days to play ball, sniff out interesting smells and run around. We're also close to Clissold Park, Chestnuts Park, The Parkland Walk and Woodbury Wetlands so there are plenty of options for outdoor activities at any given time of the day! Tayto was crate trained as a puppy so we are comfortable working with dogs who follow the same routine, however he is now allowed on the furniture and your dog will be too! We are very comfortable with all breeds and needs and look forward to meeting your four legged friend and getting to know them better. If your dog prefers more solo time, we can take pick them up at your home and drop them back, however for any dog-sitting in our home, they will need to be happy around our dog Tayto who is medium sized (22kg). I work from home at least 3-4 days per week and my partner James is at home for the other 2 days of the working week so there is always someone around. We have pretty flexible schedules so just let us know what your needs are and we can accommodate as much as possible. We are currently only accepting requests Monday-Friday but there is potential to accept weekend requests on a case by case basis in the future. Important: If staying in our home your dog dog must be comfortable being around another medium sized dog. We have a 5yr old labrador/spaniel cross called Tayto who we take out for walks 3 x per day so your dog will have plenty of opportunities for exercise. We crate trained Tayto from 8 weeks old (though he now sleeps in his bed/on the sofa) so are comfortable sticking to that routine if needed for your pet. We can administer medication and are very familiar with using various mental stimulation methods for dogs who are particularly high-energy and need more than just a walk/ball thrown for them!

“Omg she was so lovely with my Francois. She sent so many updates so I always knew he was happy and safe, great at communicating and getting all information needed to ensure his stay was as happy as can be. Would certainly recommend her and will be using her again in future. God bless xox”

“Allison took amazing care of our dog Gobi again. She even got some doggie Easter eggs and Gobi loved finding them! We could see how well cared for Gobi was and how comfortable she is with Allison.”

“E-Beth and her partner took excellent care of our rescue dog Summer. They were diligent and understanding about her behavioural needs. We received lots of lovely photos and updates. Will definitely use them again!”

“Emily was amazing! I could not have asked for anyone better to look after Luna on such short notice. It is clear how much she loves and cares for dogs. Luna was happy, healthy, and clearly well looked after when we picked her up—she almost seemed reluctant to leave and come home! I greatly appreciated Emily’s kindness, communication, and the many updates and photos she sent throughout Luna’s stay, even when I wasn’t able to reply. I would happily trust Emily to look after Luna again. As a fellow Doberman owner, I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter. Thank you, Emily!”

“Adriana is the loveliest, warmest person! She kept Dusty safe & happy. Loads of updates and I could tell he was super relaxed on his stay there! So happy we’ve found her! :) xx”

“Wen Hei looked after my pup Teddy amazing and sent through lots of updates keeping me up to date with how he was and his adventures. Teddy has separation anxiety from me and hadn’t ever been left for this long but he had the best time and loved his little holiday away as was very clear from all the photos and videos. I will definitely be using Wen Hei again and would highly recommend.”

“Beccy was absolutely amazing with my cat, Tabitha, who boarded with her while I was away. From the start, Beccy was great at keeping me updated with regular messages, which was comforting knowing Tabitha was happy and cared for. When I picked Tabitha up, she was calm, relaxed, and clearly had a wonderful stay. Beccy is diligent with understand the individual needs of each pet and is reliable, attentive, and caring. She clearly genuinely loves animals, and wants both pets and their owners to feel comfortable. When I was unexpectedly delayed getting back to collect Tabitha, Beccy was understanding and accommodating, which took stress away. Tabitha also had wonderful company, attention, and playtime, and it was clear she'd been treated like a family member. I can't recommend Beccy highly enough and will definitely be booking with her again!”

She clearly loves cats and we knew our boys were being well looked after. We got a message and photos each day. She took time to play with them - and we are definitely stealing her idea of the Dreamies Treasure Hunt! ”

“If I could give Min 20 stars I would 💯. On our 1st meet with her my fluffy frenchy puppy took to her calm loving nature straight away (Which is very unknown of puppy as most of the time she doesn’t take to anyone straight away lol) I took to Min too as she has a beautiful spirit. On the 1st day that Min had puppy, puppy settled in very well and the became great friends 🥰 and have been ever since! She takes her out for walks and sends pictures of them having snuggles she also keeps me updated all throughout the day which is really nice🥰 I highly recommend Min to other owners as she is excellent with dogs! Thank you min for helping me look after my babies with love and care. And so happy that we found you! You are the best 🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️💕💕”

“Everything went very smoothly with Allison :) She took care of my labrador Wally while I was at work and sent me pictures throughout the day as requested. I will definitely book her again !”

“Suting is absolutely amazing with dogs and Bruno loves spending time with her, he is always very happy to see her:) Suting always takes such a good care of Bruno and I am very grateful. Could not recommend Suting enough.”

“What a great introduction to the app! Troy loved his stay with Bianca, so much so, I had to convince him to leave. This was our first time leaving our 4 month old Cavapoo with anyone, so we were nervous finding someone at first. The nerves went when we had a video call with Bianca a week before the booking. She was bubbly and confident and clearly experienced with dogs. On the day of the booking, Troy was received with lots of hugs. Bianca provided pics and updates throughout the stay, which was a really nice touch. Will definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommended. Thank you Bianca!”

“Mia was great with our 15 week old schnoodle puppy, Rolli. She cared for him so well. Sent us pictures during the day. On pick up he was happy, and rather tired! We’ll definitely use Mia again.”

“Naoko is a fantastic petsitter. She is clearly very experienced with dogs and took perfect care of little Kyoko. Kyoko enjoyed very much her first day with her. Warmly recommended !”

About: I hold 10 years of experience in Dog/Cat care. My main approach is just being able to provide a lot love and attention! with the daily walks if needed. I take a patient and gentle approach , allowing them to build trust at their own pace.

“Julia helped me out massively, as I’ve just moved and needed a dog walker urgently. She was incredibly thorough in her preparation for looking after my dog and did a great job, I feel very lucky to have found her!”

About: Over the years with big family, I've grown up with lots of pets, such as cats, dogs, rabbits, geckos. This has led to me taking up pet sitting and dog walking over the years part time to keep me involved with pets. Animals tend to take a liking to me and vice versa. I am well skilled in understanding the temperament of animals and how to navigate their moods. For personal circumstances stances right now I am not in place to have my own pets but definitely will when the time permits of it, hence rover and looking to be around animals as much as possible! I genuinely love animals and the outdoors and feel rover is a great place to offer my services for the busy working animal mums and dads who need additional help. A day in care with me would be as close to a normal day for your pet as possible, following your guidelines and routine. Including of course, lots of interaction, play, attention and love, whether it’s a walk, sit, or quick drop in to check up and fill up their bowls! Currently my work schedule is extremely flexible which allows me to use this platform for additional purposes. I am an active person in general and usually go for long works everyday regardless. I now and then check on cats for family members during the week from time to time. Pet care is essential and I do my best to ensure a safe environment for pets when in my personal care or adhering to the owners environment, schedule and daily habits / routines to keep things as normal, safe and as fun as possible for your pets. Engagement, interaction, attention and care are all key for me which your pet can expect!
About: I've taken care of my grandma's and dad's dogs for a few years before moving to London. I have a cat who doesn't get along with dogs, therefore I'd like to spend more time with dogs, as I miss them a lot! I can do drop-in around my work schedule and walks at the weekend. I have 15 years experience with cats, please feel free to ask any questions. I work in the office Monday to Friday 9.00-18.00 and I can fit in drop-in visits before and after work. I am available flexibily throughout the weekend for both drop-in and walks. I'm very happy to help tidying up the house during drop-in visits (collecting mail, watering plants, emptying the bins, etc.) and to send you daily updates of your furry friends (photos, videos, emails, etc.). I'm a great choice for a sitter because I'm friendly, trustworthy, patient and calm. I'm also aware of the fact that every dog and cat have their own personality and humans have to behave accordingly.
About: I have grown up around dogs and my family has had everything from chihuahuas and retrievers to spaniels and staffies. I am naturally very good with animals and am able to care for dogs of all sizes and needs. I have done dog sitting regularly since I was 12 for family friends and neighbours and I am very well trusted to do so. I take huge pride in my ability to bond with a pet and always take the time to really understand them and listen to their needs. I miss having a dog around since I moved to London so would love the company 🥰 My job is very flexible but usually I work Tuesday-Thursday in the City so evenings, weekends and Mondays work well for me. Unfortunately due to new flatmates can not offer boarding at this time!:( I live in a secure apartment with lots of parks nearby. Pets are always more than welcome on the bed/furniture but also have plenty room for a crate if preferred!!
“Maks has been so great with Rui, very patient calm and kind. Taking time to get to know him and reassure him as he was quite anxious and barky for the first couple of visits. We will gladly recommend him to others. Wonderful !”

About: Hello! I’m Danielle, a huge animal lover with years of experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Growing up, my mother ran a dog-sitting business, so our home was always full of furry visitors. Over the years I’ve cared for a wide range of breeds including Labradors, Cockapoos, German Shepherds, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Great Danes, Pugs, Basset Hounds, Jack Russells and many more. I’ve also looked after dogs for extended stays, so I’m comfortable managing different routines, energy levels and dietary requirements. I currently split my time between several jobs, including hospitality and event work, which means my schedule changes from week to week. While I don’t work traditional office hours anymore, I often have plenty of availability throughout the week and can be flexible with walks, drop-ins and pet care. I keep my calendar updated and am always happy to discuss availability before booking. When caring for your pet, my focus is making sure they feel safe, happy and well looked after. Whether that’s an energetic walk, plenty of playtime, companionship while you’re away, or simply sticking to their usual routine, I always treat every pet as if they were my own. I love being outdoors and exploring new walking routes, and I enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality. You can expect regular updates, photos and lots of attention for your furry family member while they’re in my care. My schedule varies from week to week as I split my time between several jobs, including hospitality and event work. This means I don’t work traditional office hours anymore, but I often have availability throughout the week for walks, drop-ins and pet care. I keep my calendar up to date and am happy to discuss my availability before booking. Whether you need an early morning walk, a lunchtime check-in or evening company for your pet, I’ll always do my best to accommodate. Your pet’s wellbeing is always my top priority. Before any booking, I like to have a quick chat with owners to learn more about their dog’s personality, routine and any specific needs. I find it helpful to know how they are around other dogs, children or busy environments, whether there is anything they dislike or should avoid, and what commands they know so I can provide consistent care. I always aim to keep your pet’s routine as familiar as possible, ensuring they receive plenty of exercise, attention and companionship while in my care. I’m happy to follow feeding schedules, dietary requirements and any other care instructions, and I’ll keep you updated with messages and photos throughout their time with me.

About: I grew up caring for a rescue dog who had been abandoned and was anxious around people and loud noises. This taught me how to handle dogs (especially nervous and sensitive ones) patiently, and recognise stress signals early to give dogs the time and space they need to feel safe. I also volunteered at animal shelters when I was younger, helping care for dogs with a range of temperaments and needs. Building trust through patience and consistency was incredibly rewarding and made me love dogs so much more. I am now living in London as a student without my own dog, and genuinely miss the companionship pets bring. I’m more than happy to give your dogs my full attention, care, and affection! I'm currently studying for the Bar and my Masters and am typically at home studying around 5 days a week, which allows me to give pets plenty of companionship and supervision throughout the day. I take regular breaks by going out on walks or errands such as grocery runs, so I'm able to comfortably incorporate exercise and outdoor time for your pets if needed! Because of my studies, my routine is flexible to fit each pet's usual schedule, including feeding times, walks and any specific care instructions. I provide personalised, one-on-one care and attention for every dog in my home to ensure they receive plenty of individual care. Occasionally, a boarding stay may overlap with a daycare booking. In these situations, I always carefully inform owners in advance, and can keep dogs separate if needed. I prioritise making pets feel comfortable in their own home and respect household routines as communicated. During walks, I keep dogs on lead unless otherwise instructed and ensure their wellbeing at all times. I also communicate regularly with updates and photos, and I'm always happy to discuss any specific needs or preferences in advance.
“My Terrier dogs both took to Estelle straight away and they clearly enjoyed each others company. She turned up on time and walked them for the full hour, returning them and cleaning their paws before leaving. I would highly recommend her”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and currently have one of my own (very sweet little cavalier girl), so caring for dogs is second nature to me. I understand that every dog has their own personality, routines, and quirks—and I genuinely enjoy getting to know what makes each one feel safe, happy, and loved. I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding routines, playtime, basic training reinforcement, and lots of cuddles (if they’re the cuddly type!). I’m also comfortable adjusting care based on a dog’s age, energy level, and any special instructions you have. I treat every dog as if they were my own and aim to give owners total peace of mind while they’re away. Whether your pup is high-energy, shy, or somewhere in between, I’ll make sure they’re well cared for, exercised, and spoiled with attention. I am available much of the time to care for your best friend - flexible schedule so reach out with your needs to check availability. Thanks I live on a quiet residential street near several parks so I can take your pup for lovely walks. I also have a private garden for your pooch to play in or for toilet breaks. I also have a small cavalier girl who is very friendly (but sometimes goes to stay with her grandparents).
About: If you're looking for a cat sitter who will love your cat as much as you do, then I'm your person! I've been a cat lover my whole life. I took my first steps when I grabbed a cat's tail, and I've been hooked ever since. I currently have two cats, Rune and Morpheus Thundercat, who I gladly serve and see to their every whim. Rune takes medication daily, so I have experience with that as well. I'm a cat sitter who will ensure your cat's every desire is met. I'll play with them, cuddle with them, leave them alone if they prefer, and give them brushies. I work from home during the mornings, so I'm available in the afternoons and evenings and have a flexible schedule. You can be at ease knowing that I'll take care of your cat and give you regular updates and photos. I'm a reliable, trustworthy, DBS checked and pet first aid certified. I love cats and I'll take care of yours as if they were my own, and we'll soon be best friends. Contact me today to book or to meet before you do. Here are some of the things I can do for your cat: - Feed and water your cat - Clean the litter box - Play with your cat - Cuddle with your cat - Give your cat brushies - Take your cat for walks (if they're up for it) - Give your cat their medication (if necessary) - Send you regular updates and photos of your cat - Water any plants - Bring in the post My rates are £18 for one visit a day or £25 for two or overnight for £45 (Non-Holiday rates) My rates are for up to four cats; contact me for rates for more. To book two visits a day on this new site, click on drop-in visits and then manually add a visit to any day you would like to have two visits. I currently do cat and house sitting full-time and have a fully flexible schedule. I'm always around and available for bookings, including at short notice. I will follow your instructions and respect your home as I do my own. My cats do not go outside, so if yours shouldn't, I am experienced at stopping curious kitties from running out the door (I've mastered the foot-blocking technique).
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10, starting with my uncle’s and grandmother’s dogs. I had a Yorkshire Terrier for about 10 years and later looked after her puppies for a few months. I’ve been actively dog-sitting for several months here in London, and I absolutely love spending time with dogs, playing with them, and keeping them entertained. I enjoy walking and spending time outdoors, especially with dogs. I have experience caring for puppies, older dogs, and even handling more than two dogs at once, and dogs with needs. I love exploring different parks with dogs, taking them on long walks, and making sure they stay active and happy. I truly enjoy their company, and I’m always excited to meet new pups! I am available every day. From Monday to Friday I’m available after 5:30pm as I’m in the office from 8:30am-5:30pm. I’m available at anytime on weekends. I’m happy to stay over and take care of your dogs. I can also consider having your dog at my place. I am also happy to discuss staying over for days with your dog/dogs. I’m happy to take care of your dog and watch it for you or take them out for walks. I’m happy to care for your dog in your home or potentially mine.
“Sam is very obviously a caring dog lover. I was a late booking but he turned up on time (for both bookings I made) on time and gave my dog great attention and good walks. My dog was pleased to see Sam again for the afternoon walk; he was all waggy-tailed and happy. Sam himself is very personable, happy and good to deal with.”

“Kate was prompt, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She was confident with my slightly quirky greyhound, and he took to her immediately which is always a great sign. Would definitely book Kate again!”

About: I have no pets in my current north London home, but previously had 2 large german shepherd dogs at my family home in Surrey who I've grown up with. I could walk them both together because I've trained them well and am a strong capable dog walker. I can walk or look after any type of dog, I'm always calm and patient with them and promise I will love them as you do! I’d love to look after any pets you have but I especially love dogs. I work from home nearly every day with occasional mid week office visits. I could take your dog out for regular walks during the day and would cuddle them and play with them while at home. I work from home a lot of the time and can be available all week days! Potentially available for overnight or weekend care if needed. Happy to look after your pets! I live right next to Alexandra Palace and I can come for drop ins or dog walks as needed and also happy to dog sit in my flat and take for walks as needed. I’m capable of walking two German shepherds so I can handle most things!

“Elise was amazing! She communicated so well with us and sent amazing photos. We felt so safe and reassured oden was in great hands! Can’t wait to book with Elise again soon!”

About: Both my dog and I love other dogs! My dog is 6 years old Frenchie Boston mix. She and I both enjoy playing and cuddling with other dogs. I will love your dog as my own. I have experience with small and medium dogs, mostly terriers. However, I enjoy larger dogs as well and Harley (my dog) loves big dogs too. I’m currently a student and am home all day a few days a week and on weekends. My schedule is not the most consistent but I know my schedule far enough in advance to easily schedule things. I’m also available most evening if you want a night out. I have an enclosed garden/patio for dogs to play and sunbath in. On nice days I leave the door to the outside open for my dog to come and go as she pleases. Potty breaks can be on a walk or outside in the patio area if needed. Your dog has full access to my home and furniture. We love to cuddle on the couch. I also have a seated bay window for the dogs to watch the world go by.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and caring for them has always been a big part of who I am. Growing up in Colombia, my family and I would feed and welcome stray dogs, and we adopted our own family dog when he was just 45 days old. I regularly look after the dogs of family and friends, so I’m experienced with dogs of different personalities and needs. I understand how important it is to know your pet is in safe, caring hands while you’re away. Whether you’re going on holiday or simply need someone to look after your dog while you’re at work, I’d be happy to provide them with plenty of love, attention, walks, and care. I live in a spacious two-bedroom first-floor flat with a large, secure balcony. I work from home Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, so your dog will have company and plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m available for boarding on both weekdays and weekends. I don’t have any pets or children, so your dog will enjoy a calm and quiet environment. They’ll have access to all the rooms in our home, as well as our secure balcony, where they can relax under supervision. I’ll always follow your dog’s usual routine, including feeding times, walks, playtime, and any special care instructions. If your dog is crate-trained, I’m happy to set up a comfortable space for their crate so they feel safe and at home during their stay
“Nathan was absolutely fantastic! He stepped in last minute to watch my dog and treated her with so much care and attention. I could tell my pup was happy and comfortable the whole time, and Nathan kept me updated which gave me peace of mind. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter! Thank you Nathan”

About: Hello! I have taken care of my family cockapoo (walks, showers, food) for over 15 years, since she was a puppy. She is now a bit older, with rather particular habits! . I’ve been trusted to look after many of my neighbour’s and friend’s dogs over the years, including dachshunds, golden retrievers, labradors and poodles. . Personally, I am training to be a lawyer in a large city firm, and I live in Finsbury Park with one flatmate (a doctor and fellow dog enthusiast). Our flat is a spacious, clean and modern new-build. . We are just opposite Finsbury Park itself, and next door to the very pretty and dog friendly Clissold Park, so there are plenty of opportunities for nice walks with your dog! I currently have an empty summer before the next stage of my legal training. I can be very flexible with pet care as my summer projects are not exactly time sensitive (learning Italian, reading, some revision here and there…) I have a terraced flat. There is no garden, but ample space between the kitchen and living room, and terrace. I am directly opposite Finsbury Park, and a 5 minute walk from Clissold Park, both of which are very dog friendly.
“Marta came across very knowledgeable from the start and asked all the right questions which put me at ease. She was also kind enough to invite me and Romeo beforehand to come see her place and he felt right at home. She also kept me posted during his stay. Would be happy to recommend Marta :)”
“Mia did a wonderful job with Bojo while we were away. He was spoilt rotten and came back a very happy dog ! I would definitely recommend Mia to look after your dog !! Thanks Mia”

“Nicole and her partner took wonderful care of Mabel over the long weekend, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Despite the scorching London heat (34°C!), they made sure she was comfortable, happy, and well looked after. They even treated her to a lovely day trip to the Cotswolds, which was such a thoughtful touch. Mabel came back completely fulfilled and content. I really appreciated how flexible Nicole was with pick-up and drop-off, and the regular photos and updates gave me great peace of mind. They are genuinely lovely people, and I would absolutely trust them again in the future.”

“Rachelle was just brilliant, she looked after my two (very nervous) cats with such love and care that they weren’t nervous at all. She also sent me loads of updates which I loved, and as an incidental bonus took some really lovely photos! Would give more than 5 stars if I could :)”

“The perfect sitter! My cat was well looked after with Arina and came back even calmer than I left him, as his first time being away from home I couldn’t recommend her enough to make your pets feel safe & comfortable. Great with updates and response times too. Thank you☺️”

“Gina had our springer spaniel for a week this time - it was his second stay with her. I received so many pictures and videos of him, racing around the park, playing and cuddling. When we picked him up, he still ran back to her for more cuddles - he was one very happy dog. Thank you so much Gina! 😍”
