I’m the owner of a five-year-old Yorkshire Terrier named Duke, and I’ve also regularly cared for dogs of all sizes for friends and family ever since I was a teenager. Through these experiences, I understand how important it is for owners to feel confident that their pets are safe, comfortable, and well looked after while they’re away. I’m very attentive to routines, feeding schedules, walks, and making sure each dog feels relaxed and cared for in a calm environment. I’m also happy to send regular photo and message updates so owners can see how their dog is doing and have complete peace of mind while they’re away.

I cannot recommend Jimmy highly enough! Leaving your beloved pet behind while you're on holiday is never easy, but from the moment we dropped our dog off, we knew they were in the best possible hands. Throughout our vacation, we received regular updates, messages, and plenty of photos, which gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our trip. What impressed us most was the genuine love, care, and attention our dog received. It was clear that they weren't just being looked after—they were being completely pampered and treated like part of the family. Every picture showed a happy, relaxed, and content dog enjoying walks, playtime, cuddles, and all the attention they could wish for. The communication was exceptional, with timely updates that reassured us every step of the way. It was obvious that Jimmy genuinely cares about the wellbeing and happiness of every pet he looks after. In fact, I think our dog may have enjoyed their holiday more than we did! Since returning home, they've genuinely seemed to miss all the attention, affection, and fun they had during their stay. Thank you Jimmy for taking such wonderful care of our furry family member. I always feel at ease leaving my dog with Jim. Seeing how much love and care he gives his yorkie Duke (the most spoiled dog in the world) reassures me that my dog is being loved and treated like his own kin every time.
Jim looked after our Golden Retriever Cooper for a couple of days while we were away. We were a bit nervous about leaving him as he’s a big, energetic dog, but Jim was great and immediately put us at ease. While we were away he sent us photos and videos and kept us updated on how things were going. It was really nice seeing our dog happy, out on walks, and clearly being well looked after. Cooper clearly didn't want to leave Jim's place when we came to pick him up so I'd say he was very happy. We'd definitely ask Jim to help again when we’re out of town and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter.
From the moment we left, I felt completely at ease knowing our Pomeranian was in such caring and attentive hands. Jim clearly has a genuine love for animals and took the time to make sure our dog felt comfortable, happy, and well cared for. What really stood out was Jim’s communication, he regularly sent us photos and videos which gave us peace of mind while we were away. It’s not easy to leave your pet with someone else, but we regularly call Jim when we’re out of town because we know our dog will be treated with the same care and attention that we would give her.

Schedule
I mainly work from home, which allows me to give dogs plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. I’m able to accommodate regular walks, feeding schedules, and playtime to match your dog’s usual routine. I understand how important consistency is for pets, so I make sure they feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for while their owners are away.

I’m a very attentive and responsible dog owner myself, so I treat every dog as if they were my own. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully regarding feeding, walking routines, and any special needs. Safety and comfort are my top priorities, and I make sure dogs are supervised, relaxed, and in a calm environment. I also have access to a gated garden where dogs can safely spend time outside and play. I understand that every dog has a different personality, so I take the time to make sure they feel secure and comfortable.

A typical day
I enjoy taking dogs on walks, playing with them, and giving them plenty of attention and interaction throughout the day. Depending on the dog’s personality and energy level, we’ll spend time playing in the garden, going for relaxed neighborhood walks, or simply relaxing together. My goal is to keep them mentally stimulated, comfortable, and happy.
