About: I can offer care for all animals at your house. I have had 3 dogs in the past at home to look after alongside a cat. The age and size of dog doesn't bother me as long as if I am to walk them they won't pull me over as I am small. I am 26 and love animals, but working at the station means owning one is difficult. I can groom, walk, play and cuddle. I have a car so can take the dogs to parks or other places further out the way for walks as well as being able to provide my own transport. I can give regular updates on the animals during the day if wished. I work a shift pattern so can help with different days, different times to suit as needed. I walk plenty and own a house with a garden so happy to have your dog for as long as needed across the day I have a 6ft walled garden and plenty of knowledge of where to walk dogs in the local area to suit whatever needs are required

About: I grew up with a dog for 15 and a half years, which had a profound impact on me. I decided to pursue dog training after adopting a Boxer, a decision I've never regretted. I've learned a great deal about myself, including my insecurities, strengths, and how dogs and horses perceive me. It's been an invaluable experience that I've refined more and more throughout my life. I can care for dogs of any size and age, though they should be at least one year old. If needed, I can train young dogs and also care for older ones. I can also administer oral medications and give your Sweetie a soft & calming massage. In 2018 and 2021, I adopted two rescued Greyhounds whose calm and balanced nature has helped many other dogs. Even though they sometimes get excited at dog meetups, they always manage to build a stable relationship. This invaluable talent has brought us many friends on our daily walks. My two sweeties have become important members of various dog groups / packs and are, of course, always welcome among people. I am also available to help with nearly any behavioural issues you may encounter with your dog. How to read a dog's body language? How do I train my dog ​​not to pull on the leash all the time? Why does my dog ​​bark even when there's (obviously) no reason to? Would you like to change this unwanted behaviour in your beloved pet? Talk to me. I work from my home office in the mornings and late evenings. At midday, I take my two Greyhounds for their second walk, and they always enjoy sharing this time with new friends. They are both extremely friendly and outgoing, even with small dogs. Then it's garden time, perhaps some training, or playtime with friends like a Giant Schnauzer and a Labrador at my home. So there's always something going on, and after all that romping around, a little nap is more than welcome. I live in a typical residential area in Morecambe, yet still close to Lancaster. The area in and around Heysham and Morecambe offers plenty of opportunities for dog walks - whether out in the open countryside, across fields, or through small wooded areas. Beach walks are by far the dogs' favourite, and we regularly meet up with friends. At home and in my backyard I offer lounging areas, cooling mats in the summer, and a separate feeding area - indoors or outdoors, depending on the season and weather conditions.

About: Hi there! I have been around all kinds of animals my whole life, especially dogs! I grew up on a farm in rural Ontario, Canada with horses, goats, chickens, sheep, cats, dogs, rabbits, etc. We lost our sweet old yellow lab Ginger last year and adopted a German Shepherd mix Tessa several months later to befriend our other lab, Deek. I was an au pair in Australia where one of my responsibilities included their three dogs, two working Kelpies Gus and Buddy as well as a Jack Russel Toby. In the last three years I've lived in the UK and regularly used Trusted Housesitters to explore the country while getting to love and care for some of the sweetest critters!! Having grown up with dogs constantly, I find myself missing them endlessly and thought that this could be an excellent way to curb the desire to own a dog of my own as it is not feasible at this time! I'm currently studying my PGCE in Lancaster and missing having pets around greatly! I've never lived without any pets before and would love to have a bit of fun with your pets as I can't have my own at this time! I grew up with farm animals so am very easy to adapt to whatever situation is needed! I've given medication and care to all types of animals including dogs and cats, have helped with some walk training processes when I worked at a pet store during my uni degree for 3 years, as well as just growing up with my own pets! I am more than willing to accommodate any and all requests for care and additional pet related tasks!

About: I’ve been in love with cats and dogs as long as I can remember! I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 11 and my neighbours and friends love the way I interacted with the pets and relied on me to play, walk, feed, bath their pets. I adopted my first cat when I was 19 and taking care of my friends’ dog, dog breeds including(golden retriever, labrador, husky, german shepherd, chihuahua, Eskimo, corgi, poodle, shiba Inu, schnauzer etc). I’m doing my master degree at Lancaster University now. I have done my dissertation so my schedule is flexible. I’m happy to meet your fur baby whenever is best for their schedule. About: I have five years of hands-on experience caring for my family dog, a 7-year-old Pomeranian–Shiba Inu mix weighing around 6 kg. He is energetic and friendly with other dogs, so I am comfortable supervising walks, playtime and social interaction. Since moving to the UK, I have really missed spending time with my dog in Hong Kong. This encouraged me to join this platform so I can continue caring for dogs and provide them with safe, attentive and affectionate companionship. I usually walk him for around 30 minutes in the morning or afternoon and another 90 minutes in the evening. I manage his feeding routine, clean his paws after every walk, bathe and brush him regularly, and brush his teeth weekly. I have also given him deworming treatment and medication for ear irritation. After his neutering surgery, I cared for him during his recovery and monitored his energy levels and behaviour closely. During walks, I remain calm, maintain a steady pace and keep the lead controlled rather than encouraging pulling or running. I am reliable, patient and happy to follow each owner’s feeding, walking and care instructions carefully. I can provide regular photo and message updates. I currently offer dog walking and care at the owner’s home. In an emergency, I would contact the owner immediately and seek veterinary assistance when necessary. I am available every day from July to September, so I have plenty of time for walks, playtime and attentive care. From late September, my availability will depend on my university timetable, but I will regularly update my schedule and communicate clearly with owners before accepting bookings. As my accommodation does not allow pets, I only provide dog walking and drop-in care at the owner’s home. I will follow all feeding, walking, medication and household instructions carefully, keep doors secure and make sure your dog is comfortable and safe. I can also send regular photo and message updates, and I will contact the owner immediately if I notice anything unusual.
