Beatrice looked after our two standard poodles, Odin and Carter, for a full day while we were in Manchester. She offered to pop over for a meet & greet a few weeks prior, which immediately put us at ease. On the day of the booking, she arrived and left promptly, took the boys on both of their daily walks and sent steady photo updates throughout the day to let us know how they were doing. Beatrice is friendly, dependable and clearly great with dogs as Odin and Carter took to her right away. We would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter.

It was in the initial meeting that i knew Beatrice was the perfect person to look after a rather nervous cat who would be feeling lonely when i went on holiday. She was great in learning what was needed and i know that in her 30 minute visits, my cat would have got a huge amount of 'tlc'. It was great to receive a video during my time away. The end of my holiday was thrown into total chaos due to severe weather in Europe, airport closures and flight cancellations. However, Beatrice willingly stepped in with anything extra which was needed until i could return home. The wonderful thing is that when i go away again, i will be asking Beatrice to look after my cat in full knowledge of the superb care and attention my 'fluffy friend' will get!

Beatrice was fantastic and seemed to earn the trust of a nervous cat! She was extra helpful with being able to do an extra when my plans changed at the last minute. Will be booking again in the future!
