“She did a great Job. Came to meet our dog before hand to help get her used to a dog walker as it was the first time we have left her with a walker and on the day though our dog was barky and a bit nervous she was very good with her. Kept us updates with messages and some pictures and most importantly our dog was safe and got her walk. Cant recommend Chloe any more!”

About: With over 20 years of experience caring for both dogs and cats, I’ve had the joy of growing up surrounded by pets thanks to my family’s love for animals. This has given me a deep understanding of their needs, behaviors, and unique personalities. I’ve also had hands-on experience caring for pets with special needs, such as a British Shorthair cat with a heart condition, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being at all times. What makes me stand out as a pet sitter is my lifelong dedication to animals and my ability to provide attentive, personalized care. I bring not only experience but also empathy and patience, making pets feel secure and loved in my care. I’m comfortable with senior pet care and can handle the specific challenges that come with medical needs or administering medication. My approach prioritizes the happiness and health of every pet as if they were my own. As someone who works from home, I have a highly flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate ample time to caring for pets nearby. My daily routine revolves around creating a calm and loving environment for pets, ensuring they get the attention, care, and companionship they deserve. Whether it’s regular walks, feeding, playtime, or keeping their spaces clean and comfortable, I’m able to seamlessly integrate pet care into my day-to-day activities. My flexibility also means I can accommodate specific needs or schedules, providing reliable and personalized care that fits around the pet and owner’s requirements. When caring for pets in my home, I create a safe, clean, and pet-friendly environment, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure at all times. I carefully remove any hazards, such as toxic plants or small objects, and provide plenty of space for play and relaxation. Their well-being is my top priority, so I maintain a consistent routine for feeding, walks, and playtime, tailored to their specific needs. When looking after pets in their own home, I prioritize respecting the owner’s space while ensuring the pets feel at ease in their familiar surroundings. I follow detailed instructions regarding feeding, exercise, and care routines, while also keeping the home tidy and safe. Building trust with both pets and owners is essential, so I maintain open communication and provide regular updates, giving peace of mind that their furry friends are in caring and responsible hands.
“Gandalf had a fantastic time with Alex! I highly recommend using Alex, she is kind and loving towards all animals and Gandalf loves her and her dog Tally. Thanks Alex for giving Gandalf a good time much appreciated ❤”
About: I’ve taken care of my two hungarian vislas from a young age, alongside my rag doll-pursian cat which has allowed me to gain a wide range of skills in feeding, walking and bathing animals! (i also have chickens and fish!) Many of my friends and family own animals, where i have had to look after animals with all different sizes and personalities. This has allowed meant i have a boarder range of knowledge when taking care of animals. I'm currently living at Lancaster University, but often travel home where I come back to my two dogs and cat. My work week has given me lots of free-time which means I will have more than enough time to care for your pets! When living at home, I have a fenced garden which gives my dogs the ability to have lots of free space to roam around in. I am dedicated to creating a safe and comfortable space for any pet, which includes regular bathroom breaks and socialisation.
“Gabrielle took such good care of Meg and was really thoughtful in messaging me to keep me updated with reports and photos of their time together. I know I can relax and trust that Meg is in safe hands with Gabrielle”

About: I grew up with 2 wonderful dogs, who I still miss to this day (they never really leave you, do they?). I am extremely dog-centric; I say hello to all the dogs, I'm the first people friends call when they need a dog-sitter. I am an ace walker - your dog will get ALL the walks (if they need them!). I'm happy to care for all ages, breeds and sizes of hounds - not just happy, but honoured to! I'm an academic that has just graduated with a PhD from Lancaster Uni. I do teaching here and there throughout the week, and in between I'm writing academic journal articles for publication. This means that I am free most of the week, and when not teaching at the uni I can work wherever I need to be! I can stick to whatever guidelines or boundaries are set and I love long walks (or short walks if they only have little legs). I can't wait to meet your familiars!
About: I can offer care for all animals at your house. I have had 3 dogs in the past at home to look after alongside a cat. The age and size of dog doesn't bother me as long as if I am to walk them they won't pull me over as I am small. I am 26 and love animals, but working at the station means owning one is difficult. I can groom, walk, play and cuddle. I have a car so can take the dogs to parks or other places further out the way for walks as well as being able to provide my own transport. I can give regular updates on the animals during the day if wished. I work a shift pattern so can help with different days, different times to suit as needed. I walk plenty and own a house with a garden so happy to have your dog for as long as needed across the day I have a 6ft walled garden and plenty of knowledge of where to walk dogs in the local area to suit whatever needs are required
“Jess has been an absolute godsend. Our dog absolutely adores her and she has made my transition back to work and leaving the dog at home a much smoother process. I highly recommend Jess to anyone once she comes back from a much needed summer break”

“Mia is fab. My dog Nadia loves her. She posts nice photos and videos and always keeps the app up to date. I was really worried about getting a new dog walker and Mia has made everything much better.”

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a young child. I have always had multiple pets. I am an ex police officer, so you know you can trust me in your home. I’m confident, friendly and reliable. I am extremely flexible and willing to change my day around to meet the needs of you and your pet. Any questions/requests just ask me! I am confident with animals and very trustworthy. I intend on keeping the owner updated with pictures and discussions about their pets throughout my visit
About: I have loved and taken care of two little maltese doggies and a cat for over 10 years. Because of their aging I am more than capable in dealing with medicine/medicinal routines with dogs. I am a lonely unemployed student who would love to take care of your pet and will most likely be available at any time! I am available for boarding on weekends every 2 weeks and Weekdays (other than Wednesday and Friday) I am free. I have a small fenced garden perfect for quick potty breaks. I have space in my room for a crate if needed but any animals are welcome to go on furniture. I also have treats that will be approved by you before feeding.
About: RSPCA volunteer and animal lover with 2 plus years experience with a variety of animals, of all ages. Would always love to meet more and help! Currently working part-time (2/3 days a week in evenings) so are very available throughout most days and weekends if needed, also flexible with this too. I have a fenced garden, with no other animals in the house as of right now, allowing me to take care of pets as needed.
About: I own a dog walking business which is based in the areas of Morecambe, Heysham, Hest Bank and Halton and surrounding areas. I have a crated van, insurance and I’m also Canine First Aid Trained. I also have a pet jet for washing down your muddy pups 🐾 I have been open since April 2025. I walk in small groups of maximum 4 dogs paired carefully. It’s £15 for a 1 hour group walk, additional dogs from the same household are an extra £5. Pet visits are £10. I have many years of experience in the industry with all types of animals including horses, rabbits, dogs and cats. I also offer horse care services which I am qualified in with 15+ years personal experience 🐎 Please contact me first for a free meet and greet if you are interested, thankyou 🐾😊 This job fits into my weekly routine perfectly, I love my job and all the furry friends that come with it, it fits in with my healthy active lifestyle very well. On my walks, all the dogs are treated like my own. They are all spoilt with treats (if allowed) and lots of attention. My walks are a perfect way for your dogs to socialise with other dogs which is very important. You can find from my walks that some range from quiet strolls to adventurous walks/runs, depending on your dogs capability. All dogs are paired carefully 😊
“Ashleigh is superb. I know Bob is so safe in her hands. She is diligent, caring and a wise safeguarder. She is also dependable and has been so flexible about my disability. Can't recommend enough.”
About: Since I was little I have always lived with animals. Currently my family and I have 2 cats and 1 dog. I walk my dog most days and I helped to train him as a pup. I love my cats so much and spend a lot of my time playing with and caring for them. I really miss being around my animals when I’m away at University, so would be so happy to meet and care for your pet :) I am currently studying Medicine at the University of Manchester. I am currently on a break from placement, writing up an extended project at home, so my schedule is very flexible. With a few days notice I am more or less available whenever is needed. When looking after dogs I would ensure I keep them on a lead at all times - unless I had full trust in my relationship with them and you had confirmed they could be let off. If a cat was an indoor cat I would never let it near an outside door or leave windows open. I am living in student accommodation at the moment so would not be able to have pets in my own home.
About: I’ve grown up around dogs all my life which has made me become very fin of all animals and created a passion for animals and I’d love if I could always be around animals and take care of the and give the the love the deserve. Currently I have two big dogs who I love and adore and I can’t wait to meet many other different kinds of dogs and cats. I’m currently studying at Lancaster University, however my schedule is not very busy at the moment so I would love to use my spare time to help others and care for their animals. I’m very experienced with dogs of all breeds and could manage any issues I may or may not encounter. I love playing with dogs so I would be very content looking after playful dogs who need a lot of attention. I also enjoy going on walks by myself but having a dog there would make it even better! I’m confident that I can manage and be attentive to any breed and any personality a dog may have. I’m good at reading animals body language to understand if they’re nervous, uncomfortable or unsure and would do my best to take them out the situation that was maybe causing them to feel such a way.
About: I have been brought up around dogs since I was a young child, as my family first had a springer spaniel. I've taken care of lots of different types of dogs throughout my life. I helped to train our working cocker spaniel since she was a puppy. Who I also cared for and walked often. I have always really enjoyed spending time with dogs and looking after them. I have full availability through the week at the moment, so have lots of time free to look after your pets! 🐾 However, I am not available for boarding at the weekends. I live in a fairly large flat with a balcony but this is enclosed, so there are no safety issues with it. I live on the canal, and near a nature reserve, so it is perfect for dog walking! 🐕 I walk a lot anyway, so it would be perfect to have the company of a dog on my walks!
About: Je m’occupe de chiens depuis l’âge d’environ 12 ans. Entre les chiens et les chats de mes voisins et de mes amis, j’adore les promener, jouer avec eux et leur faire des câlins ! J’ai un faible tout particulier pour les grands chiens. Currently at university in Lancaster, I have a lot of free time depending on the days, and mostly spend this free time walking around town and discovering new places! I particularly enjoy playing with dogs and seeing them have fun. I am ready to do the necessary to make the dog comfortable and happy in the hands of a ´stranger’

Elle accepted our Doberman puppy for a walk at last minute and we couldn’t be happier with how smoothly the process was! We were updated throughout with pictures and kept in touch about anything we needed to know. Would 100 percent recommend Elle to anyone else and will definitely be using her services again :) Thank you!!

This is the second time we have booked Chloe and again she did a great Job. Great communication before the visit and during. Was patient with our dog as she is still getting used to a stranger coming into the house to walk her. And from the photos sent our dog is enjoying her walks with chloe. Definitely our go to person to walk our dog.
