Hi! I’m a Star Sitter here on Rover and have been walking dogs and caring for pets through the app for over a year now. In that time, I’ve built up a regular group of clients of all shapes, sizes, ages, and personalities. Some of the dogs I care for need slow, shorter walks due to age or health issues, like arthritis. Others are high-energy or still in training, like the puppy I’ve walked who’s full of excitement and learning as she grows. I’ve learned to adjust my approach for each one to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’ve also lived with and cared for cats my whole life. I currently have two of my own—both 8 years old—and one of them has anxiety, so I know how important it is to be patient and create a calm environment, especially for more sensitive pets. I genuinely love getting to know each animal’s unique personality and routine. Whether your pet is nervous, energetic, senior, or still figuring things out, I’ll show up for them with care, consistency and kindness :)

Before caring for your pet in your own home i will be sure to discuss the normal schedule this pet has with any specific needs or quirks your pet has to keep them as comfortable and happy as possible whilst they are in my care. I am also happy to accommodate any distance you dog needs walking and various exercise needs.

Brilliant
Our puppy Daisy had a great time with Izzy yesterday. She kept us updated on how Daisy was doing while we were out for the whole day and Daisy was really calm and happy when we got home. Would recommend!
Excellent service for both my dogs last week, being the first time they have ever been walked by someone other than me Izzy done brilliant. Took the time and patience with one of my dogs who is very nervous and scared of new people and has anxiety. Thank you
