Elle accepted our Doberman puppy for a walk at last minute and we couldn’t be happier with how smoothly the process was! We were updated throughout with pictures and kept in touch about anything we needed to know. Elle was an absolute godsend. After being cancelled on and declined by several sitters at short notice, she stepped in and made everything easy from the start. She even suggested popping over beforehand to meet us and the dogs, which immediately put us at ease. Throughout our time away, she was really responsive on messages and sent regular photos and updates, which we really appreciated. It was clear our boys loved her, they were completely comfortable around her from the outset, which says everything about her energy and the way she is with dogs. She took great care of them, including their walks, and we came home to two very happy pups. To top it off, she went above and beyond by stripping the bedding, washing it, and giving the place a hoover — something we absolutely didn’t expect, but massively appreciated (especially after a slightly worse-for-wear return home!). We felt completely comfortable leaving both our home and our dogs in Elle’s care. She’s a genuinely lovely person, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
