About: Hi I'm Megan- from Lancaster a long life animal lover with a passion for animals I have always loved animals from an early age growing up we always had pets from chickens to dogs and cats. When I turned 16 I started working at an animal farm working with a range of animals from farm animals to alpacas ,goats, owls,deers horses and small animals walking feeding and cleaning them on a daily basis my stepdad has 2 horses that I look after called tommy and colin and I also have my own pet hamster called nibbles and a dog called reggie (roo) a pug My motivation to become a pet sitter comes from the love I get from animals I believe that all animals should have the same love as any member of my family i offer lots of services from to drop off visits, dog walking to sitting in your home or my home when you book with me you can expect regular updates and photos and plenty of outdoor time for your pet if they are allowed I aim to provide and loving environment for your pet.i have been raised around animals and have worked with them so you can expect your pets to be trusted around me. we can also meet and familiarise Your cat or dog with me if that would help I tailor every walk or stay to suit your pets needs whether that means quiet companionship and cuddles or extra reassurance I look forward to meeting you and your furry friends megan and bob x I’m currently not working which means I will have plenty of availability, I am very reliable and can work weekdays and weekends any time of the day I live in a static caravan which has lots of walks including the canal which is a 2 minute walk, a fenced field which is a 4 minuite walk

I’ve cared for three wonderful dogs: a 6-year-old Shepherd who visits me every two months for a week, a sweet Teddy who stayed with me for two weeks, and a playful 2-month-old puppy who I’ve showered with love and patience. I’m confident, friendly and reliable. I am extremely flexible and willing to change my day around to meet the needs of you and your pet. Any questions/requests just ask me! About: I grew up around animals and have a love for dogs and cats in particular although I have been known to cuddle a piglet or a bearded dragon at times! I have always had one or two dogs as an adult. A house just feels empty without them. My love of animals motivated me to complete a degree in animal behaviour. This gave me a really good insight into canine behaviour and the ability to look at a situation from a dogs perspective, this has been invaluable at times. I have experience caring for dogs of different ages, sizes and personalities, from energetic young dogs to older pets who need a calmer, more gentle approach. I understand that every dog is an individual and I pay particular attention to how the dynamics between the dogs change when they are living together so that we can keep everyone happy. I always take the time to learn their routine, preferences and needs so they feel safe, comfortable and happy while in my care. I can also carry on training habits or administer medication whilst they are with us. Whether it's walks, playtime, cuddles or simply keeping to their usual routine, I'll care for your dog as if they were my own. My partner Mandy and I are both working from home at the moment so there will be someone available most of the time for back door opening, company and cuddles. I'm flexible and can usually accommodate your dog's normal routine, helping them feel settled and comfortable while they're with us. Your dog will be part of the pack in our home from home environment. Your dog's safety and wellbeing are my top priorities. We have a loving family home with three children—two teenagers and an eight-year-old who has grown up around animals and is always gentle and respectful. We also have two friendly, dog-tolerant cats, so any dogs staying with us will need to be comfortable around cats and children. Outside, we have a securely fenced area of the garden where dogs can safely enjoy time outdoors. In the summer, they have access to their own paddling pool. We also have a larger garden for exercise and play, although this area isn't fully escape-proof, so adventurous dogs with a talent for finding gaps may need to stay on a lead or enjoy the secure area instead. I always tailor each dog's access to outdoor spaces based on their personality and level of recall to keep them safe. I only accept dogs that I feel will be happy and comfortable in our home environment. This helps ensure a safe, relaxed and enjoyable experience for your dog, our family and our own pets. To determine this, we always like to have a visit from you and your dog to our home. We just want to be as sure as we can that everyone is going to be happy during their stay!

“Awe thank you Sarah and family for looking after our girl 😊 Sarah was brilliant with our 2yo Labrador (Nora), your pet will be welcomed into a lovely family home who genuinely care for your pet with love. We dropped our girl off for a few hours while we went to watch a show in Blackpool, Sarah gave Nora her dinner and some carrot treats that we supplied, and took her on a lovely walk. Sarah sent me pictures and videos of Nora out on their walk and playing fetch in the house. It was the first time we had left our Nora with a sitter but we didn’t feel nervous because of the warm welcoming handover and the update pictures. Sarah was professional and replied to messages promptly, I would definitely book Sarah again and recommend her as a dog sitter 😊”

About: Dog mad since childhood and after losing my own dog in 2009, I set up a rescue in his honour. Over 15 years of helping rescue and rehome dogs as well as injury and trauma rehab. I’ve also run a dog shelter single handed with over 40 dogs. All proceeds go towards my dog rescue project 🐾 I am fully dedicated to dogs. My project ........ involves me working and fundraising in the UK and then going abroad to rescue in places of critical need. They last 6 years I’ve been doing this mostly between London and Turkiye where they passed a law to massacre stray dogs. When I’m in London, I stay at my best friend’s place near Vauxhall station to keep overheads low. I usually care for dog’s at the owner’s home but can accommodate at my friend’s flat where I stay when I’m in London if required - all dog lovers here.
