“Buddy had 2 fantastic days with Jon and his 2 cockerpoos Freddie & Monty. Jon took the boys on the beach for an afternoon of play.... Buddy is very happy & very tired! See you all next Tuesday for more fun, many thanks 😃”
3. Irene G.
“Irene and Danny are just ace. They are not only kind and lovely people but Yubby really likes them. They always give me regular updates which makes feel much at ease. I love that they only take one dog at the time which is ideal as my puppy tends to be less comfortable with other dogs. We are now regulars and I feel very comfortable leaving my little precious with them.”

About: We have both always had dogs from being young children ourselves. We are friendly and reliable and we both have a great sense of humour. We have 2 dogs Teddy and Tilly so we certainly know how to have fun! Our home is dog friendly and we have a garden front and back, but best of all the beach is 100 metres away and that's our playground. Ian is at home everyday as he has retired from the 9 to 5! The dogs are at the beach daily but Ian also walks in other areas like Middleton nature reserve. We have fenced in gardens front and rear so easy access for the dogs. The beach is on our doorstep approx 100 meters away. The west end Gardens is local so is Heysham nature reserve and Middleton nature reserve.

8. Chen M.
“We went on holiday and reached out to Chen a couple of months in advance to look after my 13 yo beagle. Couldn't have made a better choice. Chen was very accommodating, flexible and very friendly and professional. She sent me lots of pictures and videos with Smoochy throughout the day, which helped me a lot to relax and enjoy my day. I highly recommend Chen and we will definitely ask for her help in the future for more holidays in the Lake District :)”

About: I have looked after dogs for over 16 years. I have experience of training gun dogs and working with a variety of breeds at a doggy day care and at a kennels. Your pooch will be in very good hands and I care for each dog as if they were my own. Pet care fits in perfectly with my work schedule and I can be available at short notice if required. Dogs are never left for more than two hours in my care. I have a fenced off garden with ample room for large and small dogs. Living on a farm means there are lots of interesting smells and brilliant country walks nearby which every dog enjoys.
12. Leanne P.
“Leanne is someone who cares a lot about animals, she’s always happy to be spending time looking after them and has plenty of experience having owned both dogs and cats herself. I couldn’t think of a better person to have for pet sitting.”
13. Sarah B.
“What a lovely family. Our dog was so well looked after and so completely chilled when we collected him. Sarah really helped us out by taking this last minute booking I'm just upset we don't live closer so we could use her all of the time.”
14. Eugenie W.
“Eugenie’s passion for dogs shines through in her work. My dog Archie loves her and gets so excited to see her when she arrives. She always goes the extra mile to improve his comfort. I would highly recommend Eugenie based on the extremely positive experience my dog and I have had from her work during physiotherapy sessions and just with dogs in general.”

About: I’ve been looking after my friends’ pets over and over. I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. Now as myself have two kittens. I make sure they have a happy, comfortable and enjoyable day when they are spending time with me. Feeding, customer service and details oriented are still quite important, as well as communication, problems-solving and decision-making, as a pet sitter. I also love gaining experience with animals. Feeding and watering. This is an important of caring of animals. Also I provide lots of toys and give them freedom. Showing the love and reassuring that they are loved when I spend time with them. I’m impulsively care for them and desire to help them because they are unable to easily help themselves.
16. Jack D.
“Jack was brilliant with our tricky terrier. This was the first time we have used Rover and he was brilliant before and during Milos stay. Milo is dog reactive and Jack was very understanding and walked him safely. We had a very tired and happy dog!”
17. Nicola R.
“We were staying in Keswick for a week and wanted to have a day cycling so we contacted Nicola to see if she could look after our whippet, Margo. We arranged a meet and greet for the day before and then Margo spent a morning with Nicola. We aren’t away from Margo too often but Nicola was really reassuring and asked us plenty of questions to ensure she was best set to look after her. We felt really comfortable leaving her and it was clear she had a great time. Thanks Nicola!”

About: I’ve been in love with cats and dogs as long as I can remember! I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 11 and my neighbours and friends love the way I interacted with the pets and relied on me to play, walk, feed, bath their pets. I adopted my first cat when I was 19 and taking care of my friends’ dog, dog breeds including(golden retriever, labrador, husky, german shepherd, chihuahua, Eskimo, corgi, poodle, shiba Inu, schnauzer etc). I’m doing my master degree at Lancaster University now. I have done my dissertation so my schedule is flexible. I’m happy to meet your fur baby whenever is best for their schedule. I will send you the video and photos update about your cutie fur babies! I am happy to play with them using their favourite toy, I will bring some homemade pets snack as gift when first meeting them but need to let me know earlier so I can prepare it❣️🐱🐶 I have a part time job but we can discuss the details via inbox📩 My weekends is available for most of the time and mostly weekdays afternoon to evening will be available. I’m currently staying at campus accommodation, hence might not be able to take them into my place but I can bring them to walk and I don’t mind taking care of them at your place. I can guaranteed you I will take care the house and your fur baby with just same price because I really love to spend time with cats and dogs.
19. Mei Chu K.
“I have recently adopted my dog off Mei who was fostering him and she did an amazing job and taking care of him when he was brought over to the UK to start his new life. She gave him the love and care that he needed in those first few scarey weeks for him and has continued to be there for me checking in on how Roo is progressing and offering any advice for any stumbling blocks that we are hitting along the way as me and Roo are getting to know each other and he is getting used to his new home.”
20. Taylor B.
“I couldn’t recommend Taylor highly enough. His love and dedication to his pet pug Syd is without question the reason they have such an amazing bond. Taylor prayed for a pug for years before he finally got his wish and he has never left his side since. They’re like brothers and he takes him out with his friends dogs as well which they both love doing together. He has cared for Syd when he had to have surgery, giving him his medications and ensuring he wasn’t jumping around when he wasn’t allowed to. He’s extremely responsible and I would happily have him take care of any dog I owned.”
