About: Dog owner from childhood that has extended into adulthood. Currently have a 11yr old Staffy x Lab which I have had since she was 8 weeks old. Passionate about animals, also a horse owner and I love the outdoors and long walks. Pet care fits into my daily life well. I live a 5 minute walk from Morecambe promenade. Plenty of walking available in the surrounding villages and towns. I am a nurse who is lucky enough to have a flexible rotation. So have plenty of opportunities to work both as a nurse and a dog sitter. Pets that come to stay follow the same routine as they would in their normal environment. Home from home experience. Bring with you all that your dog requires to keep them as settled and as comfortable as possible.

About: I’m a passionate dog lover with 2 years of hands-on pet care experience! My friend is a veterinarian who has taught me many useful tips for keeping pets healthy and happy. I know basic training, leash walking, and good outdoor habits. I’ve cared for three wonderful dogs: a 6-year-old Shepherd who visits me every two months for a week, a sweet Teddy who stayed with me for two weeks, and a playful 2-month-old puppy who I’ve showered with love and patience. Every dog I meet becomes my friend—I care for them as if they were my own! I currently have a very flexible schedule since I’m not working full-time, which means I have plenty of time and energy to devote to caring for your pets. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or cuddles, I’ll be there whenever your furry friend needs me. Your pet’s safety and happiness come first. I carefully follow all instructions from pet parents and provide personalized care based on your pet’s unique needs. Whether in my home or yours, I create a safe, clean, and loving environment where pets feel comfortable and loved.

About: I grew up around animals and have a love for dogs and cats in particular although I have been known to cuddle a piglet or a bearded dragon at times! I have always had one or two dogs as an adult. A house just feels empty without them. My love of animals motivated me to complete a degree in animal behaviour. This gave me a really good insight into canine behaviour and the ability to look at a situation from a dogs perspective, this has been invaluable at times. I have experience caring for dogs of different ages, sizes and personalities, from energetic young dogs to older pets who need a calmer, more gentle approach. I understand that every dog is an individual and I pay particular attention to how the dynamics between the dogs change when they are living together so that we can keep everyone happy. I always take the time to learn their routine, preferences and needs so they feel safe, comfortable and happy while in my care. I can also carry on training habits or administer medication whilst they are with us. Whether it's walks, playtime, cuddles or simply keeping to their usual routine, I'll care for your dog as if they were my own. My partner Mandy and I are both working from home at the moment so there will be someone available most of the time for back door opening, company and cuddles. I'm flexible and can usually accommodate your dog's normal routine, helping them feel settled and comfortable while they're with us. Your dog will be part of the pack in our home from home environment. Your dog's safety and wellbeing are my top priorities. We have a loving family home with three children—two teenagers and an eight-year-old who has grown up around animals and is always gentle and respectful. We also have two friendly, dog-tolerant cats, so any dogs staying with us will need to be comfortable around cats and children. Outside, we have a securely fenced area of the garden where dogs can safely enjoy time outdoors. In the summer, they have access to their own paddling pool. We also have a larger garden for exercise and play, although this area isn't fully escape-proof, so adventurous dogs with a talent for finding gaps may need to stay on a lead or enjoy the secure area instead. I always tailor each dog's access to outdoor spaces based on their personality and level of recall to keep them safe. I only accept dogs that I feel will be happy and comfortable in our home environment. This helps ensure a safe, relaxed and enjoyable experience for your dog, our family and our own pets. To determine this, we always like to have a visit from you and your dog to our home. We just want to be as sure as we can that everyone is going to be happy during their stay!

About: I have looked after animals since I was little I’ve looked after families and friends animals dogs and cats and I have a cat that I look after I have loads of time to look after your pups as I’m waiting to get a part time job and would love to look after your baby’s I have a field across the road which has loads of grass and loads of field to play on and safe for the pups !
