About: I've always been around animals since a young age, and have owned a dogs for the past 13 years. Being a dog owner I know how hard it can be to find the right, safe place for your dog. We ask that your dog is friendly, and shows no signs of aggression. We have a very friendly dog and 2 children and therefore we need to be sure that they are safe and happy. We walk for miles everyday with our dog, and so your little fur baby can join in with us on our usual little routines! I work part time from home so I can give lots of cuddles and walks. Our dog Nel, loves company too We have plenty of space in our home, along with a safe, enclosed garden. We're surrounded by beautiful woodland walks, and with your permission, we also love taking trips to the beach. Your dog will be well cared for and treated like one of the family. We'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. There are lots of toys here for them to enjoy — and even more cuddles!
About: Hello! My name is Inna. I recently moved to the UK and would love to spend more time with dogs again. I’ve had several dogs in the past — two wonderful Rottweilers, a playful Pug, and a sweet French Bulldog. They were all part of my life and my heart. At the moment, I don’t have my own dog, but I really miss the daily joy and energy they bring. That’s why I’m here on Rover — to walk, play, and care for your furry friends as if they were my own. I live in a quiet, comfortable home with a safe garden, perfect for dogs to relax and feel secure. I enjoy taking dogs on calm walks, giving them attention, cuddles, and playtime. I’m reliable, calm, and responsible — and I understand how important it is to know your pet is in good hands. Whether your dog needs a short walk, a friendly daytime companion, or a warm home for the night — I’ll be happy to help! 🐶💕 Pet care fits naturally into my daily life. I currently have a flexible schedule and spend most of my time at home. I'm available for walks and drop-in visits in the mornings, afternoons, and early evenings. Georgia went out of her way to accommodate my last-minute request, which shows her dedication. It's clear that she enjoys taking care of animals. From the beginning, her communication was excellent. She has a cheerful personality and was eager to look after my dog. I really appreciate Georgia's understanding of my very challenging Staffordshire Bull Terrier. I highly recommend her.

This was only Baileys 2nd time away from us so we were a bit apprehensive about how it would go but Nicole sent updates throughout the day which made us feel much more relaxed! He came back super happy and tired after a full day with Nicole, her partner and 2 dogs. Will definitely look to book with Nicole again! Thanks!

Hollie welcomed me into her beautiful home with a warm smile. I felt a bit anxious about whether she was ready for a puppy staffie, but she was very friendly and assured me that everything would be okay. Hollie even sent me pictures and updates, which I really appreciated and helped ease my worries. I would highly recommend Hollie, she is a lovely person, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again. Staffordshire bull terrier puppies can be quite a handful, saved me at such short notice I was ever so grateful. But it was a pleasure overall. Thank you, Hollie!

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later collection to match your Fylde commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust collection and drop-off times when needed.
Your dog’s first day care experience is a big milestone! To help your pup settle in comfortably, we recommend:
- Food and treats portioned for the day, with feeding instructions
- Your dog's lead and collar (ensure tags are up-to-date)
- Any seasonal gear, such as paw-safe wax for winter or a cooling vest for the summer
- Medication, if applicable, with clear dosage notes
- Any special care instructions or training tips to help your sitter provide the most personalised care possible
Tip: Upload this information directly through the Rover app before drop-off. The more context you provide, the better your sitter can tailor the day to your dog.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog's vaccines is the best way to be 'boarding ready'. Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Sitters in North West England may request that your dog be up-to-date on core vaccines, such as Canine Distemper, Canine Parvovirus, Canine Adenovirus (also known as DHP or DHPPi), Leptospirosis and Kennel Cough. Cats may be required to have Feline Panleucopenia Virus, Feline Herpesvirus, Feline Calicivirus, and Feline Leukaemia Virus up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poo breaks occured. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available for dedicated customer support by email or chat if you have concerns.
The personalised, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee. Read more about our requirement for following local licensing requirements .
