“My Storm went for a sleep over as an extended meet and greet to see if Tracy and her were a match.. I could tell instantly that Storm was comfortable. I got photos and updates.. and when Storm was dropped off she was happy.. and as soon as Tracy's back was turned Storm jumped back into her car.. although I wasnt impressed that Storm was happy to go back off with Tracy it gave me comfort that she had clearly given her the care and love that she receives at home... have already rebooked for a longer stay.. “Superb, Five star plus. Kat understood that Islay our Welsh Springer was getting on and would find separation from us difficult. Kat absolutely put our mind to rest with her caring manner from the first minute we met. Kat let us tss as ke a look round her home and especially the garden which was very secure. During our time away Kat supplied a few photo which was very much appreciated. On pickup Islay was happy that I’m not sure she wanted to leave. We would have ni issues with booking Kat again.”

They kept me updated throughout his stay with regular messages and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. It was obvious from the updates that they genuinely care about animal welfare and treat every dog as if it were their own. Their home is spacious and welcoming, and it's surrounded by plenty of outdoor space for walks, which Lenny clearly enjoyed. From the photos, it was easy to see he was having a great time exploring. When I collected Lenny, he looked happy, relaxed, and in excellent health, which says everything about the level of care he received :-) I wouldn't hesitate to leave Lenny with Harry again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring dog sitters.”
About: I've had dogs for the past 10 years and genuinely love everything about them. I'm currently training my 6 month old cockapoo, which includes gun dog training. I have 2 young dog savvy children and a husband who also loves dogs. We have a large garden and live in an area with lovely countryside walks. I also work from home most of the week. I work from home 3 days per week and I am always home on a weekend. I can look after your pups on a Monday, Thursday, Friday and I can do weekend boarding. I can also pop in and check on your pups during the days I work from home and on weekends. I have a large garden and lots of lovely walks near my house, I have a 6 month old cockapoo puppy that is very friendly and absolutely loves other dogs. I also have 2 dog savvy children who would be happy to play with another pup! I live with my husband who is amazing with dogs and is currently taking our dog to training classes and a gun dog training class. We have plenty of space to look after another dog in our home.

You can tell how much they both love animals from the love they gave him and I wasn’t worried about leaving Milo with them he definitely loved playing with the tennis ball in the garden 😂. This was the first time Toby had been away from us and it took him a day or two to settle down, so Denise didn’t not get very much sleep! He got on very well with Fletcher, Denise’s dog and Toby says he was very well looked after. He says he would like to go back to Denise someday.
We had such a great experience with leaving Winston with Nicole! She was so easy to work with from start to finish, and kept us updated with plenty of photos and videos which really put our minds at ease. Winston had an amazing time – he came home happily tired (in the best way!), and it was clear he’d been well looked after. We really appreciated how they stuck to Winston’s usual routine, which made everything feel seamless for him. We’ll definitely be booking again – highly recommend!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
