“Thank you so much Lauren for caring for Barney. I was able to spend a weekend away, confident in the knowledge that he was safe and very happy in your care! This was especially important for me because Barney requires prescribed meds twice daily which you were able to administer. As a typical miniature schnauzer, Barney has quite a stubborn streak - especially when it comes to eating! You were able to encourage and support him to eat well! Thank you also for the text and photo updates you sent me - Barney looking very chilled and 'at home' with you! You are definitely the person I shall be contacting again to care for Barney when I'm next away! A BIG thank you!”

“Hollie was very welcoming and assuring. The dogs seemed happy right from our first meeting. Hollie sent me regular updates and photos of their stay and walks. She was very caring and attentive with my dogs. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hollie and I'm booking with her again.”

About: I am retired and looking to share my many years of dog ownership after losing my best friend recently. Missing the walks and the hugs and those special times that only dogs can give. Nice big home set in a countryside location and no other pets/children or other distractions. Experience with border collies, senior care and nervous dogs. I have recently retired and am able to accommodate my time to the care of dogs. If I have committed to looking after your dog(s) they will receive full care and attention throughout their stay. I live in a large house with a paddock for excercise at home and access to many country walks. I have a car and am familiar with transporting dogs if allowed for days out at the beach etc. Your dog would reside in the home with me and my husband, Chris. I am also experienced with walking dogs on a long lead so they can exercise whilst remaining secure.
“I took my 5 year old mini dachshund for an overnight stay with Lesley. It was his very first visit. Lesley was brilliant with him. He settled in straight away and was not in the least bit stressed or upset at being left. He had a lovely walk during the day and he enjoyed the garden and snuggling up on knees to watch TV in the evening. Lesley kept in touch throughout so we knew he was doing OK. We well definitely be booking further stays.”

“Lovely home with a garden for your dog. Perfect , asked lots of questions about our dog and her routine. Sent pictures of her settled in the house. Good communication between us . Even when it was just for one night. Will use again for a longer period of time .”

“Our 5 month puppy stayed overnight with Angus & his wife. She obviously has had such a good time and loved the company of their dog too. Angus kept us updated with messages and photos.”

“Fabiola looked after whisky for 11days whilst we were away. We got daily updates and photos and whisky had the time of his life. Highly recommended dog sitter, will definitely use fabiola again in the future”

“Thank you for looking after Kuki, I found Georgia friendly, knowledgeable, caring and communitive when leaving Kuki in her home. I would highly recommend her and she will be definately someone I would trust and use in the future should the need arise.”

Jo followed all of the care instructions perfectly & gave plenty of wiggle room for pick up times. Jo updated me with photos & how Elle was settling in which was very comforting. I would definitely book Jo again & would 100% recommend her to anyone else. Thank you Jo you were a star ⭐️”

About: My girlfriend and I have had family pets since we can remember, we love looking after dogs and have always been the go to for family and friends as we have our own house with a spacious fenced garden for them to run around. We would love our own dog but due to work commitments during the week it wouldn’t be fair so that’s why we have decided to give our love to other dogs until we are in a better position to get our own. We can do Friday and weekend bookings. We don’t have any children or other pets so when we look after other dogs we treat them like our own and they have all of our attention while they are staying with us. We have looked after all ages from puppies to mature dogs. We don’t smoke and love going on walks, especially on the beach. Dogs staying with us are apart of the home and are allowed all over the house and on furniture if the owner is okay for them to do so. Your pet will be very well looked after and made at home as soon as they step through the door. I currently finish work at lunch time on Fridays so we can take bookings for Friday from then I finish at 13:30 and live 5 mins away so can be anytime after that, Saturday all day and night and then Sunday daytime and into the evening. We can look after a dog from Friday until Sunday or anything in between. We have a fenced garden for them to roam, the space is all theirs as we don’t have any children or other pets. 100% of our attention will be given to pets while in our care whether it’s for a few hours or overnight.
“Elaine was great, came the day before to get to know our dogs before the drop in visit and they absolutely loved her! They had a great time and received a lovely update afterwards! We will use Elaine again for sure.”

About: Professional, reliable cat lover who understands how important it is finding trusted carers for your family pets. Lucky enough to be working and caring for a wide range of animals as part of my animal science degree at University.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs and have always been the one in the family who takes care of them. I raised two Labradors, Maisy and Maude, a mum and daughter, and was even there when Maude was born. I’ve recently moved out and don’t live with dogs anymore, which is why I’m here. I miss being around them and want to help people who need a reliable, easygoing sitter or walker. I’m calm, patient, and happy to follow whatever routine works best for your dog. I treat every dog with the same care I’d want for my own. I work full-time, but I’m home on Mondays and Fridays, which makes those days perfect for dog sitting while I work remotely. I’m also free most evenings during the week for walks, and I have good availability on weekends for both walking and sitting. Pet care fits in naturally around my schedule, and I really enjoy having that time with dogs—it doesn’t feel like a chore, it’s something I genuinely look forward to. At the owner’s home, I follow their routine and make sure the dog feels comfortable and cared for. At my secure apartment, I take dogs out regularly for walks and breaks, keeping things calm and safe indoors.

About: I've had three dogs and three cats over the course of my life, so for me a family doesn't feel complete without a pet 😌. As a teenager I have taken care of dogs and I am very fond of those memories, it would be wonderful to make some new ones! I work for myself as a photographer and am studying part-time at the open university so both of these occupations allow me to be quite flexible. I will always treat every pet as if it were my own. Toilet breaks, feeding times and cuddles are priorities but of course any special care requirements for your pet are also a top priority.

They took the time to get to know our kitty's personality, routines, and quirks, and kept us updated with daily messages, photos, and videos that truly put our minds at ease while we were away. About: I've had some amazing adventures with our family dog, from those exciting early morning walks in the park to the lazy Sunday strolls through the neighborhood. But it's not just our family pup that I've had the pleasure of bonding with. I've had some incredible moments walking with my friends' dogs too. There's something special about exploring new trails and parks with a four-legged companion, sharing the joy of discovering the world. Each dog has their unique personality, and getting to know them is always an adventure. In addition to my own pets, I've been fortunate to volunteer with animal care in Lancaster. It's been an incredible experience where I've gained a lot of valuable insights. The satisfaction of helping animals in need and working with a dedicated team has been immensely rewarding. I've learned about the importance of proper nutrition, medical care, and the endless love and care these animals deserve. I'm currently a student, so I'll have a lot of free time to spend with your pups. I am available both weekends and weekdays, except Friday morning and Wednesday afternoon. I have a fenced garden, and inside the house, we have removed access to any wires. We also have plenty of dog toys and a comfy bed to make everything more comfortable.

About: We have always had Pets, whether it be rabbits, guinea pigs, dogs or cats. We currently have two guinea pigs and two working cocker spaniels. We believe all animals are family, and our home is their home, they are allowed to go anywhere in the house, on the furniture and even on our bed if that’s where they feel the most safe. We have a large, fenced back garden to play lots of games in. I work from home full time, and my partner works from home three days a week. We love going on long walks, whether it be to the beach, along the canal, up to the lake district – when were not working you can guarantee we have a long walk with our pups planned. Pet care isn't something I fit into my routine it *is* my routine! My dogs are my life, and pretty much everything in my day revolves around making sure they're happy, healthy, and having fun. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I'm around throughout the day and can easily adapt to whatever your pet needs. One of my favourite parts of the day is taking breaks from my desk to spend time with the dogs, whether that's heading out for a walk, having a quick game in the garden, or just stopping for a cuddle. Our days are built around walks, playtime, enrichment, and lots of companionship. My dogs get several walks a day, and any visiting dogs become part of the family routine. We're lucky to have plenty of lovely walking spots nearby, so there's always somewhere interesting to explore. When we're at home, there's no shortage of attention and affection. I'm definitely the type of person who ends up with dogs on the sofa, curled up at my feet while I work, or sneaking in cuddles whenever I can. I genuinely love spending time with animals, and making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved is really important to me. I'm also happy to accommodate individual needs, whether that's medication, special feeding routines, favourite treats, extra exercise, or a little more patience and reassurance for nervous pets. Every pet is different, and I enjoy getting to know their personalities and routines. I'll always keep owners updated with photos and messages so you can see what your pet is getting up to and have peace of mind while you're away. For me, caring for animals never feels like a job. It's something I genuinely love, and I treat every pet in my care as if they were one of my own. Certainly, how I care for pets can vary depending on whether I'm providing pet care in my own home or in a pet owner's home. Here's how I typically approach both scenarios: Caring for Pets in My Home (Pet Sitting at My Place): Safe and Comfortable Environment: In my home, I ensure a safe and comfortable environment for your pets. If you have a large fenced backyard, it's an ideal space for dogs to play and explore. I'll make sure any potential hazards are minimized. Regular Exercise: With access to a fenced garden and nearby walks, I'll ensure your pets get plenty of exercise. Daily walks in the area and playtime in the garden can keep them active and happy. Feeding and Medication: I'll follow your feeding schedule and dietary instructions diligently. If your pets require medication, I'll administer it as needed and ensure they get the proper dosage. Play and Social Interaction: I love spending quality time with pets, so I'll engage in play, cuddles, and interaction. If your pets enjoy the company of other animals, I can introduce them to my own pets if it's safe and approved by you. Cleanliness: I'll maintain a clean environment for your pets, including regular cleaning of food and water bowls, litter boxes (if applicable), and bedding. Communication: Throughout the stay, I'll keep you updated with photos and messages, so you know how your pets are doing and can have peace of mind. Caring for Pets in the Pet Owner's Home (House Sitting): Maintaining Routine: I understand the importance of consistency for pets, so I'll stick to their established routine as closely as possible. About: 🐕 I’ve been caring for pets since a young age, regularly helping friends and family with dog walking, basic training, bathing, and both day and overnight stays. Dogs have always been a part of my life, and I truly believe a home isn’t complete without one. Over the years, I’ve mostly cared for and owned bully breeds, so I’m very comfortable with medium to large dogs. I’ve also looked after smaller breeds like Jack Russells and regularly help friends with their small dogs. I have several years of experience with dog training, all self-taught through research and hands-on work with my own dogs. As a result, I’ve raised several well-behaved, well-trained companions and genuinely enjoy the process of helping dogs learn and thrive 🐕 🐈⬛️ My very first pet was a fluffy white cat named Snowbell (yes, just like in Stuart Little)—and I absolutely adored him! 🐾 Since then, I’ve cared for many of my friends’ cats while they were away, making sure they felt loved and comfortable. One of my very first jobs was working at a cattery, where I learned how to look after cats of all ages, personalities, and needs. I work full-time, but typically arrive home by 5:00 PM when I’m in the office. I also work from home three days a week, so I am able to offer daytime care, walks or house sitting services for your pet(s) on those days. I’m also available on weekends for pet care, walks, and/or overnight stays. A day rate is based between 8am-8pm, early drop off or late collection may result in an additional fee. Overnight boarding or daycare fees are based on before midday collection - after this time a day rate will also apply. If several nights in a row are booked, a discounted day rate will apply to cover the constant care. Please note, that additional charges may apply for dog walking services if travel to your location is required. 🏡 Your Dog’s Stay 🐕 Your dog will have plenty of space to relax throughout the house, as well as access to a fully fenced garden for safe outdoor time. I also live just a short walk from a large field, perfect for burning off energy and getting in those zoomies. I have a crate already set up, 'The Air Bean&Bean' (this crate belonged to my beautiful boy, Chicco. Nicknamed Beanies 🥰). The crate is suitable for large dogs. 🏡 Your cats stay 🐈⬛️ Your cat will have plenty of space to sprawl out and pur the day away. I care for cats by keeping their routine consistent—fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and plenty of playtime or cuddles (whichever they prefer!). I make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved.

About: Hi there! I'm Amy; a passionate animal lover and proud dog mom to two American Bullies, Apollo and Kobe. Dogs truly are my world and I adore them no matter their size, shape, or breed. Having spent years caring for and walking a variety of breeds—from Labradors, Rottweilers, Pitbulls, German Shepherds, Cane Corsos, Bichon Frises, Shih Tzus and Hungarian Vizslas (to name a few!), I’ve gained the skills and confidence over the years to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments. As someone who believes no dog should face discrimination based on appearance or breed, I advocate for treating every dog with the love, respect and individuality they deserve. Whether your dog is big, small, tough-looking (or thinks he/she is!), or not, I’m here to ensure they receive the care they need. No dog should have their walk requests rejected based on their appearance or breed. Alongside my personal experience and many years serving my clients, I volunteer with dog rescue charities whenever possible. This rewarding work has given me valuable insight into dogs from difficult backgrounds, teaching me patience, compassion and resourcefulness as we help them adjust and find their forever homes. Growing up in a family of dog lovers, I was always the go-to dog sitter for friends and family! Now, I’ve turned that lifelong passion into a profession. While I live at home in a house with a garden with Apollo and Kobe, my services are now better suited to offering your dog (or dogs) the one-on-one care and attention they need, either at your home or out and about. As an outdoors enthusiast, I love nothing more than diving into my walking boots and heading out into nature with a coffee and a furry companion by my side. So whether you are looking for a leisurely walk for your pooch, or you own a ball of energy who needs an adventurous run in a local park, I am here to help. I’m also experienced in dog training and behaviour management, having worked with a range of breeds over the years and completed many courses in areas such as Dog Emotion & Cognition, Canine First Aid Level 3 and Understanding Animal Behaviour & Welfare (certificates available on request). With me, you can trust that your dog will receive the care, patience and attention they need. Your dog will return home happy, well exercised and showered with love, ready to relax. I work flexible hours from home through the week. I am able to travel in my car to attend the needs of my clients . I have a secure home with 6ft+ fences. Unfortunately, due to my beloved Apollo being considered a banned breed, he is no longer able to interact with dogs from other households and therefore unable to join play dates, so my services are offered on a 1:1 basis only.

About: I am a training veterinary student with a lifelong passion for dogs and hands-on experience caring for them in a variety of settings. Growing up with dogs has given me a strong understanding of their behaviour, daily care needs, and the importance of patience and consistency when handling animals. Over the years, neighbours and family friends have regularly relied on me to visit, walk, feed, and care for their dogs while they were away, which has helped me develop responsibility, trustworthiness, and confidence working independently with animals. I have also cared for young puppies, including feeding, socialising, cleaning, and monitoring their wellbeing, which has strengthened my understanding of early development and animal welfare. Through both my personal experience and veterinary training, I have developed skills in animal handling, communication, observation, recognising signs of stress or illness, and providing attentive, compassionate care.
About: I’ve plenty of experience with dogs, only small to medium dogs. I do daily walks, pet care, washing and grooming. Always enjoy going to different places and some dogs get bored, beach walks, park walks and country tails. I live in Lytham st Anne’s, i have a semi detached bungalow with space for pets to walk around and a nice garden with a park just opposite our home. Boarding gates in the back garden. Driveway for parking so our pets are safe and secure. Playtime in the garden, play ball and fetch and in the home.
“Georgia was kind enough to come back after my wimpy scared of unfamiliar cars boy wouldn't get in her van! So she came back to ours and walked him on the field near our house and Odin came back a very happy and tired boy. Georgia is clearly an animal lover and has a special way with dogs, she was confident enough to walk Odin off lead which I'm happy about as that's what he's used to. I can't thank her enough for putting me at ease with the pictures and video as she's pet sitting Odin in our home in July for our wedding. Odin is looking forward to it I'm sure. Thankyou Georgia!”

“Thank you for looking after Kuki, I found Georgia friendly, knowledgeable, caring and communitive when leaving Kuki in her home. I would highly recommend her and she will be definately someone I would trust and use in the future should the need arise.”

“We could not have been happier with placing Dizzy the spaniel with Nicole - the bonus was that she had two spaniels too! A lovely caring home, with extensive walks nearby. Lots of photos and comms from Nicole to reassure us that Dizzy was OK. She came back happy and worn out for playing with her new friends. The perfect host, thanks!!”

“Lydia took wonderful care of our dog Frank for 11 nights at her home. We couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience and Frank certainly seems to have enjoyed his stay. Lydia’s caring manner and great communication put our minds at rest whilst we were on holiday. Would highly recommend! Juliette & Robert”

“My Storm went for a sleep over as an extended meet and greet to see if Tracy and her were a match.. I could tell instantly that Storm was comfortable. I got photos and updates.. and when Storm was dropped off she was happy.. and as soon as Tracy's back was turned Storm jumped back into her car.. although I wasnt impressed that Storm was happy to go back off with Tracy it gave me comfort that she had clearly given her the care and love that she receives at home... have already rebooked for a longer stay.. I just hope I get a better greeting off Storm after my trip. Thank you, 🐾”

I always treat every dog as if they were my own and make their safety and wellbeing my top priority. As a school leaver, I have plenty of free time and a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate time to looking after pets. I love being outdoors and walking is one of my main hobbies, so taking dogs on regular walks fits perfectly into my daily routine. I enjoy spending time with animals and can provide them with lots of attention, exercise, playtime, and care throughout the week. “We left Buster with Laura for the first time, he was extremely well looked after and enjoyed his stay. We received regular updates and photos of how he was getting on so had no worries while we were away. We’ll definitely be booking with Laura again.”

“My old boy is a rescue, naturally distrustful due to previous people who had him, and can be quite shy, especially since his mom passed away a year ago. Well, a week with Cherise and he's now howling away happily! I was kept up to date and pictures and videos were sent. I was very nervous as I had never left him with a stranger for long periods before. She made all that anxiety and fear dissipate in seconds. We will DEFINITELY book again”
