About: Hi I am Nicola I have had dogs all my life from the age of 6 the best day ever when we returned from school to a puppy! I have cared for a variety of Breeds throughout my life allowing me to be confident with any breed of dog, I use to work with retired greyhounds which including feeding, walking, grooming and bathing them. Being around animals makes me happy. I left school and went to an agriculture college where I gained a degree In Equine science. I have always had dogs they make life a happier place and I always thought about starting my own dog walking / sitting business, unfortunately my dog of 17 years passed away 3 weeks ago and not having a dog in the house doesn’t feel right and that’s why am here, I want to turn my thought into a reality! I have 3 children who are all dog mad, they will never be left alone with your fur babies but I know they will love having a dog back in the house and walking them if they are with me. I am self employed at home so I can give your dog all the attention they need and they will be made to feel like my home is there home. I love walking and being outside in all weathers and having a dog to do that with is the best. I live within walking distance of the most beautiful walks! I have a large garden which is 1000% safe and plenty of room in the house for your dog to choose where they want to make themselves comfy. I am available for daily walks, pop ins, and home boarding. Your dog will be treated like our own given all the attention and taken on adventures with us. I have recently moved to Ormskirk and have been running my own dog boarding and walking business previously, but I am back on rover and can’t wait to offer my services to the area xx I currently work from Home so I am always here and have plenty of time for walks and cuddles throughout the day. Dog walking and dog sitting is perfectly suited to myself. I have a well fenced Garden to the rear of my house, which is large and a perfect sunbathing garden which our dog use to love to do! I will follow your instructions on all aspects of your dog daily Routine, feeding times and walking times, so that they feel like they are at home.

About: I have a cockapoo and also look after other family dogs; walks (distance and time according to needs of dogs), feed, groom, bathe and play. I have a cockapoo and mainly working from home. We have 3 walks a day and enjoy meeting other dogs for play and social time. I have a fenced garden for dogs to run around. Dogs are allowed on furniture/ sofas. Dog sitting and boarding in our family home. Grooming also available.

About: Contact me for exact times available due to other bookings I have in. I am fully insured and DBS enhanced checked. I have had various pets, I currently have a small Chorkie dog a cat and 2 rabbits (my dog is not neutered therefore I can only offer care at your pets home at present). I also think it’s important I get to know the pet you want caring for and find they are more at ease in their own environment. I like to get to know you and your pet before you book also to ensure we are a good match and they know me beforehand. I really enjoy playing with dogs and taking them on walks. I have even video called owners in the past to give further peace of mind. You can rest assured knowing your pet is safely looked after. I have a diary system and also work part-time. Times will be mutually arranged between us both. Pets routines are important and I like to ensure I stick to them as much as possible. Cared for in their own homes. Whereby, you require dog walks this will be built into scheduled times. Please let me know if you require contact during the time of care.

About: Since a very young girl I begged my dad for a dog. After many years, he finally caved and we got our first family dog. Billy was our whole world for 10 years and was considered the third child of the family. I took him on hikes, swimming, and of course he cuddled with me every night. My love for dogs is something that can’t be contained, and sadly for my boyfriend we have to stop at every single dog that walks past. I have over 10 years of experience with a dog, including many other people’s dogs; walling them, taking care of them whilst they are on holiday, and treating them like my bestfriend (they all are). I’m excited to hang out with some new friends and take them on my daily walks and adventures. I’m currently self employed which allows me time most days of the week to walk your dogs & spend a fun day with them! I have a car to drive to take us on outings and adventures when it fits. I have a moderately big back garden for your dog to play in, all fenced and gated. I live right infront of the fields with lovely walks all around.

About: I have 5 of my own pets who I absolutely adore. I’ve been caring for animals for years and love them all of all sizes and shapes. We are used to giving medicine, being up at all sorts of times and any behaviour really you could get. We also have experience with cats, dogs, rodents (particularly Guinea pigs) and other exotic animals. We work from home so can be available whenever you need us. Our jobs are also very flexible so we can devote time in the day to your pets for multiple walks and playtime. I work from home so am very available to assist with any pet care that is required, additionally my day is flexible so I can get out in the day too. I would look to follow the pets routine and devote my time to them one on one. We also have a fenced garden and green space around our house if they need to come here.

About: I've cared for animals most of my life - since retiring I now have the most adorable cockapoo, Lily, she is very socialised and loves other dogs- Lily would be happy to share me with any canine guests! I know how important it is to find the right carer for your pooch because they're members of the family and you want only the best - trusted, loving and reliable - and that's what I can offer. I don't have pet care qualifications - but I possess all the practical and common sense skills required to care for your dog, as well as oodles of cuddles and plenty of walks! I have regularly looked after my friends dogs, a Staffordshire bull terrier, greyhound and Labrador so I’m used to handling different breeds of dogs and managing their needs. My secure garden backs on to woodland and open fields - offering perfect play opportunities - in a lovely part of Wigan Borough. Our dog-friendly home offers open access to dogs that are house trained. I always recommend meet and greets to ensure everybody is happy as well as trial visits/nights to assess how well your pooch will settle in. All dogs have their unique personality traits and some have issues with, for instance, separation anxiety, phobias, etc - so I'm happy to discuss strategies to help manage potential issues. I can administer medications - oral and injection - and will follow advice on medical conditions such as food allergies to the letter. I am retired and home-based and enjoy spending time with my girl, Lily - and I would love to invite other small/medium dogs with a similar happy nature into my home. As a full-time dog owner, I already have an existing routine taking Lily out a minimum of twice daily. We love going to the beach and she regularly joins us when we're out and about. We don’t leave her for long, and only then very rarely. I’m happy to work with owners to agree a suitable routine for their dog. Our home offers a safe and secure environment with a very relaxed and dog-friendly atmosphere. I can be trusted to deliver care in the owner's home, and will happily discuss all aspects in terms of access and security. I will only walk up to 2 dogs at a time and carry spare leashes, water bowls etc. I'm very vigilant around traffic and other dogs/groups of dogs whilst out and about.
