I’m currently studying at Lancaster University, however my schedule is not very busy at the moment so I would love to use my spare time to help others and care for their animals.

I’m very experienced with dogs of all breeds and could manage any issues I may or may not encounter. I love playing with dogs so I would be very content looking after playful dogs who need a lot of attention. I also enjoy going on walks by myself but having a dog there would make it even better! I’m confident that I can manage and be attentive to any breed and any personality a dog may have. I’m good at reading animals body language to understand if they’re nervous, uncomfortable or unsure and would do my best to take them out the situation that was maybe causing them to feel such a way.

A typical day
I love playing with dogs, keeping them engaged in the games we are playing, whether it’s tug of war or fetch! I really enjoy going on long walks and letting dogs really get a good smell of their environment and giving all the time they need as there is no rush! But what I mostly enjoy is giving dogs the time, energy and affection they deserve :)

I’ve grown up around dogs all my life which has made me become very fin of all animals and created a passion for animals and I’d love if I could always be around animals and take care of the and give the the love the deserve. Currently I have two big dogs who I love and adore and I can’t wait to meet many other different kinds of dogs and cats.

Niamh did a really good job looking after our dogs Rover and Pippa while we were away. She was happy to have a meet and greet before the sit, was friendly, considerate and proactive and send us regular updates during the stay. Both dogs were happy and content upon our return. We were glad to know Pippa and Rover were well cared for and would definitely book her services again
