Updated us constantly and routinely about how his stay was doing and how his reaction was to the new environment. What my husband and I appreciate the most about her was the fact she had him relaxed and calm and took her time with him. Letting him come out on his own and being gentle with him made my heart swell with joy. And hearing he cuddled her, gave her lots of love, was such a lovely thing for us to hear. She definitely has the magic touch with our fur babies. I would recommend her 100% to watch your family member in her care and watch. Michelle took care of my black labrador mix recently for about three weeks, a repeat booking. At my request, I received regular updates via text pictures. My dog received lots of attention during his stay. Lots of walks, stick fetching, and swimming adventures. When I picked him up, he was very soft (clearly lots of swimming) and very happy. Without reservation, I would recommend Michelle for dog care in the future.
I had a fantastic experience with Vicky as my dog sitter! She was extremely easy to communicate with and always responded quickly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. She was also very flexible and kindly accommodated some last-minute additional days, which I really appreciated. Throughout the stay, Vicky provided multiple daily updates along with professional-looking photos of Riley that made me feel confident he was in great hands. Riley also made a new bestie, Mushroom. during his stay and couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!
Maria went above and beyond in every possible way to care for our dog, Biscuit. She did a thorough meet and greet and read through all of my lengthy instructions for him to ensure she understood his quirks and felt confident going into his stay. She sent thorough updates with photos throughout his stay, and he honestly looked so calm, happy and at peace with her. Her love for dogs and attention to detail make her the perfect pet sitter. We will certainly be booking with Maria again!
Laila was our first rover and we were extremely nervous about leaving our dog for the weekend. However, she constantly sent us photos and videos to reassure us that our dog was okay!
