“We have had many wonderful walkers for Oscar, however, Kylie is the absolute best dog walker we have ever had. She is extremely dependable and provides excellent care for our boy. She is hardworking and the hills around our neighborhood or atmospheric river storms do not slow her down. Our sweet boy adores her and so do we.”

“Emma was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, trustworthy, and reliable. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much Emma for helping walk my doggie on such short notice while I was working long shifts. Max loved you so much! I will definitely be booking with you again!!”

“Minerva is the most caring and loving dog walker! She takes her time walking Kobe and sends plenty of pictures and updates about his activities (pee, poo, etc.). She's very detailed, quick to respond, communicative, and incredibly friendly. You can tell she's an animal lover. Kobe has fallen in love with her in such a short time! Can't thank Minerva enough for everything she does for our Kobe!”

About: I've been a professional dog walker/pet sitter for the past 15 years, and new to Rover! I take care of dogs and cats, and have a lot of satisfied customers, including the pets (they just can’t put it into words). Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness is always my top priority, so rest assured they’ll be well cared for. I'm a freelance writer in my spare time, with pet sitting being my main job. I take care of dogs in my home or your home for walks and/or drop-in visits, and cats in your home for drop-in visits. For day care or boarding, I live on the ground floor of a 4-unit house with a small fenced-in, shaded yard for the doggies to go potty and play in, and there’s plenty of room for zoomies! Yard time is always supervised by me (they’re never out there alone), and I also take them for walks in my tree-lined neighborhood. There are dog beds & comfortable couches they are welcome to plop on.

About: I’ve been dog sitting for the past 8 years and grew up with 2 dogs. I’ve taken care of pups of all ages as well as pups with medical issues. I even lived with a family during Covid and took care of their dogs. I’m happy to water any plants too :) Looking forward to meeting you. I work part time and make time for frequent walks and play time. It’s easy for me to make my schedule work for the pups needs :) If there are any preferences or ways you’ve trained your pup for their daily routine I am more than happy to abide by those rules that you’ve set in place. I’m typically home reading a book for my book club, writing or studying for a gig or class. So I will have plenty of time to play and take care of your pup. I typically will ask about any preferences on where your pup sleeps, how much outside time they need, if you need me to crate them, or any thing that will make your fur baby feel secure and happy.

About: Ever since I was little I have had love for animals. From dogs following me home from school and starting my own little pet-care “business” for family and friends as a kid. I live in an apartment near a big park where the fur babies can run and play and get some excercise. I also live near a hiking trail if your pup is a little more adventurous. I will treat your little ones as if they were one of my own so I do allow them on the furniture and bed (but if you don’t allow that I will make sure I stick to their training). They will get a potty break every 2 hours and my full attention the whole time they’re with me. I have many toys and treats and spare leashes/poop bags. I am a certified dog groomer so I have tons of experience with all types of dogs and their unique personalities. I live with my boyfriend who, like me is very active so making sure the pups get enough excercise would not be a problem. We are both skilled in walking dogs that are very active and hyper as well as dogs that need to move a little bit slower. In addition to having experience with many types of dogs, I also have experience with new born puppies as I have cared for a few litters of puppies that needed bottle feeding and constant attention. I am also able to give dogs and cats medicine as well (liquid and pill form). I have experience in training my own dogs and friends dogs with basic commands (sit, stay, shake, lay down, and no) so if your little one can get fussy or is in the middle of being trained I can keep that up with them. I could take care of dogs that need special attention and I also have assisted help. Give me a call or a text to schedule an interview I would love to meet you and your fur baby. My schedule is very flexible so your pup will have all of my attention. My boyfriend is also here most of the time too so that’s extra attention and love! I have a huge park near by as well as a dog park so your fur baby can get all the excercise they need, they will be taken out every two hours to potty and meal time is based on the schedule you have already set for them. I can also crate dogs if needed

“Chun came by to do a meet and greet with our dog. She was communicative and on time. The next day she came to take him for an hour walk and he was so happy! Definitely would book with her again.”

“My dog is very strong and very excitable. Will run After bikes, skateboards, and scooters, or try to play with strangers by biting their pant leg, which doesn’t always get a good reaction. When Katherine walks my dog, she makes me feel much safer and I’m control of the walks. I would absolutely use Katherine as a walker again. Reliable, friendly, funny, and responsible. She’s pretty great.”

About: I have taken care of pets (dogs, flying squirrels, cats, fishes, etc.) via Rover and/or through friends over the past eight years. I have been a dog walker, pet sitter, and volunteer at shelters for over the past six and a half years. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs and puppies. Initially started sitting to deal with anxiety, now I thoroughly enjoy meeting and connecting with our small friends. I recently moved back to Los Angeles, but I have clients have been in New York and Boston. I have a lot of time on my hands because I work part time, so I have plenty of time to spend with your animals aka fur babies. (Let me know if you need financial accommodations as well)! Thank you! I work part time and have scheduled times around sitting, walking, or feeding clients pets. Also, I live relatively close to a park which allows for walks and room for play/ interaction with other furry-friends. I also prioritize getting a routine structured for our furry friends, so they feel comfortable with the change. It also helps the owners feel at ease. I like to know if your dog has allergies or doesn’t like certain animals and all that jazz. I create fun routine (which is based on dogs needs) to ensure a mentally and physically stimulating experience. I take all that information into consideration as I prioritze the pets comfort and owners trust.

“I booked Lindsay last minute to help my sister with her doggies after surgery made getting them out for walks tough. Lindsay was a great communicator and was super helpful. The dogs were well taken care of and loved their walks. Thanks so much Lindsay!”

Melissa M.
“I never met a bigger animal lover than Melissa, or a better pet mom. She’s always made her own pets and the other pets she cares for…her top priority. She even makes sure the feral cats in the neighborhood are fed. Although I think she prefers animals to humans (which isn’t unusual), she does like her human clients, and they seem to like her. I’ve heard from several of them how much they trust Melissa because she gives it her all and is so loving and caring.”

Beyond taking great genuine care for animals that aren't even her own she loves to send me pictures of her cat and dog since she knows I care about them too especially since they directly affect her. Out of any friend or family member I could ever call to get help with my dogs she would always be the first by far I'd reach out to.”

Finding Jaime on rover has been such a life saver! Being new to the area and finding a reliable dog walker was a huge stressor for my husband and I. Jaime is punctual and dependable, our puppy Lady seems so much happier having her come for their mid day walk. 10/10 recommend!

Jenifer was great with my little girl Daphne. I knew right away when I met Jenifer that she was a great dog person. She has her own elderly dog like my dog and would take care and be attentive to Daphne. Jenifer was also very patient with Daphne because Daphne can be a little apprehensive on her first walk with a new walker. Jenifer was friendly and punctual every time. She did an overall excellent job!

Highly recommend this couple! They were great! They took such good care of my high energy dogs. They sent me constant pictures, updates and videos which gave me so much peace of mind. My dogs are my everything and it’s been such a struggle to leave them behind that I don’t go anywhere unless I have to for work. But knowing how good they were to my dogs gave me so much relief. Thank you guys so much! Will definitely be using them again.

I am so particular about who I hope to have around my senior dog but Dea has been so sweet and punctual and so understanding of my dogs wants and needs! I feel like I can take a deep breath knowing she’ll pop in to check on my pup from time to time! Cannot recommend enough
