From the very start Jennifer was responsive and helpful, letting me know what I should pack for him and even agreeing to meet up with us before his stay so Kaiya and Dexter could mingle! To be honest I was worried our dog wouldn't want to come home. ;) The home and surrounding environment were very clean and there was plenty of space to roam and play. Jack took our dog on walks and even visited several dog parks. He also sent us messages and pics giving us updates on how things were going which eased our minds. I would not hesitate to use Jack again.”
