“My dog, Mowgli, had an amazing time with Jenessa! She shared videos and photos with me every day, which I really appreciated. I had absolutely no issues with her—she was reliable, caring, and communicative. I highly recommend her. Book her without a second thought!”

“Lisa provided an exceptional dog boarding experience for our Labradoodle and us. For the doodle, she took time to truly assess his personality and tailor his days accordingly to ensure he was comfortable. For us, she provided great logistics communication and heartfelt updates with pictures!”

“Heather has cared for Koda twice and she is amazing! I appreciate that she keeps me up to date with pictures and my guy always looks happy and relaxed. We love Heather!!”

“We had a great experience with Wendy and her husband. Our dog was happy and healthy when we returned and full of energy. She sent messages and pictures each day. Would defiantly use her again!”

“Hyeyoung and her family took great care of George! She sent great updates each day about George. Her photos are amazing! She made George look like a vogue doggy. I will 100% be rebooking with her!”

“Sammy loves going to Xiaoshan and Xiuli’s place. He loves many walks and playing with toys. Despite being high energy, he always comes back tired and happy.”

“We had an amazing experience with Leslie. She is so professional and caring. She treated our pup like her own by spoiling him with car rides to the park, walks, treats, and toys. She kept us updated with pictures and videos. We felt confident he was receiving attention and care while we were away on vacation for a week. We cannot recommend Leslie enough!!”

“Zankhana was absolutely wonderful! Our dog got several walks every day, and we received lots of photos and updates throughout his stay. It was so reassuring to know he was happy and well taken care of. We already booked its next stay! 🐾❤️”

“Kim hosted a great stay for our 14 lb dog for an extended weekend! Her communication and response time is exceptional, she keeps a very clean and organized home, and sends lots of pictures. She also has a fenced in yard with chicken wire along the bottom to prevent escapees. Heads up that she may use doggie diapers at the beginning, until your dog learns the routine and understands where to go to ask to go out, JIC your dog has an aversion to clothes. Grateful to have her nearby!”

“Kaylie is our go-to sitter! Rigby always has a great time with her pups and we’re always getting pics/videos of Kaylie playing fetch with her, which is her favorite activity.”

“So thankful for Quinten’s care of our little Frenchie. We were anxious about traveling overseas because our fur baby had a UTI, but Quinten took such good care of her and gave her antibiotics each day right on time. He sent frequent updates to reassure us that she’s doing well. He seems to really love dogs and it shows!”

“Rocky, our 2 y/o Black Russian Terrier had a great time with Lena and her family. We really appreceate getting continuous updates and videos and felt he was in good hands throughout the period.”

“Anping watched our dogs for a second time! It is clear that he gives the dogs so much attention, regular exercise, and creates a comfortable environment for them. He sent us multiple updates a day and the dogs always looked so happy. We will definitely book again! Our dogs love to stay there.”

“Loic and Kristen were wonderful with the dogs! They made sure they got plenty of exercise and attention. The dogs loved spending time with their two children, especially Leo!”

“This was our first time using Rover for our new pup and Theresa did a great job keeping us informed by sending pictures and updates. It was reassuring to see that he was doing good and was well taken care of. Theresa is very responsive, we would use her again! Thanks Theresa 😊”

“Amazing Dog Boarding Experience - We boarded our dog Rambo with Quang for 5 days and couldn’t be happier with the care provided. Right from the start, Quang was friendly, responsive, and felt that he was clearly experienced with dogs. His house has good sized backyard which made me feel happier since my dog can play in the backyard whenever needed rather than confined to a small place. Felt our pup was well looked after, got plenty of playtime and we also received regular photo and video updates, which really put our minds at ease while we were away. It’s clear that Quang truly loves dogs and treats them like family. We’ll definitely be booking again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional dog breader!”

“This was a great experience for our first time using Rover. Our dog stayed for a week at Shon’s. We received pictures frequently and could see overtime by her expressions and body posture that she settled in just fine. This was a much better experience for our dog and us humans, then a stay at a kennel. Thank you, Shon. We will be return customers!”

“Chris is an excellent host & a great guy. Just by talking to him, you'll come to learn the kind of observation he makes about dogs & level of care he provides. He shared good feedback about our dog and gave me a couple of tips/ideas through our conversations and I intend to make those happen. He also sent photos every day with small and funny messages to go with; which made the kids happy while our family was away on a trip. If you're reading these reviews and considering Chris, we highly recommend him! Thanks, Chris for taking care of Rubble!”

“Chloe and her family were awesome taking care of Luna and Journey. From the pre-booking meeting through the final pick up, Chloe was in constant communication with us. She consistently sent us texts, pictures, and videos of our two dogs everyday, and they definitely showed taking care of our dogs, as well as others, was a family affair. Everyone was playing with the dogs, who were so happy to be there. Thank you for taking care of Luna and Journey! We'll definitely book with Chloe and family again!”

“We had a wonderful experience with Romy! She took excellent care of Uni and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We received regular updates, photos, and could tell our dog was happy, comfortable, and well loved. Romy was reliable, communicative, flexible and treated our dog like her own. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring sitter.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Issaquah
Anping was great! First time using rover and I was so nervous but it went very smoothly. Anping is very quick to respond to any questions and is very accommodating. I especially appreciated receiving pictures several times per day, everyday. Thank you Anping, I will definitely book with you again in future!

Wendy and her family were amazing with our pup. They take such great care and attention to introducing dogs to one another and provide a thoughtful environment for all the small dogs to have a great time in! Out dog enjoyed them so much, we booked a couple weeks later and our dog has excited to go back! Love all the daily updates and photos - we had such a good vacation, knowing our dog was in great care. : )

Emily is wonderful! She was so patient with my pup, who takes a few days to settle in. She sent me many photos, videos, and updates which were all very much appreciated. Gracie had the best care with her and had a friend with her sweet pup Winston. I highly recommend Emily, especially if you have a calm but sensitive dog.

Pam was amazing with my dog, Bowie. He had just lost his lifelong companion and was showing signs of grieving. Pam was very compassionate and made him feel comfortable. He really perked up while staying with Pam and had a great time playing with her dog and the other dogs in her care. In addition, Pam was very responsive and sent lots of pictures and updates during his stay. I am so appreciative of Pam for helping me feel comfortable in knowing that Bowie was safe and well cared for while I was away.

Clarissa is always amazing. I’ve used her a few times and my dog absolutely loves being with her and her dogs. She treats him like her own. My dog has anxiety sometimes and I’ve never seen him get excited to stay with someone else, yet with Clarissa he gets excited and barely looks back as we leave. It’s really cute!

Koching was amazing with our boxer Remi! She updated us with plenty of photos and gave more attention to Remi than we probably do at home. As he’s a high energy dog, she took him on multiple outings each day to make sure he was stimulated. Will absolutely have her watch Remi again in the future!

Gina was an amazing dog sitter and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away on vacation. Our dog is elderly now, so it was especially important for us to make sure she was with someone patient, caring, and trustworthy — and Gina was absolutely the right person. She has such a warm, calming energy that animals naturally gravitate toward, and our dog clearly felt comfortable and happy with her right away. We also really appreciated the constant updates, videos, and pictures she sent throughout the stay. It made us feel so good knowing our dog was in such loving hands. We would absolutely trust Gina again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, attentive sitter!

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
