“Janessa was absolutely incredible. Our dog has never been happier upon his return from a boarding experience; it was an awesome vacation for him as well! She has an extremely well-maintained and safe environment for dogs to run around and play all day. Our dog got to socialize with so many others, I really think this place is a doggy haven. Furthermore, Janessa is extremely kind and professional. She left us with daily video and photo updates of our dog enjoying himself. Our dog unfortunately also became ill very soon before the stay. We had to reconsider our plans at first and Janessa was very respectful. We ended up continuing with the plan but our dog required extra care and attention that we didn't initially expect. Despite this, Janessa handled everything with ease and content, including taking our dog to the vet when another unexpected medical issue occurred during the trip. She truly made us feel like our pet was in extraordinary care, which put us at ease and let us enjoy our time away on a highly anticipated trip while knowing our dog was happy and well looked after. I don't see myself using any of the local Kennels or boarders again after this experience, which was so much better than any others. She has them beat in service, professionalism, level of care, and pet experience.”

Our big, goofy dog was so well loved by Ana Clara for the week we were gone that I am not sure he wanted to come back home. 🙃 After our initial meet and greet, I knew that our dog would be in good hands during our cruise, when I would have very limited cell reception. Ana Clara gave our pup plenty of attention and sent me daily updates and pictures. She let me know that the first night he struggled to settle, but was still eating and drinking. She let me know when he relaxed more and sent me lots of pictures of him playing and being his goofball self, so I know he was happy. Ana Clara understands and clearly loves dogs. “Amanda and Eric were such wonderful, kind sitters. I can't recommend them highly enough! The day before my booking was supposed to start, one of my girls got attacked by another dog and needed stitches on her ear and routine medication. I offered cancellation if they weren't comfortable with that, but Amanda assured me that her training as a nurse meant treating wounds was no problem at all. My girls got lots of walks, lots of love, and proper medical care. Choosing Amanda and Eric was such a blessing!”
