They agreed to meet my dog just a day before we had to go out of town after our boarding plans fell apart, and I knew from the meet and greet that it was the right place for Chewie. Within a few minutes at their home he walked right in the front door and started sniffing around. He was completely comfortable with their two dogs, Lola and Huxley. Alicia and Carson sent me photos and updates every day of my trip, and it was obvious that they cared about Chewie and were taking wonderful care of him. I've already rebooked for with them for an upcoming weekend when my family is going camping!”

“This review is LONG overdue, but Tyson did a wonderful job watching our baby boy while we were away on a long vacation. Our dog may be considered special needs to some because of his background as a rescue. Our dog is very shy, nervous and just wants to be a calm environment, and Tyson was very accommodating to his needs and made sure to provide just that. He sent pictures a few times a day, gave thorough updates and made us feel at ease that our dog was in great hands! And he sure was! Tyson has watched our dog a few times before and his first stay with him, we even received a little video Tyson made of their walk together! It was so nice seeing our baby boy happy and getting the exercise he needs. As a customer, what we really, REALLY appreciated was Tyson's flexibility. He was always open to pickup/drop off times that worked with our schedule. I cannot stress enough how helpful that is! We will definitely be reaching out again for Byron's care with Tyson. “We are so lucky for Yu-Ju to take care of our dog while we were away for 3 weeks. Not only she has sent pictures and videos during the stay, we could see that she has been constantly trying to make our dog's stay as comfortable as possible. We really appreciated Yu-Ju asking specific questions such as how to tie the dog's hair, what our dogs would like in certain situations, how to take care of the eyes, etc. Other sitters may be fine just staying with the dog and send occasional pictures, but Yu-Ju is like a custom service tailored for our dog. We want to come back to Yu-Ju whenever we needed as long as possible!”
