We were nervous about being away from Hazel for so long, but Suk sent us regular updates, photos, and videos that were very reassuring and delightful. Hazel is timid around other dogs , but she’s bonded with T-Bone so much so that when I picked her up, she welcomed me and then ran off to play with T-Bone. “Kim hosted a great stay for our 14 lb dog for an extended weekend! Her communication and response time is exceptional, she keeps a very clean and organized home, and sends lots of pictures. She also has a fenced in yard with chicken wire along the bottom to prevent escapees. Heads up that she may use doggie diapers at the beginning, until your dog learns the routine and understands where to go to ask to go out, JIC your dog has an aversion to clothes. Grateful to have her nearby!”

Trinity is Awesome. Literally all I can ask for, when it comes to taking care of my pet. It was short notice, and she was available to take him in. She was very professional and caring. My pet developed stress colitis which happens every time we leave him at a day care. She managed it really well and co ordinating care. Will surely use her services next time Im out of town. This is our second time boarding our dog with Soma, and she has been amazing both times. She genuinely cares for our dog and treats her with so much love and kindness. Anna was amazing with our dog! We had a last minute cancellation and she was responsive and flexible to meet our last minute needs. Our pup was clearly happy while we were away and had lots of opportunities to play and get outdoors. Anna sends photos and videos throughout the day so we can check in to see how he was doing. So grateful for her taking such good care of our pup!
Lavanya has been an amazing care taker for our dog whom we left for the first time with her. She has genuine love towards the dogs she onboards in her care and provides an environment where the dog doesn’t miss being in a different place. Without a second thought I would rebook Lavanya for any future service. Arlo was missing his buddy Simba Lavanyas own dog and formed a strong bond both with the dog and her family. She provides the best to leave ur pets with being at ease during our trips. She makes sure you are updated everyday with photos and videos.
Cathy was super sweet and accommodating to Fig. Her yard is really fun for dogs because it has a forest, lawn and bushes for dogs to explore. The house is set up to make the dogs feel welcome and cozy. I could tell that Fig got lots of attention and loved staying with Cathy.
Junie had the best time with Cathryn and we were happy that she was having a fun staycation while we were on vacation! Room to roam and gain independence, endless places to explore and a calm person who accepts all the wackiness that Aussies bring! Thanks for a great stay- we are so appreciative!
Donnell and Ryan gave us just enough updates and photos to know that Buddy was adjusting fine. The boarding was 6 days and their home and fenced yard was ideal for our dog. Donnell and Ryan are experienced with dog behaviors and how to help a dog relax and feel safe with them. This was our first boarding through Rover and we were very happy with how it worked out.
