About: Since childhood I've taken care of dogs including being a dog parent to my own golden retriever for 13 years. I enjoy dog walks, playing with pups or adult dogs alike and accompanying dogs on trails, parks, lakes or rivers in the beautiful PNW. About: WELCOME TO THE PACK! my Husband an I have been doing dog boarding and sitting together for about 2 years an I have been doing it individually for about 5. We have two lab mixes, a staffy, an a jackrussel mix in our home with us whom we love deeply. We are used to working with different personalities around an love incorporating new pups into our lives getting to know them an keeping them comfortable. I live on a large forested property in Redmond that's fenced in, we love to get to know new personalities an our pups will never pass on a new play mate. I work 4 days a week at a grooming salon my husband is home 24/7 with boards. We like to spend time outside but if the weather is bad it's cuddle central inside. We do about 4 or 5 potty breaks a day an one or two good play sessions outside before settling into the evening. Outside time is monitored the whole time to ensure everyone is safe and happy while playing in our beautiful yard. I am comfortable an very good giving oral meds an insulin shots to our dearly beloved friends. We are a medical issue an disability friendly household that can take care your best friends needs with the upmost care. We will trim over grown nails or give baths if its necessary or needed. We also have experience with Giant breeds an petite alike so please bring your "horses" an lil "bed bugs" to play or cuddle we don't discriminate. I have a special soft spot of senor dogs an their powdered sugar faces an will do everything to support our senior citizens in their twilight years. I have plenty of enrichment toys, treats, an orthopedic beds to meet your old pals needs. I do not provide care to cats, not because I don't want to I'm sadly allergic. I would love if in your animals care package they have at least 1 toy, harness is preferable, something that smells like you an your home like their bed or a blanket (animals are smell based so it a comfort), their food bowl, dog food enough for the stay. About: I've been raising dogs since I was 25, for almost 28 years now. And I always prepare fresh food for my two dogs. My dogs sleep beside me in my bed every night. When I was younger, I had the experience of delivering a puppy (it just so happened, I was forced into the job). I cared for the newborn puppies until they reached adulthood. I love animals and have kept, dogs, cats, rabbits, turtles, and fish. Currently, I have two poodles, each weighing 8 pounds. Macy is a 10-and-a-half-year-old girl, and Rice is a mischievous boy I adopted last year, now 3 years old. Last year, I also adopted a 2-year-old Devon Rex cat. I don't need to work outside the home and have been a nonprofit volunteer for ten years. Because of my love for dogs and my long-term experience in animal care, I founded a non-profit animal rescue project in 2020. For the past five years, I've been finding new homes for stray dogs and cats. As of the end of November this year, I've helped 60 cats and 40 dogs find new homes. For the past five years, I've been a full-time volunteer for this project, and now I plan to take a break so I can spend more time with my beloved dogs :) I walk the dogs 2-3 times a day. We have a fenced yard where the dogs can play. I also play various games with them every day. Besides their two meals a day, I give them some treats during the day, and I also grill some chicken breast slices myself (healthier, no additives). My happiest time at night is sleeping with them in bed. Before falling asleep, each dog gets a massage, which they all enjoy :)

About: We’ve been raising our golden retriever (3 yrs) and Great Pyrenees & German Shepherd mix (2 yrs, adopted from Seattle Humane!). We always give them good training and mental stimulation, teaching good manners. We also have two senior cats of 7 years old and they get along pretty well. We much enjoy the daily life with our affectionate dogs and cats. I work from home 100% of the time and I usually only go out once a week for groceries. I’m pretty flexible on my daily schedule, so any immediate need of my pets (and yours) can be attended to quickly. Our house is pet safe, and we are very careful not to leave poisonous food on the table where the dogs can reach. We have a fully fenced backyard, which was built this year new. The backyard is about 400 sqft so it’s a great run for any dogs. We have a tall cat tree that can accommodate 3 cats.

About: I have worked in the back and front at many vet clinics. I have run large play groups. I am always putting the pet first and always strive for positive experience. I do work Monday through Friday 9 to 5 pm. I have morning and afternoons available. And weekends. I can even do mid day visits if close by to my work. I have owned and trained many Australian shepherds in obedience, stock and manners. I have 2 aussies that are 13 years old. One has cancer and is in hospice care. About: I've loved and cared for animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with cats and I got and trained my dog when I was 11. I tried to train my cats too but that didn't go quite so well. About: Ive grown up with cats and dogs my whole life. I spent a lot of time with my cousin being a breeder taking her dogs to shows, I have learned how to take care of dogs and how to approach the ones that can be a handful at times. I work a full time Monday- friday job but on my lunches I can stop by for check ins and walks and after work as well. Weekends are always open too. If doing check ins I can clean up any accidents and make sure they are fed and have water(depending on feeding schedules) and I always have local parks and routes pre planned for a good walk

About: Hi! My name is Mackenna. I graduated from Washington State in 2021 and have been working in the senior living industry for the past 2 years. I am new to Rover but not new to caring for pets. I have been surrounded by animals my entire life and am a proud cat mom. I have professionally bred, handled, and groomed purebred dogs for the past decade. I have experience with cats and dogs of all breeds, sizes, needs, and histories. I love animals and want to do this work to make some money on the side, but also because animals bring me so much joy! My schedule is super flexible and I am available to provide frequent potty breaks, feeding, walking, and overnight stays. When sitting, I am happy to stay at the pet’s home to attend to all of their needs (especially pets and cuddles). Your pets’ safety and happiness are my #1 priority. About: Since childhood I've taken care of dogs including being a dog parent to my own golden retriever for 13 years. I enjoy dog walks, playing with pups or adult dogs alike and accompanying dogs on trails, parks, lakes or rivers in the beautiful PNW. I'm also very experienced at senior dog care giving including medical care, injections and cooking and feeding special meals. I'm currently in between jobs and stay home mostly, I have plenty of time to care for dog boarding or dog walking all days of the week and weekend. When I picked her up that evening she was happy and tired, looked like she had a good day and made new friends. I have already rebooked her for 2 days this week.
