About: I’ve cared for dogs for years and have experience with both large and small breeds. I currently help care for my two Saint Bernards and have also dog sat Australian Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, and smaller dogs with my mom. As a student-athlete, I’m very active and used to maintaining routines, so I can handle walks, playtime, feeding schedules, and giving pets lots of attention and exercise. I’m reliable, patient, and genuinely enjoy being around animals. I’m a student-athlete, so staying active and responsible is already part of my daily routine. I lift every weekday morning from 9–10am and practice from 11am–12pm, which still gives me plenty of time during the afternoons, evenings, and weekends to care for your pets. I’m used to balancing a busy schedule while caring for my own dogs, so your pets will always get attention, exercise, and reliable care. I’ve grown up around dogs and currently care for two Saint Bernards, so I’m very comfortable with large breeds and dogs with different personalities and energy levels. I’ve also helped my mom dog sit Australian Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, and smaller dogs, so I’m experienced with a wide range of sizes and temperaments. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, exercised, and cared for while keeping owners updated and following any routines or instructions closely.

“Elizabeth is always wonderful with our aging cat, Cleo. She is a happy kitty when we get back home after all the loving care she receives. Applying her medicine twice daily, lots of play time, pettings, as well as taking great care of our house while we are away. I highly recommend Elizabeth.”

“Elizabeth was amazing! She was responsive to my request, communicative about her visit, and our pup had a great time. I will not hesitate to book her again, thanks Elizabeth!”

About: Our fur baby, Maggie, a chocolate lab recently passed away at 13. We'd had her since she was 8 weeks so the house feels too quiet now. We miss her so much and while we can't commit to getting our own dog again just yet, we'd love to help care for your fur baby while you travel. Since we do have two kids though we need to ensure the pets we host are non-aggressive and good with kids. My husband and I work full time from home and we miss our daily walks with Maggie. Our schedules allow for the flexibility for walks, potty breaks, and play time. We're fortunate that we have a high, privacy fenced in yard to allow for great outdoor play time. We will only host one dog at a time so your special pet will receive 1x1 care. We do have children so it's important your dog has been around kids before.

I am currently working freelance roles, so my availability is very open and flexible. This means I’m happy to accommodate yours pets usual routine times. Pets are so special. I will provide both a calming and/or energetic presence depending on their personality. I’m very reliable and on-time, and will make sure your pets needs and wants are met!

About: I have tons of experience with pet-sitting. I have my own 8 year old golden doodle at home that I love and care for. I love to spend time outdoors and will play with your pet for hours! I am a very responsible adult and pride myself with my accountability and kindness. I am just home for the summer so I have no work obligations, which means I can be there for your pet 24/7! I love to spend time outdoors and enjoy long walks especially in the summer! I have a fur baby at home and have raised her for the last 8 years so I have experience with pets. I take her on daily long walks and love to take her to the dog park to run around!

“Highly recommended! We reached out to Yihua to see if she could take care of Hacker, while we were away on a business trip. She responded promptly and arranged a meet-and-greet ahead of time to meet us and Hacker, which immediately gave us confidence. During the visit, she carefully asked about Hacker’s daily routines, feeding preferences, and any additional tasks needed for each visit. We told her that besides changing the water and refilling dry cat food, it would be great if she could also give him a lick-able cat treat and 10–12 pieces of cat's multivitamin each time. She took detailed notes and made sure everything was clear. Throughout the week we were away, Yihua did an outstanding job. She not only took wonderful care of Hacker and spent time playing with him, but also sent us plenty of photos and short videos, which really reassured us while we were out. When we returned home, Hacker was in great condition. It was obvious he had been very well cared for. We will definitely be reaching out to Yihua again for pet sitting in the future!”

“Cara was fantastic taking care of our three spoiled cat children, all with specific needs, medications, etc. Our cats LOVED her, she took the time to play with them every visit and made sure they had everything they needed. We will absolutely be using Cara again any time we go out of town, for a night or for a few weeks. Thank you!!!!”

“Valentina is such a lovely person with a special love for animals. She is my favourite cat sitter I have found on rover! Thank you for taking good care of my kitties!! Highly recommend her :)”

“Lindsay was wonderful! She took a ton of photos of my cats and provided descriptive updates on their wellbeing while I was gone. She went above and beyond with her care, including daily subcutaneous injections for my elderly cat, and both of them were happy when I got home. Would definitely recommend her care!”

Ames Lake cat parents share their Rover experiences
Ben did a great job with our three cats. He arrived reliably to take care of their necessities, and ensured each cat got some attention and play time. This was especially important for our most skittish cat who can be hard to coax out, especially when her brothers like to hog the toys. We immediately noticed when we got home that she was more interactive and assertive at play time which is fantastic. He always sent us pictures and short videos from each visit, and we looked forward to each of them daily. We would definitely hire him again.
