“Elizabeth was amazing! She was responsive to my request, communicative about her visit, and our pup had a great time. I will not hesitate to book her again, thanks Elizabeth!”

“Cynthia was amazing! She went above and beyond as one of our cats got sick right before we left, she was very understanding about schedule changes and made sure to keep us up to date on how he was doing. The cats clearly loved her, and it made our trip so much less stressful knowing they were in good hands.”

“Mindy has watched our dogs a few times now and has always been on time, caring and following our instructions. She got along with our dogs immediately and I would never hesitate to recommend Mindy to others.”

“Merritt was incredibly flexible and kept me in the loop while we were gone. I really enjoyed reading the Rover Card after each visit. I also loved the pictures and videos she included. It was very comforting knowing Ilah was in good hands. Merritt was definitely worth every penny and then some.”

About: Hi! I am a dependable and caring college student who loves all things animals and the outdoors. I grew up in the King County area and I always had a dog growing up, so I have grown to love them very much. I have since gotten the opportunities to take care of many pets (from Goldens to Rottweilers to Labs and even cats!). I will accommodate to you and your pets needs, schedule and routines. I am very comfortable handling dogs outside of the house, walking, playing, etc and have calmly and successfully dealt with rowdy pets many times. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet behind, and I want to ensure that they are getting the best possible care! I am great at communicating with you however you prefer, and will love to send you updates so you can rest that your pet is safe and happy! I currently work part time, with flexibility to care for your pets both morning and night! I can adjust to your specific needs and preferences when it comes to timing on visits and how often you want me to be with your pet! When entering your home I will always be very respectful of you space and your belongings! I am extra attentive to how things are kept and most of all the safety of your pet!
“Jenn is the best! We have a 1yr old ball crazy doggo with endless energy. She did an amazing job entertaining him and getting some energy out. Jenn is a super timely communicator and always showed up right on time. Spud loved her - we’ll definitely be repeat customers!”

“Emma did a great job taking care of our kitty while we were away. She was always on time and followed the instructions well. My cat seemed to enjoy her company. Definitely will work with her again.”

“Andrew took great care of Shadow while we were out of town. He sent updates and pictures which gave us peace of mind. He even braved the April snow storm to make sure Shadow was taken care of. Our pup was happy and healthy when we got home.”

About: I'm a compassionate dog-sitter who is dedicated to the care and happiness of your pup. I have experience with dogs of all breeds and temperaments. Your dog's weekend getaway will include endless cuddles and attention, and multiple walks or fetch sessions. I will accommodate your regular walking and feeding routine including administering medication. I will be taking only one dog at a time to ensure quality time, and only sitting on the weekends when I'm not working so I can give your dog my full attention.
“Trinity did an excellent job taking care of our boy Sokka. He always looked so happy in her company in the photos, and we came home to a cat that wasn't entirely mad at us for being away as a result. Trinity also did a great job with his feeding and medicine schedule, and was great at keeping us informed and communicating. Would definitely book with Trinity again!”

About: I have experience with my current dog after going through several months of behavioral training as a puppy. I also have experience with senior dogs and cats growing up at my parents home. I also know how to administer medicine both orally and through ear medicine for cats. During the week, early mornings, late afternoons and evenings are best. On the weekends, late afternoons and evenings are best. With enough time, I can accommodate noon appointments. Feeding, outside time, cleaning litter box, and playing/exercise time will all be standard, but it depends on the needs of the cat. I can also administer medicine as well. If boarding at my own home, dogs will have a fenced yard for exercise.

“Thank you for being so good to my baby girl! And thank you for always being flexible and available. Great job. I look forward to many more years of working together to ensure queen Maddie is always well cared for.😜”

“Lindsay went above and beyond to help us with our cat, and we plan on continuing to book with her for the future! I absolutely recommend her if you're looking for a sitter!”

“Reagan is wonderful! While we were out of town for ten days, Reagan did two drop in visits a day with our two boy cats. She was so loving and attentive to them. She’s super detail oriented with their routines and was up for dealing with all their cat quirks. She played with them every visit and sent us the most fun pictures and updates each time! Both cats, even our very shy guy, clearly loved hanging out with her. We so appreciate Reagan’s help with our little guys. We will definitely book again!”

About: I share my home with 18 pets of my own, so I have experience with a wide range of personalities, temperaments, and care needs. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I've owned both dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. I have been pet sitting for over 3 years. I’m currently a college student taking online courses, meaning I have a super flexible schedule and can easily accommodate to your pet’s specific needs. Animals are always the center of my life, so I build my days around their care, comfort, and happiness. Every pet has their own personality and needs. I tailor my care to match each animal’s routine in order to ensure they feel comfortable and secure. In a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely to maintain their normal routine and help them feel relaxed. I focus on building trust with each pet to create a safe and stress free experience.
About: I grew up around cats, dogs and hamsters. We have had 2 boxers previously, one of which I have cared for through his late senior years, so I know what extra special care senior animals may need. I am comfortable diaper-changing, walking a their pace and administering medications. I have experience house-sitting and pet-sitting for various pets throughout my life — mostly cats and dogs. My son currently has a Leopard Gecko, so I have some insight into caged reptiles too, but am willing to learn more and care for them too, if needed. I am a Stay-at-Home-Mom with an open schedule. I can easily fit in dog walks, or house-visits to care for a pet. (I have an 1.5 year old daughter who will mostly like need to come with me on these visits.) You can trust me to walk your pet or come pop-in for a visit to feed and care for them. I love all animals and am happy to help them feel loved and less alone while you're gone.
About: I have learned a lot about taking care of animals over the years from growing up with 3 dogs, 2 cats, and chickens. These were my parents pets however, I cared for them on many occasions and now I have a cat of my own who I adopted last year. I make sure she gets plenty of play time and exercise every day, she also has all of her vaccines, is very friendly, eats good and goes to the vet regularly. I love animals and taking care of them is one of my passions. I am currently working part-time, so I have lots of free time to love and care for your pets! I am fully available Sundays, Mondays, and Fridays as well as Tuesdays and Saturday evenings, Wednesday and Thursday mornings. I make sure all the pets I care for get lots of love and attention. I also make sure dogs get lots of exercise and fresh air outside, I love to go for walks and would love to take your dog for a long walk or play around at the dog park.

Cynthia did a wonderful job taking care of our cat while we were away. She was a good communicator, provided updates, and helped us feel confident that our pet was in good hands throughout our trip. It was such a relief to know we didn't have to worry while we were gone. I would absolutely recommend Cynthia to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!

I booked Caitlin for drop in visits for my two cats was very pleased and reassured with her reports and photos. My two cats have recently had a long distance move and they really loved their previous cat sitter, so I was relieved to see from the photos that they are comfortable with Caitlin and are getting to know. Definitely recommend!

We couldn’t have asked for a better dog and cat sitter than Katie! She recently watched all three of our animals for drop-in visits while we were out of town. She was always punctual, incredibly attentive, and clearly cared deeply about our animals. From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing they were in such amazing hands. Katie was fantastic about keeping us updated—regular messages, thoughtful check-ins, and plenty of pictures that reassured us our pets were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Honestly, when we got home, we’re pretty sure our animals were a little bummed we were back and Katie was gone—that’s how much they loved her. We wholeheartedly recommend Katie to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and communicative pet sitter. She’s truly exceptional.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
