“Super communicative and easy to work with. She took great care of our puppy and was super adaptive to her reactive needs. We will definitely be booking again ☺️”

“Cynthia did great! She gave warm and sensitive care to my old boy. She is very knowledgeable and helpful, bought medicine for his poor tummy and update his situation in time. highly recommend!”

“Reagan is wonderful! While we were out of town for ten days, Reagan did two drop in visits a day with our two boy cats. She was so loving and attentive to them. She’s super detail oriented with their routines and was up for dealing with all their cat quirks. She played with them every visit and sent us the most fun pictures and updates each time! Both cats, even our very shy guy, clearly loved hanging out with her. We so appreciate Reagan’s help with our little guys. We will definitely book again!”

“Christian was our first ever Rover, and he did a great job sending us pictures and updates at each check in to ensure we felt comfortable leaving two big energetic dogs in his care! We came home to two very happy dogs and would love to work with Christian again the next time we need a sitter.”

“Mindy is great! She is a cat whisperer and our cat loved her from the start! Friendly, punctual, responsive and helpful. Sent us picture updates after every visit. Will hire her again.”

“Janine did a fantastic job caring for Wally while we were traveling! She was incredibly attentive, communicative, and patient throughout the entire process. Wally can be a little cautious and takes time to build trust with new people, and Janine was so understanding and willing to work with him at his own pace. Her patience, kindness, and dedication gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in great hands. We truly appreciate the care and effort she put into making Wally feel comfortable and safe. Janine is wonderful, and we will absolutely continue using her services. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy sitter!”

About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life, and caring for pets has always been a passion of mine. I have a 4-year-old Border Collie who means the world to me, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members. I spent over a year working at a doggy daycare, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. My responsibilities included supervising playgroups, feeding meals, administering medications, cleaning kennels, and making sure every dog was safe, comfortable, and happy throughout the day - and overnight if boarding. I now work at a small local pet store, where I’ve continued expanding my knowledge of pet care, nutrition, and enrichment. I love using my experience to provide attentive, compassionate care that’s tailored to each pet’s individual needs. I currently work part-time which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to offer drop-in visits and walks throughout the week depending on your pets schedule. Every pet is unique, so I do my best to keep them comfortable by following their normal routines as closely as possible. Whether that means walks, playtime, feeding, medications, or simply getting loved on and spoiled, I’ll provide attentive, compassionate care tailored to your pet’s needs. I also understand how important peace of mind is, so I am more than happy to send photo updates and messages during each visit!
“Susannah was absolutely amazing taking care of our 3 cats! She went above and beyond even grooming them each day. We would highly recommend her to anyone and will be using Susannah again in the near future to watch our little guys!!!”

“This was my first time using Rover and I was quite apprehensive. Lauren took great care of my two cats. I was surprised that Mochi, who is usually very shy, warmed up to Lauren very quickly. Next time I have to travel, I can rest easy that they will be in good hands. Highly recommended.”

“Stef watched our cats for a week then we had to add on a day with last minute notice. She was able to take it on with no problem which we really appreciated. Both our cats are shy but it appears at least one of them came out when she was there for a photo. I w I ud use her again.”

About: We have both had dogs our entire lives that have spread across a variety of breeds, including Boston Terrier, English Bulldog, Labs, and Australian Shepard. We truly love all breeds and would love to spend time with your dog! We both work from home full time so there is no issue with feeding, walking or potty schedules. We generally love to spend time outdoors on the weekends and would love to take your dog on walks or hikes on the trails, if you’re comfortable. We have a fully fenced in yard and live close to an expansive trail system that we would be more than happy to walk your dog on to enjoy the outdoors. Dogs are welcome to be left loose in our house and will be allowed on the furniture, or feel free to bring their bed and/or crate if that’s what they are used to.
About: My name is Caity, and I’m excited to provide loving, reliable care for your home and pets. I’ve completed several housesitting jobs in the past, including overnight stays, and I have experience caring for dogs of different breeds and ages. During my childhood into adulthood I was a proud dog mom to two Labrador Retrievers, so I understand the responsibility that comes with caring for dogs and making sure they receive plenty of love, attention, exercise, and patience. My goal is to make your time away from your pet as stress-free as possible by keeping them happy, safe, and comfortable while also taking great care of your home. I’ll treat your pets as if they were my own and do my very best to give them the care and companionship they deserve. Please feel free to reach out anytime with questions or to chat about your pets needs. I’d love to hear from you and hopefully meet your furry family soon! With love, Caity :) I am currently working part-time. This means that I am available most days in the week, for most hours of the day, to care for your pets! During my services, I will follow your pet’s usual feeding, exercise, and bedtime routines as closely as possible so they feel comfortable while you are away. I also prioritize providing regular updates so that you can feel confident in your pet’s happiness and care!

About: Dogs have always been a part of my family. But I love all animals. I have pet sat for several family friends so I am used to adapting to animal needs. Whether it be a dog, cat, or fish, I am happy to provide care and entertainment to your pet. Currently I am in grad school so I do have some classes, however there is a lot of availability in my schedule especially if you are looking for furry friend to go on a late afternoon walk. If I am in a client’s home I will always make sure to either have your pet on a leash or in a fenced in area, depending on permissions. My go to is follow the owner’s instructions, and if something comes up I will ask or take the safest option (ie leash always while outside). If a client’s pet is to stay with me, I do have a small dog park I can take them to.
About: I grew up on a homestead and was always around many different animals including dogs. I rode horses from a young age and walked dogs throughout college to help pay for tuition. I love animals and am super comfortable around them! I work from home so I can provide attentive care for your pets. I have a flexible schedule and can go on walks multiple times during the day. I am available to stay at your home for dogsitting, as well as have your pet at my home. I have a fenced in yard and plenty of space. I live with roommates.
About: I had a dog for my whole life, and cared for him from puppy to senior, so I know how to care for a dog at any stage of its wonderful life! I have also watched dogs of all sizes, from a chihuahua to a weimaraner! I am very active and would love to walk and play with your furry friend! I am VERY available this summer, and would love to care for your pet! I have a big car love to be outside and active! I am very clean and organized, trustworthy, and reliable. Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of September 2026, there are 5,584 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Junction. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Junction. On Rover:
- 91% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 94% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 94% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
