Dogs, cats, rabbits, goats, chickens, I've cared for animals of all kinds in and around the valley. I currently petsit full time so I have plenty of time to spend with your pups! Shoot me a message and we can discuss more details 😊 I've house sat for people and pets all over the valley, and love to take pets to the dog park in Snoqualmie! I can stay in your home or just stop by!

Reagan was a great sitter for my elderly small dog. He doesn’t require much but Reagan ensured he got lots of love while she checked in on him. She showed up on time, fed him as directed, cleaned up any messes that occurred, refilled water. I especially enjoyed the photos she sent me as well as the detailed descriptions of her visits. Reagan was reliable and I would 10/10 ask her to pet sit for my senior pup again. Thanks Reagan for taking care of my old man while I was away!

About: I have experience with my current dog after going through several months of behavioral training as a puppy. I also have experience with senior dogs and cats growing up at my parents home. I also know how to administer medicine both orally and through ear medicine for cats. During the week, early mornings, late afternoons and evenings are best. On the weekends, late afternoons and evenings are best. With enough time, I can accommodate noon appointments. Feeding, outside time, cleaning litter box, and playing/exercise time will all be standard, but it depends on the needs of the cat. I can also administer medicine as well. If boarding at my own home, dogs will have a fenced yard for exercise.

About: Over the past 5 years, I have become the de facto dog sitter amongst friends and acquaintances across the Snoqualmie Valley. My experience even ranges to goats! I am currently setting up my work schedule as a dog trainer and will most likely be working Thursday-Sunday for around 6-7 hour shifts for the time being. I am most interested in keeping consistent with your pets needs and routine, while giving them all the love and attention as well! I am capable of administering medications, maintaining individual hygiene routines, adhering to your pet's special diet, and whatever else might be needed. I look forward especially to the cuddles and playtime.

About: I extensive dog walking and care experience. I've worked as both a dog walker in school and I have learned training techniques to handle dogs with behavioral issues like anxiety and stress. I love going on morning walks with pups during the summer! I have a flexible schedule while school is out, most weekday afternoons and evenings are free! Let me know when you are interested in and we can work it out! :) I always make it my priority to make sure that animals in my care feel safe and loved. I do that by making sure that they have everything they need and by communicating with you to see how I can make sure they have the best experience while we're together.❤️

Cynthia was amazing with my 2 dogs! This was my first time using Rover and I loved how my dogs were able to stay in the comfort of their own home instead of being boarded. I went on a business trip for 1 week and she walked and fed them twice a day. She also sent updates and photos after each check in to let me know how they were doing. Thanks so much, I’ll definitely use this service again! ?

About: Growing up, my family welcomed many rescued animals into our home, from a beagle mix and a golden retriever to a Jack Russell terrier, turtle, guinea pig, bunny, and even a horse. My love for animals inspired me to start pet sitting for friends and family in high school, giving me experience caring for a variety of pets, including pit bulls, greyhounds, golden retrievers, Australian shepherds, and cats. Kaiti is a freelance photographer who works from home, which allows her plenty of time to visit, walk, and shower your pets with love. Quixem, her partner, is a journalist for KING 5 by day and joins her for overnight pet sitting. While Quixem is allergic to cats, Kaiti can still check in on your feline friends and keep them entertained whenever needed. When caring for pets in my home or my client's home, I prioritize safety, trust, and a comfortable environment to ensure pets feel secure and happy. I make sure to understand each pet’s unique needs and routines, from feeding schedules to favorite activities, so I can provide care tailored specifically to them. Building trust with pets and their owners is essential to me. I offer meet-and-greets before any new sitting arrangement to allow pets to get comfortable with me. For each stay, I send regular updates, photos, and notes on how your pet is doing, so you feel connected and reassured. My goal is to make you feel confident that your pet is in caring, capable hands.

Frequently asked questions about Rover

As of August 2026, there are 4,999 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Ellisville. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Ellisville. On Rover:

  • 91% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 93% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 94% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
