About: I am a North Bend native and resident and have been petsitting for valley residents since I was a teen. I worked for 5 years at the local pet supply store, gaining more clients. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and have many years of experience greeting and working with dogs across behavior spectrums including high-drive, reactive, separation and general anxiety, jumping, leash pulling, and more. I have extensive experience with kittens as young as 2 weeks and puppies as young as 6 weeks and many common health issues that can occur at this age. I can confidently administer medication for cats and dogs including but not limited to: eye drops/gel, ear drops, oral liquid, and oral pills. I am very familiar and confident in feeding different food types including kibble with toppers, freeze dried, raw food, and canned food. I am free between the hours of 9:30am and 2pm on weekdays and am available to drop in visits and walks during this time. I can also do evening drop-ins upon request as I never want to book more than one drop in a night. I can do weekends upon request for the same reason. I always want to meet the pets before drop ins when possible to replicate their routine and get to know their behavior so my time with them is as smooth and easy on them as possible. I am well versed in reading dog and cat body language and will adapt. I adore loving on pets when it is welcome and enjoyed but will always respect the need for space and slow introductions. After working at the local pet store for 5 years, I have greeted and worked with thousands of dogs and am always receptive of advice and know there is always more to learn.

About: I grew up on a homestead and was always around many different animals including dogs. I rode horses from a young age and walked dogs throughout college to help pay for tuition. I love animals and am super comfortable around them! I work from home so I can provide attentive care for your pets. I have a flexible schedule and can go on walks multiple times during the day. I am available to stay at your home for dogsitting, as well as have your pet at my home. I have a fenced in yard and plenty of space. I live with roommates.

About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 10 years and have experience with both dogs and cats of all different ages, personalities, and needs. I’ve cared for seniors, special-needs pets, anxious animals, and pets who need oral medications or a little extra patience. I’m big on following each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible — meals, walks, medications, playtime, bedtime, and all the little things they’re used to at home. Some pets want to be attached to your hip, while others need time and space to warm up, and I’m happy to let them set the pace. I have two cats of my own and have had cats throughout my life, so I’m very comfortable with cat care as well as dogs. I’m used to everything from easygoing pets to the stubborn, mischievous, and “will absolutely eat that if you turn around for two seconds” variety. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable while you’re away. I’ll pay attention to your instructions, keep you updated, and make sure your pet is safe, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention. I spend most of my free time at home and have a pretty flexible routine, so I’m able to give pets plenty of attention, playtime and company. We always start the day with a morning walk before I head to work, and I’m usually home by 3pm for the rest of the afternoon and evening. When I’m not home, my husband usually is, so there’s typically someone around to keep an eye on things and give your pet some company. I can sometimes accommodate short-notice requests, and I live right next to two parks in a safe neighborhood with plenty of places to walk. My home is kept pretty pet-safe — my two cats are professional troublemakers, so they’ve made sure we don’t leave much out that curious pets can get into. It’s just my husband and me at home, so there aren’t lots of unfamiliar people coming and going. We have a fully fenced backyard, and the house is mostly hardwood and tile, so scratches, muddy paws, and normal pet messes aren’t something I stress about. If your pet needs their own space, they can also have an entire room to themselves for a quiet, comfortable place to relax.

Always greatly aware of animals jumping on and off of furniture and going down stairs. My lab who was the greatest love of my life tore her acl just going down 3 steps. I make myself very aware of the surrounding and dangers that could happen.

I’ve also loved playing with my friend’s Frend Dogz & Katz. I pay attention to their personality and really try to understand what they may be needing/wanting at that time. Dogs have been apart of my life since I was 7, when we took in a stray basset hound named Scarlett. She was a kindred old soul. I've watched Chihuahuas and Golden Retrievers, old dogs barely able to leave the house and little pups who never wanted to stay inside.
