Reagan is wonderful! While we were out of town for ten days, Reagan did two drop in visits a day with our two boy cats. She was so loving and attentive to them. She’s super detail oriented with their routines and was up for dealing with all their cat quirks. She played with them every visit and sent us the most fun pictures and updates each time! Both cats, even our very shy guy, clearly loved hanging out with her. We so appreciate Reagan’s help with our little guys. We will definitely book again!

About: I have cared for pets both professionally and personally throughout my life. I previously worked in a dog daycare and boarding facility, where I also assisted with grooming and cared for dogs with a wide range of personalities, energy levels, and needs. I’m experienced with high-needs pets, following detailed medication routines, and administering insulin injections. I’ve also had pets of my own throughout my life, so I understand how important it is to provide attentive, dependable, and loving care for our special companions. I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of flexibility to make pet care a consistent and unrushed part of my daily routine. I can accommodate weekday and weekend visits, walks, feeding schedules, medication routines, and pets who need extra time or attention. I’m active, organized, and dependable, and I’ll carefully follow your pet’s established routine so they feel secure and well cared for while you’re away. I provide care through walks, drop-in visits, and overnight stays in my clients’ homes, where pets can remain comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. I carefully follow all feeding, medication, exercise, and household instructions, keep doors and gates securely closed, use leashes and harnesses as directed, and pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and comfort. I also provide regular updates and photos so you always know your pet is safe, settled, and well cared for.

About: My love for animals comes from my mom, and I've always had furry friends by my side. I've cared for three dogs and six cats, each with their own unique personalities and needs. I recently graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology and am exploring a long term career in veterinary medicine. Rover gives me the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while providing every pet with the individualized care they deserve, and giving you peace of mind so you can enjoy your time away from home knowing your pets are in good care. I believe the key to happy, healthy pets is plenty of love, enrichment, exercise, and close attention to their well-being. Whether your pet enjoys cuddles on the couch, long walks, interactive play, or quiet companionship, I will tailor my care to each animal's personality. I'm attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, energy level, and overall health, and I'll always communicate my concerns to you. Over the years, I've cared for pets recovering from minor injuries, infections, surgeries, cancer, and kidney disease. I'm comfortable administering oral, topical, eye, and ear medications while following detailed care instructions. I've also had the privilege of caring for beloved pets during the final stages of their lives, including my sweet cats Van Gogh, Kitty, and Katie, and my little pup Harley. Those experiences taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and making every moment as comfortable as possible. I know trusting someone new with your pet can feel like a big decision. Although I'm new to Rover, I'm committed to earning your trust through dependable care, clear communication, and treating every pet as if they were my own. You can expect regular updates, plenty of photos, and the reassurance that your pet will receive the same love and attention I'd want for my own animals. I'd love to schedule a meet-and-greet so we can get to know each other and make sure I'm a great fit for you and your pet. I look forward to meeting your furry family member! I'm available for drop-in visits before 3pm and after 6pm on weekdays, and I have flexible availability on the weekends. This section will be updated if my availability changes long-term. For drop-in visits, I will manage feeding, attend to custom needs, and give your pet plenty of attention and playtime as requested. Please let me know of your pet's favorite activities! I will ensure your pet has plenty of potty opportunities (including a clean litter box). Please provide your veterinarian's contact information in case of emergency.

About: We have both had dogs our entire lives that have spread across a variety of breeds, including Boston Terrier, English Bulldog, Labs, and Australian Shepard. We truly love all breeds and would love to spend time with your dog! We both work from home full time so there is no issue with feeding, walking or potty schedules. We generally love to spend time outdoors on the weekends and would love to take your dog on walks or hikes on the trails, if you’re comfortable. We have a fully fenced in yard and live close to an expansive trail system that we would be more than happy to walk your dog on to enjoy the outdoors. Dogs are welcome to be left loose in our house and will be allowed on the furniture, or feel free to bring their bed and/or crate if that’s what they are used to.

I am capable of administering medications, maintaining individual hygiene routines, adhering to your pet's special diet, and whatever else might be needed. About: I share my home with 18 pets of my own, so I have experience with a wide range of personalities, temperaments, and care needs. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I've owned both dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. I have been pet sitting for over 3 years. I’m currently a college student taking online courses, meaning I have a super flexible schedule and can easily accommodate to your pet’s specific needs. Animals are always the center of my life, so I build my days around their care, comfort, and happiness. Every pet has their own personality and needs. I tailor my care to match each animal’s routine in order to ensure they feel comfortable and secure. In a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely to maintain their normal routine and help them feel relaxed. About: Growing up, my family welcomed many rescued animals into our home, from a beagle mix and a golden retriever to a Jack Russell terrier, turtle, guinea pig, bunny, and even a horse. My love for animals inspired me to start pet sitting for friends and family in high school, giving me experience caring for a variety of pets, including pit bulls, greyhounds, golden retrievers, Australian shepherds, and cats. Kaiti is a freelance photographer who works from home, which allows her plenty of time to visit, walk, and shower your pets with love. Quixem, her partner, is a journalist for KING 5 by day and joins her for overnight pet sitting. While Quixem is allergic to cats, Kaiti can still check in on your feline friends and keep them entertained whenever needed. When caring for pets in my home or my client's home, I prioritize safety, trust, and a comfortable environment to ensure pets feel secure and happy. I make sure to understand each pet’s unique needs and routines, from feeding schedules to favorite activities, so I can provide care tailored specifically to them. Building trust with pets and their owners is essential to me. I offer meet-and-greets before any new sitting arrangement to allow pets to get comfortable with me. For each stay, I send regular updates, photos, and notes on how your pet is doing, so you feel connected and reassured. My goal is to make you feel confident that your pet is in caring, capable hands.

Frequently asked questions about Rover

As of August 2026, there are 4,987 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Ernies Grove. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Ernies Grove. On Rover:

  • 91% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 93% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 94% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
