About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs growing up and have worked with a variety of ages from puppies to elderly. I have 2 years of experience volunteering as a veterinary shadow intern and have confidence to providing for the needs of cats and dogs of all personalities. As a recent college graduate I have flexibility and time to reliably work as needed to provide care for pets. My schedule allows me to prioritize their routines, whether it’s daily visits or last minute bookings. I prefer to adapt approach to pets according to their needs, whether it’s calm and non confronting to shy cats or running with younger dogs. About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 10 years and have experience with both dogs and cats of all different ages, personalities, and needs. I’ve cared for seniors, special-needs pets, anxious animals, and pets who need oral medications or a little extra patience. I’m big on following each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible — meals, walks, medications, playtime, bedtime, and all the little things they’re used to at home. Some pets want to be attached to your hip, while others need time and space to warm up, and I’m happy to let them set the pace. I have two cats of my own and have had cats throughout my life, so I’m very comfortable with cat care as well as dogs. I’m used to everything from easygoing pets to the stubborn, mischievous, and “will absolutely eat that if you turn around for two seconds” variety. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable while you’re away. I’ll pay attention to your instructions, keep you updated, and make sure your pet is safe, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention. I spend most of my free time at home and have a pretty flexible routine, so I’m able to give pets plenty of attention, playtime and company. We always start the day with a morning walk before I head to work, and I’m usually home by 3pm for the rest of the afternoon and evening. When I’m not home, my husband usually is, so there’s typically someone around to keep an eye on things and give your pet some company. I can sometimes accommodate short-notice requests, and I live right next to two parks in a safe neighborhood with plenty of places to walk. My home is kept pretty pet-safe — my two cats are professional troublemakers, so they’ve made sure we don’t leave much out that curious pets can get into. It’s just my husband and me at home, so there aren’t lots of unfamiliar people coming and going. We have a fully fenced backyard, and the house is mostly hardwood and tile, so scratches, muddy paws, and normal pet messes aren’t something I stress about. If your pet needs their own space, they can also have an entire room to themselves for a quiet, comfortable place to relax.

I’ve also loved playing with my friend’s Frend Dogz & Katz. I pay attention to their personality and really try to understand what they may be needing/wanting at that time. About: I grew up in a large family with many pets. We had five dogs and two cats growing up, and I have had my own pets since. I’ve had multiple dogs and cats over the years, though I just moved back to Washington, so I have no pets at the moment. I currently have open availability and am able to provide visits or stay over at clients homes to care for pets. I’m able to arrange arrival and departure to fit your schedule. I am able to fit whatever needs the client has. If your pets are accustomed to being out and about in the home, I can spend time with them that way. I also am able to use kennels for feeding or sleeping if that’s what they are used to. I’m comfortable keeping things tidy and making sure it’s a safe and clean space for them to hang out.

About: Hi! My name is Cathy, and ever since I was a little kid, I have had a huge fascination and connection with animals, specifically dogs. As a younging I'd spend my free time researching dog breeds for fun, and before I was old enough to work on Rover, I I hung up fliers advertising my own dog walking business. Since I love dogs so much, I have heaps of experience walking and pet sitting all kinds of dogs. From my late large dog, Quiver, a Flat-coated Retriever, to a medium sized Australian Shepard, to a Miniature Schnauzer. I will dedicate 100% of my attention and time to making sure your dog is always happy and healthy! I have years of experience caring for senior dogs. When I heard about my dog’s disease prognosis, I began hand cooking him meals chock full of cancer-fighting vegetables and supplements in addition to his dry food. This included (as seen in my photos) sweet potatoes, red cabbage, broccoli, turmeric, fish oil, mushroom powder, etc. The vet had projected he would only live another 2 months, with my care and the change of his food, he lived and loved over 2 more years! So if your dog has a special diet, do not hesitate to let me know. I am currently a student who mainly works from home so I have plenty of time and a wide open schedule to care for your precious pets. My house is smoke free, pet safe and pet friendly. You can rest assured your companion is safe, cared for and happy with me. I love dogs and dogs love me!
