Kim was an excellent daycare giver for my 13 month old Cavalier mix. This was Max’s first time in daycare environment and she and her small pup made it a positive experience for my energetic dog with ample playtime and attentive care. She also was great at providing me with update photos and videos of his stay. We will use her service again.

About: I absolutely love dogs! Sadly in October of 2024 my dog of 15 years passed away. We are ready and available to love and support your pup while you are away. It can be stressful having you fur baby go to a new place; rest assured they are in loving and capable hands. We strive to ensure the adjustment to a new place is as easy as possible on your pet. We generally only take 2 pets at a time so there is plenty of time and energy to ensure your pet gets all the love, care, exercise and attention they need! We have been enjoying caring for your pets so much the past year with Rover. Preference for dogs who are good with other dogs, house trained and medium energy requirements. Let’s talk and see if we are a good fit! I am currently working part-time with a flexible schedule and my partner is an animal lover who works from home. We currently have no pets living in the home so plenty of space and time for your family member! We do have a 7 and 4 year old who also love having doggies around and are realllllly adapted to ensuring your pet is safe, loved and help so much with play time! We have a fenced in yard, plenty of space for walks (which we enjoy frequently), Lots of spare toys and energetic and disciplined children to keep them busy! We are ready to support any and all needs your pet may have.

Vanessa took such a good care of our dog. She sent tons of photos during the day and kept us updated on their routine and on my dog’s behavior. She has really cute kids that look like great around dogs and love to give them pets. She is very sweet and responsive, and I will totally recommend her.

About: I LOVE dogs of all types, especially medium to large breeds that love to walk. I have owned multiple dogs at one time and we live in a great location, by the river with lots of trails & dog friendly walking terrain. We have a fully fenced yard with lots of room to roam, allowing for frisbee & ball play time keeping the pups & humans engaged. Your fur friend will not be alone & we will offer free pets, walks & play time, as we have a pup as well who is Mr. Social! I’m currently working part time as a fitness coach close by & sub teacher & generally home most of the time. I love medium to large dogs, but just recently lost our 17 year old little dog. I have a fully fenced yard and always monitor our dogs outside. Inside, we use a fenced off area to keep dogs out of kitchen & downstairs. I prefer no dogs on furniture and up to date on vaccines.

About: I grew up around cats, dogs and hamsters. We have had 2 boxers previously, one of which I have cared for through his late senior years, so I know what extra special care senior animals may need. I am comfortable diaper-changing, walking a their pace and administering medications. I have experience house-sitting and pet-sitting for various pets throughout my life — mostly cats and dogs. My son currently has a Leopard Gecko, so I have some insight into caged reptiles too, but am willing to learn more and care for them too, if needed. I am a Stay-at-Home-Mom with an open schedule. I can easily fit in dog walks, or house-visits to care for a pet. (I have an 1.5 year old daughter who will mostly like need to come with me on these visits.) You can trust me to walk your pet or come pop-in for a visit to feed and care for them. I love all animals and am happy to help them feel loved and less alone while you're gone.

About: Ever since getting our vizslador 3 years ago, I have fallen in love with all dogs. I believe all dogs are unique with individual personalities!! I love earning a dogs trust! I’m available for boarding some weekends and some days of the week depending on my part time work schedule. I know the importance of a positive attitude and exercise for our dogs! I have three children who have helped take care of or own fur baby, who would be loving companions to your fur baby. Our own fur baby is also quite friendly with others.

He was very communicative and sent lots of photos and Loki seemed to have a great time playing and walking :) much appreciated! I'll definitely look into his services again if I'm in the area!

I felt so comfortable leaving my dog with Maritza. She made her feel welecome the minute we walked in the door. You can tell right away that she does Roover for the love of dogs, and kept me updated with a short note and picture a dew times through the day. Rosie was very happy and playing with the kids when I got there to pick her up, she got in the car and fell asleep on the way home. She must have had a good day because she ate dinner and went back for a nap, all worn out and happy. which can be hard to do with a yound Doodle. I took Rosie back 2 days later and she jumped right out of the car and trotted to the front door, and before I could even knck she pawed at the door, like hey, I here, ready for more fun. She was just as happy when my husband picked her up later that day to. Will definantly be reaching out again when Rosie needs daycare.

About: I have 15 years of experience caring for dogs and understand that every pup has their own personality, routine, and unique needs. I work from home, which means your dog will have plenty of companionship, supervision, and attention throughout the day. We typically enjoy two walks a day, along with playtime, cuddles, and plenty of relaxation. Most importantly, I work around the dog’s schedule rather than expecting them to fit into ours. I’m happy to follow their usual feeding, walking, nap, and bedtime routines to help them feel comfortable and at home. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. In my home, I provide a clean, calm, and pet-friendly environment with constant supervision, structured routines, and plenty of affection. I carefully follow feeding instructions, medication needs, and exercise routines, ensuring a safe, loving, and reliable experience every time.

Super easy to communicate with, and the scenic drive out to her place was a lovely bonus. We’d absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable sitter.

About: WELCOME TO THE PACK! my Husband an I have been doing dog boarding and sitting together for about 2 years an I have been doing it individually for about 5. We have two lab mixes, a staffy, an a jackrussel mix in our home with us whom we love deeply. We are used to working with different personalities around an love incorporating new pups into our lives getting to know them an keeping them comfortable. I live on a large forested property in Redmond that's fenced in, we love to get to know new personalities an our pups will never pass on a new play mate. I work 4 days a week at a grooming salon my husband is home 24/7 with boards. We like to spend time outside but if the weather is bad it's cuddle central inside. We do about 4 or 5 potty breaks a day an one or two good play sessions outside before settling into the evening. Outside time is monitored the whole time to ensure everyone is safe and happy while playing in our beautiful yard. I am comfortable an very good giving oral meds an insulin shots to our dearly beloved friends. We are a medical issue an disability friendly household that can take care your best friends needs with the upmost care. We will trim over grown nails or give baths if its necessary or needed. We also have experience with Giant breeds an petite alike so please bring your "horses" an lil "bed bugs" to play or cuddle we don't discriminate. I have a special soft spot of senor dogs an their powdered sugar faces an will do everything to support our senior citizens in their twilight years. I have plenty of enrichment toys, treats, an orthopedic beds to meet your old pals needs. I do not provide care to cats, not because I don't want to I'm sadly allergic. I also do not provide care to unspayed or neutered pets unless they are under a year old, please be understanding of this. Did you miss your flight or did it get delayed/canceled? Your road trip is taking longer then expected? No worries I'm happy to work with you as long as I'm updated! -FOR MEET AN GREETS/PICKUP & DROP OFFS - follow the gravel driveway all the way behind the house there is parking and turn around space pleanty enough for a truck, my front door is IN the garage to the left I live in the sub basement while my grandpa is upstairs. I LOVE ANIMALS putting in the time an dedication to an animals care, needs an happiness throughout their stay. I like to give updates an send photos. My favorite is seeing how excited a dog gets during pick up after a stay it's so heartwarming an just flat out adorable. I would love if you made a lil resume/cover letter for your pet on their needs, typical schedule, habits, an anything I would need to keep an eye on. I expect all dogs that come into my care to be dog friendly for the safty of all pets involved with reliable recall. I like to accommodate pets to the best of my ability I get immense joy from being able to take care of animals of all kinds. I would love if in your animals care package they have at least 1 toy, harness is preferable, something that smells like you an your home like their bed or a blanket (animals are smell based so it a comfort), their food bowl, dog food enough for the stay. An a little letter at least to tell me feeding an walking schedules.

About: I have experience caring for dogs of all energy levels, from playful puppies to senior dogs who need a little extra patience and care. I also have experience with cats and a variety of animals. Over the years, I've cared for everything from iguanas to ferrets and truly enjoy working with animals of all kinds. I currently work part-time, typically during the mornings, which leaves the rest of my day flexible for pet care. This allows me to provide attentive care, regular potty breaks, exercise, playtime, feeding, and plenty of companionship throughout the day. I have a lifelong love of animals and enjoy making them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. During our meet and greet, I'll take the time to learn about your pet's routine, needs, personality, and any special quirks or preferences. My goal is to provide consistent, attentive care that helps your pet feel comfortable, safe, and happy while you're away.

Frequently asked questions about Rover

As of August 2026, there are 3,414 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Junction. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Junction commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in WA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 3,414 sitters in Junction, 88% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
