Hi! Thanks for reading! Pets have been part of my life since I was a child, and I appreciate how precious they all are to their families. Beyond having my own pets, through the years I've hosted many, many different dogs, and cats, and have appreciated getting to know and learn how to be a good host from so many guests. I really enjoy being a sitter. Both my husband and I enjoy caring for our guests and there is usually at least one adult in the house, usually two. We give guests lots of attention and do our best to make sure they have fun during their stay. We have three daughters who add another helping of attention. Our house has plenty of space and we have a good sized yard with lots of interesting things for a pup to enjoy. We live in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic, parks, and walking trails.

I'm so glad Cathy took such good care of Goose! She sent lots of pictures every day, which made my daughter so happy. Not only does Cathy love pets, but her whole family does—they played with him a lot. Honestly, I was a little worried Goose wouldn't want to come home! :) He came home completely relaxed, just like he'd been staying with an old friend.
Cathy and her family took very good care of Mitsu when she stayed with her family. She helped us picking up Mitsu from other sitter due to schedule conflict and we were traveling out of town. Her garden/yard is so beautiful. Mitsu had fun exploring it everyday! Mitsu connected with Cathy very quickly especially this was her first time meeting Cathy and family. Cathy did a fantastic job welcoming Tater tot and making him feel right at home. Which is not easy task, with my anxious little dude. Cathy took excellent care of him and even let him get some more experience interacting and playing with other dogs. He greatly enjoyed all the time he got to run around outside and came home one very happy and tired out pup :)
Cathy took such great care of our 8 month old pup! She was able to accommodate our last minute request for boarding and our last minute change in drop off time. Also loved all the updates and photos we received during our trip. Highly recommend!

Cathy was like a godsend, after my original booking, a substandard sitter, cancelled on us. Cathy constantly made us feel at ease, sent a million pictures. Our dog is a little under the weather and we were very concerned before our trip. Cathy put our minds completely at ease, and she and her husband took very good care of our dog. It is very comforting to know we have Cathy to take care of our dog when we need it. Highly recommended.

Schedule
Each pooch or kitty is an individual with their own personality, preferences, and needs to accomodate. We can help with any age, puppies and kittens, older dogs and cats, and those with special dietary, physical or emotional needs. For both dogs and cats I am comfortable giving injections and medications, and we with feeding tubes. Some pets bring separation anxiety when away from home and I know how to accomodate so they feel comfortable, and over repeated stays that lessens or even fades away entirely. We have accepted many urgent same-day requests, and have made emergency pickups from a hospital room and a big-box kennel store.

During stays we’ll send you regular updates and photos. If your plans need to change I will be flexible. For regular visitors, when their owners come for the drop off their dog is often straining at the leash, eager to get inside and start their next staycation. We would appreciate the chance to take care of your loved one(s) for a while and promise to look after her or him well.

A typical day
Whether inside or outside your dog or cat will get personal care, lap time, tummy rubs and neck scratches, play time, and other heart-felt displays of affection. Out in our yard dogs find plenty to explore and do. Depending on the dog and weather, walks or other outings are part of the program.
