“Sandy and her husband were so sweet with our dog who had an injury right before our vacation. Sandy could tell we didn’t want to leave her, and provided lots of reassurance that our dog would be in good hands. Because of the injury she had a lot of extra meds, which Sandy administered easily! Thank you, Sandy and Tony for loving on Sadey! She even got a beach day!”

“We are so grateful that our dog Mina got to stay with such a kind family. Bradley and Carolyn were incredibly attentive and caring, and it gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. They sent daily updates along with the cutest photos, which we really appreciated. If Mina could talk, I’m sure she would give them a 5 out of 5 rating. She loved playing with the other dogs and got plenty of walks and attention. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely book with them again.”

“Ashly Did a great job with my 2 pups. One is a senior and Ashly handled all her pills and special diet requests with ease. Ashly was always prompt in her response and communications. I loved the photos and little updates. It was much appreciated. Drop off and pick up was smooth as well! I would definitely use Ashly again!”

“Damian is the best! He has looked after our dog for over three weeks while we were away, and he cares for her just like his own dog. Sprite gets daily excised and fun time, and we receive frequent updates on her. Will go back to Damian again!”

“Ellen was amazing! my little dog needed medication administered and some special attention and Ellen handled it no problem. We highly recommend her and will have our little dog stay with her next time we leave!”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs, young and old, and think the absolute world of these beautiful animals. I recently parted ways with my soul dog when he passed in March and have missed him every moment since. Despite this loss, I have not lost my love for dogs. Caring for your baby would be an absolute privilege and joy for me, and I promise to love and look out for them as my own. I work in home health healthcare but am typically available every morning before 10am and every afternoon after 4pm. My days can be flexible where I can check in periodically as well— I am happy to coordinate as needed. I’m also off every Wednesday and am available over overnight stays. I welcome dogs into the home as well and am always willing to take them out to the beach, on trails, and any adventures in general!
“Courtney did a great job taking care of our pug. She shared frequent pics of our dog on walks and playing in the house. We know our dog had a great mini vacation while we did ourselves!”

“Lianne and her family did a great job taking care of my dog, Drekker. I knew he was well taken care of and having a fun time while I was out of town. I definitely plan to rebook with her in the future!”

“Danielle provided excellent care for our Lilly. We appreciated the pictures updating us on how Lilly was doing during her stay. Also, we appreciated Danielle's extra attention and care since Lilly did get a bit of an upset stomach during her stay. Lilly was in great spirits when we returned from our trip and no doubt it was because of Danielle's care for her.”

“Absolutely amazing!! Jacob and his wife took care of our golden retriever and he had a great time. He was able to send me pictures and kept me updated every day with how he was doing! He also had a playmate mango which was amazing to have. Would definitely use them again!! They were awesome!”

“Annabel was awesome with my dog! She got him out multiple times per day and kept in close contact with me sending me pictures of their adventures. I highly recommend her!”

“Ryan is a very compassionate and loving caregiver. Kai went to stay with him after a surgical procedure and Ryan made certain he felt safe and loved . Highly recommend !!”

About: I treat dogs with the Golden Rule. Dogs have short lives and it’s up to us to make them full of love, friends, long walks, and sunshine! I’ll treat your pup like I treat my own, and with any special care precautions. I have loved caring / training my own dogs and grew up taking care of my family dogs as well. I am quick to understanding their little special ways of communicating. Work from home most days and have a balcony, a lovely little courtyard, and a dog park in my complex for fresh air. I can, and enjoy taking morning, afternoon and evening walks at one of the several nice walking paths nearby. I have neighbor dog friends that I watch occasionally and would love to come play if your dog prefers dog company. My complex is highly secure, and I live in a lovely safe and walkable area. I have a courtyard and dog park and courtyard facing patio.
“Vivian helped with a last minute request to watch our pup. She was really flexible with our changing needs and we were happy our dog stayed with her for a few hours while we visited the zoo. Very friendly and responsive.”

“Wendy is really great with dogs! You can tell right away that she is such an animal lover and is the kindest person. I wouldn’t hesitate to have her watch my dog again. Thank you, Wendy!”

About: I’ve owned and cared for pets over the course of my entire life. Dogs are my love and bring such joy into my world. I have always had a natural born connection that cannot really be explained. It’s a magnetism and I’m drawn to them as much as they are to me :). I have a deep understanding and knowledge of a variety of health issues that dogs commonly have including bone, joint, heart, GI issues and dietary restrictions. I’ve experienced quite a bit over the course of my life personally caring for dogs with these issues including blindness & deafness, injuries. I’m mature enough and a mom myself to confidently say that your family would be treated as my own would. I have also cared for and owned a variety of birds, fish, reptiles, bunnies, guinea pigs, chinchilla and then some! ;). Your animals would be loved as my own! Happy to do overnight care on somewhat short notice as well. Live in the Mission canyon area and have a gated yard with space for sun bathing and potty breaks/lizard chasing ;). Reliable car, DL, Insurance etc. - open to running errands, helping around the house (can discuss rate). My schedule is flexible and I’m available for boarding as well overnight with a little notice ahead of time. No problem with house sitting I have a gated yard and no pets. Nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors with dogs that enjoy each other. Local trails close by and the Riviera Theater close and other nice doggy friendly locations!
“Jacqueline and Roland were wonderful with Remy. They were mindful of his needs and accommodated him beautifully. They sent me pictures to eliminate my anxiety and were always responsive. We had a great experience!”

“Like most of the other reviews....our dog Emna came home tired and smiling. Jeanine took her out to the dog park and to Maffitt Reservoir to run around and get plenty of exercise. Emma is our only dog so it was nice for her to have other dogs close to her size to run around with and socialize with. She has a doggy door that the dogs can come and go as they please into the back yard. She was very flexible and willing to work with our schedule for drop off and pick ups. She even sent us home with a few doogy treats and a new dog toy. When we need her in the future we will use her services. Thanks again Jeanine!!!!!!!!”

Vivian and Taylor were wonderful sitters and watched our baby girl Kahuna for an overnight. From the moment we met them they were so welcoming and their pup Daisy is so sweet! They have a beautiful dog friendly home and Daisy is the perfect buddy for any dog who is staying there ☺️🐶.They sent so many pictures and gave us updates during her stay. We were so happy that we were able to leave her with such responsible sitters and have a worry free night ☺️. Highly recommend. Thank you Vivian and Taylor!

Bradley and Carolyn we're absolutely wonderful to our Brownie. They watched her while my Wife and I got married. They did a meet and greet the day before to get our baby girl comfortable and then came to the wedding venue to get her after the ceremony plus dropped her off at the hotel the next morning. (we paid the extra fee for this, but they were wonderful). Not only that, you can tell they have a deep love for dogs and treat them like one of the family. When Bradley left after dropping Brownie off she watched him go and was sad, which is an amazing time of the bond they formed in a short time! I couldn't reccomend Bradley and Carolyn more.

Adela is a fantastic dog sitter and gave us great peace of mind on our vacation! She and her daughter gave our dog care and cuddles, and even took her for a hike and to the beach. Our dog gets nervous when we’re away and stops eating, but Adela handled that like a champ. It’s always hard to leave your pet with a new person, but Adela made the whole process as easy and comfortable as possible. I can’t recommend her enough!

Jacob, Simone, and Mango have been the most wonderful companions to my little pup over multiple trips away. From daily updates to adorable photos, your pup becomes part of their family, immediately. Could not be more grateful to have found them, and could not recommend more to anyone anxious about leaving behind their bestie while they have to pop out of town. THANK YOU!

Courtney was fantastic! She took amazing care of our little Maltipoo and kept us updated with photos and texts throughout our trip, which really put our minds at ease and let us fully enjoy our time away. We’d absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter!

Ashly Did a great job with my 2 pups. One is a senior and Ashly handled all her pills and special diet requests with ease. Ashly was always prompt in her response and communications. I loved the photos and little updates. It was much appreciated. Drop off and pick up was smooth as well! I would definitely use Ashly again!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
