“Lynn and Marty were fantastic sitters for my fur baby. I had been looking for a while for a good fit for my senior dog and ended up finding them a week before my trip. Lynn offered up a phone call so I could talk about the care and treatment I needed. I was so worried to leave my pup since she’d been having some health issues, but when it was time to drop her off, Lynn and Marty and their senior fur baby dog had the best vibes and wanted to make sure my pup was well taken care of. I could tell my pup felt right at home and loved exploring their nice yard. I got regular photos and updates on how she was doing and whether she’d eaten. When I picked her up, Lynn and Marty said they’d miss her and she looked relaxed and happy. I would definitely be a repeat customer and would recommend this gem of a place for pet care 🐾 💕”

About: I grew up with pets and now that I have a little one of my own, I feel it’s a great opportunity for my daughter to grow up with them as well. My sister has a ranch with 6 dogs, horses, pigs.... the whole farm. I help quit often. I’m pretty flexible. I’m currently a stay at home mom. I only have to pick up my my international students at 3pm Mon-Fri. Other then that we are out on runs or at the park, or enjoying our huge yard. I live on a half acre with a huge fenced backyard. I also live very close to the beach and bike path. I go for runs often. Your dog will be with me and my 3 year most of the day. My fiancé works a lot! I’m also a host mom to two international kids that go to Bishop High School. We would love to get a dog of our own. I think this is great way to get our feet wet
“Honey took such great care of our 2 Australian Shepherds. She was responsive, proactive with asking the right questions, and sent plenty of videos/ photos which we really appreciated. Honey particularly went above and beyond by showing us new commands that she had taught the dogs while we were gone. Our pups came home both exhausted (in a good way), behaved, and well satisfied. Lastly, we were especially appreciative when our travel plans unexpectedly changed and Honey agreed to continue watching the dogs for an extra 4 days even when she has personal plans of her own. He also made it a point to take him out everyday to one of his favorite nature walks (the Douglas Preserve) where he could interact with other dogs, which George loves. “Coco was happy, safe and well taken care of at Bradley's house for 5 nights while we attended wedding celebrations in Santa Barbara. Bradley greeted us as we dropped off Coco; he was warm, friendly and kind to Coco; and we received photos of her regularly. Jeanine is awesome! Great communication getting the dog sitting set-up. As soon as I arrived at Jeanine's home, I was immediately put at ease. She is warm and kind and our dog Lola happily went into the house with her. Jeanine sent me an update and photo later that evening and again in the morning. Lola looked relaxed and happy in Jeanine's care. Highly recommend!
I felt very comfortable leaving my baby with Stephanie right away her little dog got along with my dog perfect and he didn't even look back when I left so I know that he was in a good spot and I picked him up and he was having a great time he was tuckered out that night I will definitely visit Stephanie again
Adela is a fantastic dog sitter and gave us great peace of mind on our vacation! She and her daughter gave our dog care and cuddles, and even took her for a hike and to the beach. Our dog gets nervous when we’re away and stops eating, but Adela handled that like a champ. It’s always hard to leave your pet with a new person, but Adela made the whole process as easy and comfortable as possible. I can’t recommend her enough!

We were looking for a dog sitter on a visit to SB and were thrilled to see Eve on Rover. We knew Eve from many years ago and knew that we could trust her to care for our dog, Daphne. Daphne is not a beginner dog. She is a guarding/working breed mix. Once you earn her trust, she is an absolute sweetheart. But, you have to do the work to earn her trust. We scheduled a meet & greet with Eve. She accommodated us rescheduling it after Daphne got skunked, twice, on our trip. At the meet & greet, Eve took time to sit down with us, understand Daphne, give her time to adjust, feed her treats, take her for a walk, hang out with her for several hours while we left for dinner, and ultimately earn her trust. Daphne stayed with Eve for three days over Labor Day weekend. She had a great time. Eve sent regular photo updates. Daphne loved playing with Eve's dog, Penny. And, when we came to pick her up, Daphne seemed so happy and at ease. Eve gets our highest recommendation and I hope that Daphne will get the opportunity to visit on future SB trips.
