Quiet home in central Santa Barbara
I grew up with 2 dogs and currently have an english cream golden retriever. I have an immaculate house located in central Santa Barbara with 2 fenced in yards. I frequently take walks at Shoreline Park, Leadbetter Beach or my quiet neighborhood of Samarkand. My female golden Phoebe is not neutered yet, so I only allow one dog at a time and we request that it be good with other dogs, people and not aggressive. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Lauren! Our 8 year-old Golden was so clearly well cared for and happy during her stay with their younger Phoebe. Lauren was responsive, attentive, and kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us real peace of mind. It’s obvious she truly loves dogs and treats them like their own. We look forward to using her services again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, responsible dog sitter.

We’ve tried other sitters, but none compare to Jack and Lauren! Our labradoodle, Milo, spent a week with them while we were on vacation, and it felt like he was on his own little getaway. Jack took him on epic hikes, Lauren spoiled him with playtime and cuddles, and the daily photo updates (Milo grinning mid-zoomies!) kept us smiling from afar. He came home calm, content, and clearly loved. Jack and Lauren aren’t just sitters—they’re dog whisperers with hearts of gold. 10/10, forever grateful!

I have two gated in fenced in yards that the dogs are welcome to play in. I don’t allow dogs on beds, but I will allow dogs on the couch and furniture. I live in a quiet corner of Samarkand with minimal to no traffic and plenty of room for dogs to play. I have experience with dogs and would love to watch and care for yours too.
