However, I did come home to find that his water fountain was empty, and it hadn’t been refilled during any of the four visits. We also had a bit of a miscommunication regarding timing, and I would have appreciated more transparency about when the drop-ins would take place. That said, she did provide the care she was paid for, and I recognize that some of these mix-ups may have been due to a lack of instructions on my end.
