About: I've always had animals and love them all. I've cared for dogs, cats, birds, fish, small animals, reptiles, and horses. My passions are rescue and bringing out the best in the scared and anxious pets I deal with in shelter and hospital. My other jobs are extremely flexible and allow me to make my own schedule, which means more availability to volunteer at shelters and care for your babies. I have 1 friendly small dog and 3 cats. My home is their sanctuary. We do frequent walks and trips to trails and beaches. I prefer to let the furbabies snuggle with us, but I have crates up to XL available if needed.

About: I can't remember a time without a furry friend by my side. I literally came home from the hospital to a wagging tail—my family's dog was my first welcome committee, and that set the tone for my entire life. Over the years, I've been lucky enough to share my home with cats, and have owned two amazing dogs who kept me on my toes and filled every day with joy. Each pet has taught me something new about patience, unconditional love, and the unique personality that makes every animal special. My love for animals extends beyond my own four-legged family. I'm a proud supporter of the Santa Barbara Humane Society because I believe every animal deserves a loving home and compassionate care. I live in a cozy casita with a secure, fenced patio area—perfect for outdoor playtime and fresh air. Since I work from home, I'm around throughout the day, which means your pet gets plenty of companionship and supervision. I'm also an active person who loves getting out, so regular walks to the park, beach, or around downtown are part of my routine. Your furry friend will get both the comfort of a home environment and the adventure of exploring Santa Barbara's best spots.

About: I lived on a ranch for years when I was a kid and had experience with all sorts of animals like dogs, cats, chickens, pigs, goats, rabbits, ducks, cows, and horses. I’m comfortable with all kinds of pets and look forward to meeting new people and their animals. I'm available in the middle of the day on Monday and tuesdays for your dogs walking needs. Able to do about hour or less walks. I am not able to have pets at my home due to family member allergies. I can care for your pet at your homes with the utmost care.

I work mostly from home, and can be flexible for your pet care needs. I am available 24/7 on weekends and some holidays. I will always try to accommodate your schedule. I have a house, with a large, fenced yard. I live on a quiet, dead-end street, and have an open space very close by to allow your dog to sniff, walk, explore & run. I am also available to house-sit/care for your pet in your home.

About: I’ve owned and cared for pets over the course of my entire life. Dogs are my love and bring such joy into my world. I have always had a natural born connection that cannot really be explained. It’s a magnetism and I’m drawn to them as much as they are to me :). I have a deep understanding and knowledge of a variety of health issues that dogs commonly have including bone, joint, heart, GI issues and dietary restrictions. I’ve experienced quite a bit over the course of my life personally caring for dogs with these issues including blindness & deafness, injuries. I’m mature enough and a mom myself to confidently say that your family would be treated as my own would. I have also cared for and owned a variety of birds, fish, reptiles, bunnies, guinea pigs, chinchilla and then some! ;). Your animals would be loved as my own! Happy to do overnight care on somewhat short notice as well. Live in the Mission canyon area and have a gated yard with space for sun bathing and potty breaks/lizard chasing ;). Reliable car, DL, Insurance etc. - open to running errands, helping around the house (can discuss rate). My schedule is flexible and I’m available for boarding as well overnight with a little notice ahead of time. No problem with house sitting I have a gated yard and no pets. Nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors with dogs that enjoy each other. Local trails close by and the Riviera Theater close and other nice doggy friendly locations!

Growing up in a large, extended family with both dogs and cats, I learned from a very young age how to read their body language, respect their boundaries, and give them the love they deserve. About: I grew up with the responsibility of taking care of my family dogs growing up, so they have always been a big, loving part of my life. As an adult, I have lived with 3 different dogs and have helped raised two from pups. I am always the go-to dog sitter for all my friends when they are out of town since I live a very active lifestyle. I’m always out for walks on the town (or runs) if that is your dogs cup of tea. I absolutely adore doggos and would treat yours as if they are my own! I am a musician in town and work sporadically playing shows on the weekends. My schedule during the week is super flexible as I am home writing/working on music. I run/walk daily and can accommodate these to your pets schedule with ease. I live with my boyfriend in 3 bedroom apartment with a small yard out back. He is also a dog-lover and was as excited as me for signing up for this app! My landlords do not have an issue with there being dogs on property. We are a short walk to the Mission Park in Downtown Santa Barbara.

About: My first friend and best friend was a sweet as pie cockapoo named Pinky. I've grown up with dogs and cats my whole life and currently share my life with a beautiful, sweet, and athletic pitbull mix named Jackie. Jackie loves to make new friends and since I have a fenced in yard my home is perfect for playdates! Hoping to meet and care for some great animals here. I work from home full time. I run my own business and have a flexible schedule. I’m very active and spend a lot of time at the beach. I have a fenced in private yard with lots of space for doggies to play. About: Your pups new favorite human! I’ve been a volunteer dog foster for my local shelter for the past two years and full-on dog lover for the last 28! Since I was 9 I have volunteered with animals of all kinds, from local rescue pets to monkeys and jaguars in the jungles of Bolivia! I’m experienced with a variety or breeds and personalities. Belly rubs, park adventures, fetch, and plenty of love will flow freely while you’re away :) I am currently working part-time as a freelancer so my weekdays are pretty flexible and can accommodate most schedules. Weekends can be tricky but not impossible! Always reach out. Your home becomes my home while I’m there, and your pet becomes my whole focus. I do a full walkthrough before the first stay so I know their routine inside and out — feeding times, favorite walk route, where the leash lives, any quirks or comfort spots. Staying true to their normal rhythm is my top priority, because I know changes in routine can be stressful for them even when everything else is fine. I’m attentive to the little things — appetite, energy, mood, bathroom habits — and I’ll reach out right away if anything seems off, rather than wait and see. Medications go out on schedule, doors and gates get double-checked, and I never introduce new food or treats without checking with you first. And because I know it’s hard to be away from them, I send daily photos and videos so you can see for yourself that they’re safe, comfortable, and getting all the love they’re used to at home.
