I also appreciate tips on quirks, fears, or comfort items—anything that helps your pet feel safe, relaxed, and right at home while you’re away.
A typical day
A typical day starts with morning cuddles, potty breaks, and breakfast—served right on schedule, of course. After that, we’ll head out for a walk or some backyard play to get those wiggles out. Throughout the day, I mix in fun activities like fetch, tug-of-war, puzzle toys, and light training games to keep minds sharp and tails wagging. There’s always time for naps, belly rubs, and quiet companionship, too. In the afternoon, we’ll enjoy another walk or enrichment play, followed by dinner, wind-down snuggles, and a calm evening routine. I tailor each day to your pet’s energy level and personality, making sure they feel safe, loved, and genuinely happy while you’re away.

Pet care experience
I’ve been caring for animals my entire life, starting with my first dog at age five (creatively named Puppy 🐶). Five years ago, I adopted a Blue Heeler, Nalah, and have personally trained her in basic obedience, structure, and daily routines, giving me hands-on experience with high-energy breeds. During my undergraduate years, I consistently house-sat and provided care for three families with both cats and dogs, building strong relationships and becoming a trusted, long-term caregiver. I recently moved to Santa Barbara and am excited to reconnect with this lifelong love for animal care while I await licensure for my psychotherapy practice. I bring patience, attentiveness, and a calm, nurturing presence to every pet I care for—treating them like they’re my own!

We're counting our blessings that we found Jordan! In addition to being wonderfully sweet, she was extremely attentive and communicative. Our two dogs are great.....and quirky! She handled them beautifully and checked in with us as needed to ask questions or to let us know her game plan. Our dogs absolutely loved her. And this was the first time my husband was completely relaxed on our getaway, knowing that they were in Jordan's capable and loving hands!
Jordan was so helpful while I was traveling and Duke was staying with his grandmas. It was so heart warming getting the pictures of their adventures. And best, Duke was a good tired boy the rest of the day. THANK YOU!!!
Jordan spent the weekend watching my big, energetic dog, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He is a handful, but she handled him with such ease. She kept us updated while we were away, and it was clear he was in loving hands the entire time. He gets SO excited anytime he sees her, which tells me everything I need to know. We trust her completely and would recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely wonderful dog walker!
