My boy, Todd, was in absolute paradise in their lush backyard. They are so generous to open it up for daycare. I love seeing photos throughout the day of Todd’s relaxing day in their special care. We booked 2 dog sitting days, back to back and the second day when I dropped Todd off he was PULLING so excited to be back! I wish I lived closer and could have Todd see them all the time! They are fabulous dog people and I can’t wait for the next time we are in Santa Barbara.”

About: I’ve owned and cared for pets over the course of my entire life. Dogs are my love and bring such joy into my world. I have always had a natural born connection that cannot really be explained. It’s a magnetism and I’m drawn to them as much as they are to me :). I have a deep understanding and knowledge of a variety of health issues that dogs commonly have including bone, joint, heart, GI issues and dietary restrictions. I’ve experienced quite a bit over the course of my life personally caring for dogs with these issues including blindness & deafness, injuries. I’m mature enough and a mom myself to confidently say that your family would be treated as my own would. I have also cared for and owned a variety of birds, fish, reptiles, bunnies, guinea pigs, chinchilla and then some! ;). Your animals would be loved as my own! Happy to do overnight care on somewhat short notice as well. Live in the Mission canyon area and have a gated yard with space for sun bathing and potty breaks/lizard chasing ;). Reliable car, DL, Insurance etc. - open to running errands, helping around the house (can discuss rate). My schedule is flexible and I’m available for boarding as well overnight with a little notice ahead of time. No problem with house sitting I have a gated yard and no pets. Nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors with dogs that enjoy each other. Local trails close by and the Riviera Theater close and other nice doggy friendly locations!

About: I've always loved animals. I have two dogs of my own. As a dog walker, I am careful and put safety first, as I do with my own dogs. My first dog used to live in Santa Barbara with me but once we got our second dog, we decided to keep them in San Francisco, where they have more space. I am a PhD student, therefore my apartment's size is proportionate with my meager PhD income. But, I live right next to beach and trail access. I also have a car with dog friendly seatbelt to take dogs to farther parks and hikes. I have a love for all animals, and treat all animals with care and attention. This is the same attention I will give to your pet. I'm used to active dogs, dogs needing medical care or strict schedule, anxious dogs, and am always willing to learn on the job!
