About: I love having visitors and hope your dog can join my pack! I have had dogs all my life and do not feel I have ever meant one I did not like. I have an 15 year old Shih Tzu and a 9 year old Spaniel mix. I am especially drawn to senior dogs but have had all ages. I walk most days around my mobile park or out around roads in an adjacent agricultural area. I have a doggie door, my dogs are allowed on the furniture and on my bed at night. My yard is fenced and dog friendly, of course. Young or Large energetic dogs are probably not appropriate. I am available for overnight boarding for dogs once we have met and have a relationship. I am retired and spend my days with my dogs. It is a quiet house with time for walks and interaction. I often go to the dog park in Buellton and if that is something you would like, I would include your dog too of course. I also walk daily around my mobile park and take my dog with me. Typically just the younger one. I have an enclosed yard with a 6' fence (4' at the gate), I have a doggie door so my dogs can move freely in and out. My home has several dog beds or people couches for lounging.

“Rebecca is wonderful! She took great care of JJ (my pup) and made me comfortable and happy to have a happy place for him to stay. I have a 110-120 lb pup that I have not left with anyone other than family and close friend since his sister passed away, and Rebecca made both me and JJ feel comfortable right away. She asked great questions, let JJ explore his new surroundings, had wonderful, calm energy, was thoughtful about helping JJ have a routine similar to his usual, and sent lots of pictures and notes during the day so I could see how he was doing. Her place is set up well for a dog, with a fenced yard and ability to be inside and outside. I highly recommend Rebecca, and hope JJ can stay with her again next time I need a sitter.”

About: Hello Families! I love all animals and ready to help care for yours while you're away! I grew up on a farm with my parents, and ever since I can remember, we've always had animals around. They ran a non-profit animal rescue for many years, and this taught me much about the responsibilities of caring for an animal. I was also able to learn about different breeds and their temperaments. Although they are nice to play with, we were also taught that with the pleasurable part, also comes the dirty work. I've cleaned much animal poop in my life! My sister and I have ridden horses since we were young, we've volunteered at different animal shelters, and we have brought injured animals into our home to take care of them. I recently graduated and received my Bachelor's degree. I'm continuing my education, which makes me available to go to your home during weekday evenings or weekends (all day). I also offer boarding at my home (24/7), which is safe and secure. I have several yards for your pet(s) to play and exercise. “It was as perfect an experience as possible. Amazing communication, friendliness and flexibility including twice picking up an dropping off our baby at the hotel. We were at a dinner reception the first night, the wedding the second, and both times she told us not to worry if we were later than expected--"just have a good time, and so will we". True to word. Proof is that our dog which is a bit shy and skittish, ran to Katherine the second night. The pictures she sent of them all cuddling together really helped us have a great time.
