About: I have grown up with many different types of dogs and loved every one with my entire being. I enjoy dog walks, fur cuddles, and spending time with furry friends at any time of the day. I have a very open schedule and I am happy to spend as much time with furry friends as needed! I have a job but it is flexible and easy going. My dogs are well behaved and we only have to crate one of them if any of us leave the house. We play music for them during the day to make the outside noises not so obvious. I am happy to accommodate any pet care that is needed.

Linda was wonderful and made sure that he had what was needed. Our fickle cat also really enjoyed having Linda stay. Both were given constant attention. She kept me updated with plenty of photos and videos, took Lumi on walks, made sure she had lots of playtime, and gave me complete peace of mind throughout my trip. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and Saidy was able to extend the booking to make sure Lumi was fed, exercised, and well cared for until I could get home. Knowing my puppy was in such capable and caring hands during a stressful day of travel was an incredible relief. Saidy truly went above and beyond. About: I’ve done a lot of dog walking for my neighbors when I was in highschool for money because everyone knew I loved dogs and would do it. I’ve never done this professionally before but I have a dog and almost all dogs can sense my love for them and typically love me. I’m very active and can walk for hours so I can do walks of any length necessary. I have a lot of time in between classes and on the weekends where I don’t have much to do and could definitely handle some walks or check ins. Big animal lover and empath here who will care for your pet like it is my own I can promise that. I have always been more empathetic toward animals honestly than humans.

“I am giving Rover.Com & Lisa 10+ STARS. Lisa loves animals. Our dog, Winston, had a good time with Scout (Lisa's puppy). They had a blast together. Winston is a Portuguese Water Dog (55 lbs) and loves people & other dogs. Winston stayed at Lisa's place, not at our home, because we were having our daughter's wedding in a destination place. Our home was far away, and we wanted Winston to go on the 5 hour drive with us and stay near by the wedding site. So, I went on Rover and asked to locate someone in Carpinteria. I found Lisa from Rover.Com living just up the road from the wedding site. Lisa took Winston and Scout to the beach, the park, everywhere and I do not think they were ever bored. Winston had a great time. Lisa always sent photos, and she always responded immediately if you text her. Our beach house rental did not allow pets, so Lisa was my rescue. Winston was just 8 minutes away from where we were staying. It was perfect. Breathtaking surroundings where Winston stayed. Winston and I thank you so very much. You made myself and my family feel comfortable leaving Winston with you while we were busy planning the wedding. You are the BEST. - nancy-”

About: I love all animals, but I have a special place in my heart for dogs. I have been petsitting and walking dogs for over 10 years. As well as on going three years experience working at a Veterinary Hospital. I believe that it is important to take each dog's individual personality and preferences into account when caring for them. I enjoy any kind of interaction I can get! I have a 10 year old Yorkie at home who loves to play fetch and goes wild with the word "walk". He provides me with lots of cuddling and laughs. My goal for every pet is to make them feel loved, cared, and appreciated for! I am currently working part time, so i'll have plenty of time playing with your pups! My hours are very flexible and I am easy to contact just shoot me a message. I am always aware of pets getting out so I make sure leashes are on and gates are closed before letting pets out of the house.

I would be honored to love on your little family member when you need! I am typically available early in the morning before work and then after 4pm, depending on the day. Somewhat flexible schedule pertaining to days needed. I am mindful to read all instructions left by owners. Depending on desires of the owner, I am happy to walk, play with, or just keep your little baby company!

About: I have grown up with pets of all sizes and temperaments my entire life. From dogs to horses to livestock, I am very calm around new animals, even if they may be a bit anxious with new people, pets, and places. I do have my own rescue pup, Río, who loves to get outside for adventures, loves other animals, and loves to be by my side whenever possible. Whether you are in need of pet sitting, exercising, a dog daycation, and/or housesitting with your beloved pet(s), my first choice is always to have Río come along so long as that is something with which you and your pet(s) will be comfortable and enjoy. I grew up on the Central Coast and love to be outdoors and adventuring whether through hikes, long walks, eating out on pet dates at the amazing restaurants nearby, trips to the off leash beaches, or more. If that’s not your pet(s)’ speed and/or favorite things, I am also very into cozying up with them on the sofa or whatever activities may be their favorites as well. If you are in need of care for your horses or livestock, whether while looking for a house sitter or other times, I have a lifetime of experience with horses and am very able to feed, muck, hotwalk, etc. while house sitting or on a drop-in basis. I have not been riding much since returning back to the Central Coast from SF but pending the temperament and experience level necessary, after learning to ride horses much around the same time I was learning to walk, I am always open for an easy ride if needed for your horse(s) as well. Just message me and we can discuss further! Please note, if you foresee last-minute requests for daycare, check-ins, and/or dog walking being necessary in the future, please reach out to schedule a formal meet and greet anytime in advance so we may know that the pups are a good match prior to any late bookings becoming necessary. For my safety and the safety of my dogs and yours, I will not accept last-minute check-ins or dog walking requests without this meet and greet completed. Río and I always make sure to take time to get outside to exercise, take potty breaks on grass, and explore daily with an hour-2.5+ hours hike in the mornings and an hour long walk/run after work. Río and I are ideally a package deal so any dog(s), cat(s), and/or whatever pet(s) you are in need of caring for and giving some love to, please advise if they are dog-friendly and enjoy a workout but also love a good lounge throughout the day. For potty breaks and a bit of engagement during the work day, I have a privately fenced yard to pop outside for some sunshine and ball play any time throughout the day and night.

Work with me and you’ll never worry about the quality of your dogs care again. My full time job is an entrepreneurial one. As far as work goes I am flexible and able to come and go as I please. I won’t take offers if I’m not able to be present with your pet. I’ve worked with a variety of dogs. Those that are calm, aggressive, nervous etc. Throughout my years of care i’ve adopted different strategies for different dogs and I’ve proven desirable outcomes. I won’t do anything myself or the owner would not be comfortable with and I follow instructions and preferences diligently. If I assume care in your home I always respect the dog and space as if it was my own. A high standard at that.
