About: I've volunteered at the Santa Barbra County Animal Shelter for the last 2 years and worked at The little Dog House as an assistant for 2 years, I've also helped look after my neighbors cats and dog for over a year now. I'm currently attending college part time, so I will have plenty of time to spend with your precious little friend. I am looking forward to helping you care for your furry friend! I have a fenced yard and a Labradoodle of my own to help your furry friend feel right at home. There is plenty of walking areas around to get fresh air.

About: I am on Rover to be able to serve my community in the form of pet-care! Pets are such an integral and special part of our lives and owners deserve to know their pets will be well taken care of. I grew up with cats but I love dogs equally. I would be honored to love on your little family member when you need! I am typically available early in the morning before work and then after 4pm, depending on the day. Somewhat flexible schedule pertaining to days needed. I am mindful to read all instructions left by owners. Depending on desires of the owner, I am happy to walk, play with, or just keep your little baby company!

About: I’ve done a lot of dog walking for my neighbors when I was in highschool for money because everyone knew I loved dogs and would do it. I’ve never done this professionally before but I have a dog and almost all dogs can sense my love for them and typically love me. I’m very active and can walk for hours so I can do walks of any length necessary. I have a lot of time in between classes and on the weekends where I don’t have much to do and could definitely handle some walks or check ins. Big animal lover and empath here who will care for your pet like it is my own I can promise that. I have always been more empathetic toward animals honestly than humans.

About: It’s so important to give the kind of trust, communication, and care possible when taking care of someone’s pets or home. When someone lets you into their personal life by letting you and taking care of their animals and home, that is a very special and important thing that resonates with someone. And I’ve always been a firm believer that proof never stops proving. And continuously proving to someone that they can trust you in all walks of life is key. I have flown out to Colorado on a couple vacations to take home and pet sit for someone. That’s the kind of trust others have in me, and the values that I hold true to. From taking care of dogs, cats, turtles, birds, horses, and even lamas, in the end they are living breathing beings that deserve the proper respect and care that one can give to them. I spent two years working online for Takis Shelter, which is an animal shelter located on the Greek island of Crete. I very much recommend checking out their shelter’s videos on Facebook and YouTube to see what they do. I’m definitely proud to have been a part of their operation. Over the years, I have also watched over people‘s properties. Like an on-call property manager. So if someone is out of town or they need something done right away, they know they can confide in me to get the job done. In addition to pet sitting and home care, I have also done babysitting over the years as well. Every day I help take care of my mom‘s dog. I also provide any help that my friend needs for me for her cats and when she is at work. When it comes down to taking care of someone’s pets, I always wants to know how they do things in particular. Because routine can be important for an animal, especially when it comes down to an eating and walking schedule. Having a clean environment for both dogs and cats is very important too so I always make sure to make their environment as healthy , comfortable, and stress free as possible.

Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and what started as a hobby has grown into my true passion. I bring a well-rounded background to pet care and training. I’ve worked as a vet tech and as a dog trainer’s assistant, giving me valuable hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments. I also have some experience in dog agility training, which I love incorporating for fun and exercise when appropriate. My approach to training and care is rooted in positive reinforcement—building trust, respect, and clear communication with every dog. Most of the time I work from home, I do drive around some days and when I am caring for dogs I try to incorporate car rides, physical and mental activity to keep them happy, healthy and to provide a positive experience. They get constant walks, the dog park is a couple blocks away from my house and I do take advantage of that to make sure they get their daily physical and mental estimulation.

About: I've had pets all my life, including right now. I'm comfortable around different breeds, sizes and temperaments. I have dog sat on the side for a family i worked for so I'm familiar managing routines, walks, feeding schedules and keeping pets happy while owners are away. Im especially comfortable with medication management for dogs and cats and can carefully administer medications if needed. I'm currently working Tues through Friday. Im also currently in college. I currently only have a morning Monday class and the rest are online When caring for pets in a clients home, I prioritize keeping their routine as normal as possible so they feel comfortable and secure. Making sure gates and doors are secure before letting pets outside is also very important.

About: I’m a lifelong pet owner and love all animals—big and small! I recently moved to Santa Barbara for work and am excited to start petsitting here. For over ten years, I’ve been caring for other people’s pets, always making sure their pets are treated with lots of love. I have worked with animals of all ages from puppies to older animals, even have put on doggy diapers! I have also worked with animals with different behavioral problems or those that have medications. I love all animals and also have experience with cats, guinea pigs, and rabbits. About: I raised a beagle puppy when I was in highschool and it was the most rewarding (sometimes insufferable) experience! I have always been the one to call when my friends go on trips and need someone to watch their pets. I have walked all kinds of dogs for friends family and neighbors throughout my life. Anyone who knows me knows nothing makes me happier than being around animals! As of right now I have most of the time in the afternoons and at night for walking or sitting. If I need to come by early in the morning to feed I am willing to as well! I trained my own dog to sleep in the crate and therefore can take care of that with your pet! I love to walk and would be happy to play outside with them whenever I can.
