About: I’ve owned and cared for pets over the course of my entire life. Dogs are my love and bring such joy into my world. I have always had a natural born connection that cannot really be explained. It’s a magnetism and I’m drawn to them as much as they are to me :). I have a deep understanding and knowledge of a variety of health issues that dogs commonly have including bone, joint, heart, GI issues and dietary restrictions. I’ve experienced quite a bit over the course of my life personally caring for dogs with these issues including blindness & deafness, injuries. I’m mature enough and a mom myself to confidently say that your family would be treated as my own would. I have also cared for and owned a variety of birds, fish, reptiles, bunnies, guinea pigs, chinchilla and then some! ;). Your animals would be loved as my own! Happy to do overnight care on somewhat short notice as well. Live in the Mission canyon area and have a gated yard with space for sun bathing and potty breaks/lizard chasing ;). Reliable car, DL, Insurance etc. - open to running errands, helping around the house (can discuss rate). My schedule is flexible and I’m available for boarding as well overnight with a little notice ahead of time. No problem with house sitting I have a gated yard and no pets. Nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors with dogs that enjoy each other. Local trails close by and the Riviera Theater close and other nice doggy friendly locations!

About: I have been around animals my entire life and have many years of experience caring for my own pets. I am new to caring for pets professionally, but I am responsible, patient, and attentive. I understand the importance of following feeding schedules, providing fresh water, keeping pets’ spaces clean, giving them attention, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I currently have two cats of my own, Ben and Jerry, who are part of my family. I work full-time during the week, so I am most available in the evenings, on weekends, and on my days off. On workdays, I can provide feeding, walks, playtime, and attention before and after my shift. Before accepting a booking, I will confirm the pet’s routine and make sure my schedule is a good fit for their needs. I live in a clean apartment with my two cats, Ben and Jerry. For everyone’s safety and comfort, I only host one small, cat-friendly dog at a time and require a meet and greet before booking. I follow the owner’s care instructions carefully, keep doors and windows secure, use a leash outside, and provide regular photo and message updates. Pets will have a safe space where they can relax, and I can keep them separated from my cats when needed.

I, at no time makes the determination to change any of these things without having talked to the pet owner beforehand and gotten their permission to do so. • I am communicative about matters relating to the pets in my care and the homes they have been entrusted to manage and maintain while the homeowner is away. Any issues are communicated immediately to the homeowner to determine the best way to proceed. • I do my best to respond promptly to any text messages from clients.

“Excellent care! Would highly recommend Damian. We have a boxer with degenerative myopathy who struggles with her back end. He did drop in visits helping her with potty breaks and keeping her company. She got comfortable with him pretty quick and he did a wonderful job. He even helped out when our stay at home person had a medical emergency. I felt like I had someone I could trust while we were away.”

About: Ever since I was little i’ve always had family pets and constant foster puppies. From this experience i’ve learned plenty on how to approach an animal in a safe loving open way, and even as far as bottle feeding , correct diet, a little bit of simple training, and walking experience. I can guarantee you your animals are safe in my care, if not over-loved. I work a part time job at petco on weekends and weekdays. I occasionally volunteer with pets on weekends depending on my open availability. I also am a college student and have classes only in the mornings Tues-Thursday, only ever as long as 4 hours total. Other than class and work I am open and flexible to you and your schedule/convenience. Growing up with cats and dogs really opened me up and got me very comfortable with all and every animals. I’ve learned very important aspects as when and what an animal needs and why. I am here to follow your instructions and any specific details in terms of care you may need/request and have no problem conforming to whatever task may be asked of me. I can assure you I am more than capable of any animal big, small, energetic, played-back, or even sometimes mischievous. I personally like to think it’s easier for me to connect with animals then it may be with humans, which can guarantee you I am here for none other than the safety and care of your pet(s).

About: Hi there! I've been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. My parents weren't able to be the primary caregivers for our family dog and I was thrilled to take the lead anyway. I would feed, walk, bathe, and groom our first dog and I've never been without a dog in the past three decades. Now today I have an active 10 year old Chihuahua/Pomeranian named Tommy and a 15 year old Pomeranian named Stella, so I'm especially comfortable with small breeds and senior dogs who need a slower pace or just more patience in general. But I'm just as happy with dogs of most sizes and energy levels. I also have experience with administering medication of all types - liquid, pills, and eye drops. My schedule is flexible because I'm self employed. I can work around early mornings, midday drop ins, evenings, or last minute requests. Every walk and visit comes with an update and pics. I know how reassuring it is to get these things when someone else is caring for your sweet pup. I treat every dog the way I'd want my own treated: on time, attentive and loving, and never rushed. I look forward to meeting your pup(s) and giving you the help you need! My schedule is super flexible. I'm self employed, married no kids, and usually up by 8 am most days although I can plan to be up earlier when needed. All this said to assure you I have ample time to walk and play with your pups, and no distractions that would divert my attention either. I'm pretty active and regularly go on runs and hikes in addition to regular walks with my own pups. I can keep up with your pups, no problem. As for drop ins, I'm respectful of personal space and you can trust me to be in your home. Please share anything specific your pups needs or may want during a visit and I'll be happy to help (within reason of course).

About: I am studying biology at UC Santa Barbara with a goal of pursuing a career in Veterinary Medicine. I have adored animals for as long as I can remember, with countless experiences caring for and rescuing cats and dogs. My passion- not only for pet happiness & wellbeing, but also the safety and health of animals, will hopefully make me a perfect match for you and your pet! I am currently a university student with a pretty flexible schedule & long gaps between classes so that I can watch your pets! I do not have many classes Thursday-Friday and am available during weekends for check-ins or overnight visits. I love to get to know your animals, and I enjoy being there to keep them company while you are away! I will always make sure your pet is safe and happy, whether they want to play, run around, cuddle, go on walks, or just hang out.

About: I’ve had animals in my life since I was born. I’ve had bunnies and cats and fish and dogs and birds. I’ve learned great ways to meet each of these animals with gentle and respectful care. I primarily work Monday-Wednesday 11am-8pm. I’m much more available in the evenings and weekends to take care of beloved pets. Pet walks would be most accessible on Thursdays-Sundays. I do not offer pet care in my home, I don’t have pets because I live in a very tiny apartment and know that’s not conducive for their wellbeing. In my client’s home, I show the utmost respect and care for their items, animal care needs and I triple check that I leave everything clean and locked.
