I’m a full-time working professional with a very flexible schedule that will allow me to drop in during the day or work from home if an all day shift is needed. Depending on my schedule I may be available for short notice requests and I don’t mind same day cancellation as long as there is no travel involved. I try to treat pets like family, giving them attention, patience, and care so they feel safe and comfortable. Every animal is different, so I adjust to their personality. Whether that is lots of playtime, quiet companionship, or giving them space when they need it. Animals are very intuitive, and I’ve found that bringing calm, loving energy helps them open up and feel at ease. I always pay attention to their body language to make sure they’re happy and well cared for.
About: I’m a lifelong pet owner and love all animals—big and small! I recently moved to Santa Barbara for work and am excited to start petsitting here. For over ten years, I’ve been caring for other people’s pets, always making sure their pets are treated with lots of love. I have worked with animals of all ages from puppies to older animals, even have put on doggy diapers! I have also worked with animals with different behavioral problems or those that have medications. I love all animals and also have experience with cats, guinea pigs, and rabbits. I am happy to keep your animal with whatever routine they have to make them as comfortable as possible. One of my favorite parts of Santa Barbara is all of the trails and would love to take your pup on some adventures (with your approval of course). I have my own australian cattle dog if you’d want your pup to have a play date. Otherwise lots of walks if that’s something that your pup is interested in too! I’ll be sure to treat your special pets with lots of love when you’re away! :) I recently moved to Goleta to start a job at a nonprofit. I work from home two days a week and can let your dog out at lunch as needed. I prioritize making your pet feels comfortable when you’re away and I hope to keep their routine as best as I can. I also respect anything that you wish me to follow. I’m also happy to help water plants or take out the trash when watching your pet.

I have a deep care for dogs and believe giving them the absolute best life while they are with us is the only way to engage with them. I have a knack for training, it somewhat comes natural to me and I have the patience for it. Im happy to work with your dog to either reinforce or teach commands/tricks. Recently, I left my corporate job. I am taking time off to assess my next career move. Which means I have wide open flexibility and need to take walks to keep thinking. What a better way to do that than to have a walking companion! I do not have pets which means all of my attention goes to yours! There are two couches, a bed and a patio for your babe to enjoy.
