About: I bring almost a decade of pet care across several different professional facilities. Whether a puppy, unruly, shy, or elderly I've dealt with it all! I've managed chaotic play yards but I love forming strong one-on-one bonds with all furry creatures- I was many a pup's favorite in the yards, especially the ones who were less confident. I am currently open and flexible in order to accomdate a variety of client schedules. Whether you need a regular walker or weekend drop ins I'm your girl! The safety and well being of your dog is always my priority! I have my own rescue dog who came with a few behavioral quirks and have worked with him extensivley to be an upstanding citizen as well as manage his behaviors in general.

About: I was a collegiate swimmer at USC and am super active and love the beach and hiking! I currently have a part-time job in marketing for wine businesses and I’m looking to spend more time outside dog walking. I’ve had a blue heeler and cockapoo in the past and love animals. My schedule is super flexible, I work from home and can drop in to walk or watch your pup at anytime. I can provide references as well. I am currently free most of the day and work part time from home. I’m looking to go on more walks during the day with a fur baby. My schedule is flexible! I’m unable to take care of dogs from my home at the moment, but I can bring my laptop to your home if needed!

About: I've cared for and lived with dogs of different sizes, ages, and energy levels. I currently own a 5 y/o small dog, Olive, who I regularly go on hikes and do agility training with. I'm highly organized, patient, and detailed-oriented. For every walk and visit, I always take thorough, precise notes to ensure the pups are comfortable, safe, and having an enjoyable time with me. While I love spoiling other people's dogs, I always ask for explicit permission before introducing new treats, routes, or activities. I'm particularly experienced with shy, anxious, and rescue dogs. Because I'm naturally quiet and calm, sensitive dogs tend to feel safe and warm up to me quickly. I am a PhD student in Communication currently writing my dissertation. I work entirely from home with a flexible schedule. I set my own working hours every day, and I can easily make time for walks or visits to meet your needs. I focus on creating a safe, structured, and emotionally consistent space to build trust and respect with the pets I care for. To me, it's important to treat other people's pet the way I want my pet to be treated, and to recognize that each pet is a unique individual. Generally, I maintain your exact routine for feeding, playtime, and walks. That said, every pet has distinct needs. Beyond just strictly sticking to plans, I always monitor their body language and behaviors to make sure they are comfortable, communicating with you to make adjustments along the way.

About: I can't remember a time without a furry (or occasionally aloof, whiskered) friend by my side. I literally came home from the hospital to a wagging tail — my family's dog was my first welcome committee, and honestly, it's been downhill ever since. In the best way. I've shared my home with cats who ran the place like tiny CEOs, and two dogs who kept me on my toes and taught me more about patience than any human ever has. About: I have a lot of love and experience with animals! My family has always loved animals, and I’ve grown up having multiple dogs throughout my life. I’m very comfortable caring for dogs of different personalities and love spending time playing with them, giving them attention, and taking them on walks. I’m a student at SBCC and currently only have classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, so I have plenty of free time on the other days to care for your pup! About: Dogs have been a big part of my life. From chihuahuas to border collies to huskies and German Shepards/ Belgium Malinois - I’ve been around them all. I had my chihuahua for 14 years and went through all the stages with him. I was the family and neighborhood dog/cat and house sitter until I moved away for college. I’m a recent college graduate who just moved back to SB and am looking for some enjoyable work while I sort out my gap years. I love all animals and know I would love hanging out with your pet! I swear pets understand what we are saying and some even know how to communicate if you read them well enough. I will give your pet the attention they need and provide the appropriate care. I’ve cared for sick pets that need someone to go the extra mile and have no problem doing it.

About: I’ve owned and cared for pets over the course of my entire life. Dogs are my love and bring such joy into my world. I have always had a natural born connection that cannot really be explained. It’s a magnetism and I’m drawn to them as much as they are to me :). I have a deep understanding and knowledge of a variety of health issues that dogs commonly have including bone, joint, heart, GI issues and dietary restrictions. I’ve experienced quite a bit over the course of my life personally caring for dogs with these issues including blindness & deafness, injuries. I’m mature enough and a mom myself to confidently say that your family would be treated as my own would. I have also cared for and owned a variety of birds, fish, reptiles, bunnies, guinea pigs, chinchilla and then some! ;). Your animals would be loved as my own! Happy to do overnight care on somewhat short notice as well. Live in the Mission canyon area and have a gated yard with space for sun bathing and potty breaks/lizard chasing ;). Reliable car, DL, Insurance etc. - open to running errands, helping around the house (can discuss rate). My schedule is flexible and I’m available for boarding as well overnight with a little notice ahead of time. No problem with house sitting I have a gated yard and no pets. Nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors with dogs that enjoy each other. Local trails close by and the Riviera Theater close and other nice doggy friendly locations!

From looking after my own dogs (ranging from various breeds; big and small), I have also taken care of others furry friends. I am quite comfortable with various breeds and temperaments. I currently work Monday-Friday 9-5, sometimes 8-4. I am available on weekends at anytime and weekdays after 4/5pm or before 8/9am. I’m hoping I can help someone out during their busy day, and care for their furry friends and also to make my work days a lot brighter! At home my dog has a big yard that has a fence around it. Lots of room for activity! In a client’s home I know it’s important to maintain awareness of safety protocols, keeping door and windows closed if need be. Building trust with clients and their pets is also very important and I am always open to meeting with the dogs beforehand to help them feel more comfortable!
