Brad and Carolyn were so great with our dog, Marlo. They were very responsive and communicative, so nice to him during his stay, and just seem like they provide a great home. He even got a big, long walk.
Bradley was incredible with Rudy. Rudy definitely takes a second to warm up to new people, but Bradley was patient, calm, and kept me updated the entire time, which gave me a ton of peace of mind. Within about 12 hours, Rudy fully trusted him and settled in so comfortably. Honestly, when I picked Rudy up, I don’t even think he was that excited to leave 😂 You could tell they built a real bond. Bradley was giving him forehead kisses goodbye when I picked him up, and as a dog owner you can tell when someone genuinely cares about your dog versus just watching them. I was joking at the time, but I may actually have to keep driving from LA to Santa Barbara every time I leave town just so Rudy and Bradley can hang out again lol. Could not recommend him more highly.
Very kind and gentle with our fur baby! They were also flexible on the drop off and pick up time. They live right by the beach and whale watching tour pier. We will hire them again when we come back to Santa Barbara!
Brad and Carolyn took great care of Annabel for a week. She is a cautious, nervous dog but she was clearly very comfortable with Brad and Carolyn. She will be back!
My five year-old Pug Simon had the best time ever with Bradley and Carolyn. I’m starting to think my dog didn’t wanna come home after mommy’s vacation. My dog enjoyed long walks a pup cup tons of cuddles and love. I would highly recommend them to take care of any animal. I absolutely will use them again on my next travels. This experience was a 10 out of 10.
Chica was a very happy dog while staying with Bradley and Carolyn. And we were very relaxed on our week away knowing that she was in great hands. Both Carolyn and Bradley showed how much they really care for dogs and we knew they were the best step parents (aka dog sitters) for our Chica.

Schedule
Pet care is part of our daily rhythm, so your dog will never feel alone or “fit in” around a busy schedule. Carolyn works from home, and is with your pet throughout the day for companionship, potty breaks, playtime, and calm supervision. Brad comes home for lunch and is with us again in the evenings, so your dog gets extra attention and affection every day. We follow your instructions closely, including regular walks, feeding routines, and any special care needs. On weekends, we love spending time outdoors and enjoying gentle nature outings (always based on your comfort level and your dog’s energy). Our goal is a safe, loving, family-style environment where your pet feels secure and truly cared for.

Safety, trust, and a calm environment are at the heart of how we care for every pet. We live in a clean, quiet, free-standing home with a securely fenced yard, with grass and fruit trees, perfect for safe outdoor time and fresh air. We pay close attention to each pet’s cues for basic needs: potty breaks, comfort, rest, and play and we follow your instructions closely, including walk schedules, feeding routines, and any special care needs. Whether caring for pets in our home or yours, we aim to create a peaceful, loving setting where your dog feels secure, respected, and truly at ease.
A typical day
We’re lucky to live close to the beach and large grassy walking areas, so outdoor time is a big part of the fun. Activities include neighborhood sniff-walks, longer nature walks, and playtime like fetch with a ball or stick. We also enjoy gentle enrichment activities,helping dogs explore new scents and environments at their own pace. Our goal is always to keep pets happy, engaged, and relaxed while they’re with us.
