About: My wife and I are lifelong animal owners and lovers - large breeds and small or with fur, scales, hooves, or feathers. She works from home and is a certified dog trainer and I'm the manager of a local veterinary hospital. Together, we offer a uniquely loving, experienced, and structured environment for pets of any size or special needs. Pets in our care are spoiled with snuggles and lots of love, treats (when permitted by their owners) and rarely spend time out of our sight. Long walks and playtime with our cattle dog and chihuahua wear out most dogs in no time. Unless specifically requested by their owners, dogs in our care are never crated for extended periods or locked inside without access to a fenced patio. Schedule: We offer an open, flexible schedule for clients with pets of all kinds, including continuous care for pets with separation anxiety or complex health needs. Having someone that works from home allows all the time in the world for our pups and our visiting guests to be pampered, offering customized care for their unique needs. We treat drop-in visits like we would our own home, bringing in packages and ensuring everyone is happy and healthy before departing. Pets in our care are given extensive mental enrichment and physical exercise, with photos sent each visit to pet parents to ease any concerns and keep you informed about what your beloved furry family member is up to each day.

About: I am hyper-attuned to your dog's needs ensuring your pets sense of trust and well-being is secure. Showing up and being present is my priority! I work primarily from home, and my schedule is flexible from the morning to early evening time, making it easy to schedule service times that work conveniently with your schedule and pet needs. Routines and consistency are important to ensuring a dog's sense of the world and trust because they can anticipate what to expect each day. With my own dogs, I wake up and take them for a jog first thing in every morning. The routine accompanied with the daily exercise makes for very happy, well-behaved and content dogs. I will bring that same perspective to your pet's life. Additionally, I am a long time Rover customer and when I was single and working 9-5, I relied heavily on my dog walker and sitter to show up daily, on time, in a loving, attentive way. For those of you who are away from your pets for long periods, please know that I understand the importance of being that consistent person in their life who shows up on time and meets their needs in your absence. Being a Rover walker and drop-in visitor is my way of giving back and saying thank you for all those who supported my pups for so many years!

About: I have had dogs my whole life, but truly love all pets! I started pet sitting when I was about 12 for my neighbor. Since moving from home, I have had various dog sitting and dog walking jobs. I love any type or size of pet, and would absolutely love to care for yours! I am unavailable Monday through Thursday form 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Any time outside of that block, I am happy to help! From my childhood home, my dogs have always have free-reign of the house and backyard. They tend to chose the backyard more when it's not too hot. In my current place of residence, I cannot board pets of any kind.

About: I've had dogs and many other pets my entire life- a boxer, pugs, Akita, Cairn, and a terrier mix with health issues, requiring extra care. I'm recently retired, so pet sitting will be my full time priority. I will devote all my care and attention to your pets, plants and garden. As an avid walker and hiker, I especially enjoy caring for dogs who love outdoor time and exercise. I also love being in nature, so pet sitting is a great fit-it allows me to care for animals while spending time outdoors. I no longer have pets of my own and truly miss the companionship they bring, which makes caring for animals especially rewarding to me. Spending time with pets feels grounding and joyful, and I genuinely value creating a calm, reassuring presence for them while their people are away

I’m comfortable handling energetic puppies as well as senior pets who need extra patience and care. I focus on creating a safe, stress-free environment so pets feel secure and happy while their owners are away. I am available to care for your pets on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays, Saturday and Sunday all day. Tuesday and Thursday I am available after 5:30pm. Your pet’s safety and well-being are my top priorities. I provide a clean, calm, and secure environment where pets can feel comfortable and relaxed. I carefully follow all care instructions, keep a close eye on behavior, and maintain a routine that matches what your pet is used to. You can trust that your pet will be treated with the same care and attention I would give my own.

About: I love all critters, large and small. I have two large dogs which I have both trained. They are incredibly well behaved, but I know how to give them space to be rambunctious and playful. It’s so important for pets to have a safe space to be themselves and show their beautiful, unique personalities. I know how to work with senior and leash-aggressive dogs. Kitties are wonderful with minds of their own. I give them attention when they want it, but distance if not. They are cats after all! I can take care of fish too, as I have a tank of them in addition to my dogs. My schedule is extremely flexible! I walk my dogs in the morning, but I can adjust my walk time as needed. For overnights, my husband will take care of our fur babies. I start off with an introduction to you and your pet. Treats are a great way to start off on the right paw! I ensure your pet feels safe and gets to know me. I am caring and loving, and I also know how to give space to your furry one when they need it.

“Ryan was a godsend! available all day last-minute on Thanksgiving when everyone else was booked or not accepting a solo-doggie who is not social and therefore needs one-on-one. Ryan was totally flexible, accommodating and very professional in regards to anticipating and prepping for all of Sadie's needs. i would highly recommend Ryan and will definitely call him again when next in Santa Barbara! Sadie had a wonderful 3 hour romp at one beach and later the same day another 90 mins at another beach! Needless to say a tired dog is a happy dog and she slept well that night after a full body massage for well-exercised muscles! Ryan is very caring and enthusiastic regarding animal care for cats and dogs as well as considerate, polite and accommodating towards me - yes, a self professed people-pleaser! Thank you Ryan!”
