They made her feel at home immediately - opening up a treasure trove of doggie toys and giving her a warm and cosy spot to chill out when she needed it. About: I grew up with cats and dogs. I did some cat sitting while I was in undergrad and would like to continue cat sitting. I’ve always been comfortable around animals and would love to help with your cat and dog sitting needs. I work during the day but I am available in the afternoons and on the weekends! If you need an afternoon walk, or a housesit while you are out of town for the weekend, I’m your gal! I love spending time with animals, it’s usually slow at first while you gain their trust but I’ve never met an animal I couldn’t get to warm up to me. About: I’ve taken care of medium-large dogs for the last 5 years. I’ve trained a puppy and feel very comfortable caring for them and know how important it is to get them out for their walks. I have 4 days off a week (varying days) that I’m very willing to spend time walking and visiting dogs. I enjoy runs myself so if the dogs are up for it we could go or just sit on the couch and relax. I can’t care for pets in my home as I only live in a studio, but I have lived in a house with a fenced in yard where dogs would go out. About: About 3 years ago, I moved to California specifically to live with a close friend who had just become a flight attendant to help take care of her two dogs and two cats while she was away for work. Since she traveled often, I became a big part of their everyday care… feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, keeping them company, and of course giving them lots of love. I even took them to a little trip with me to Joshua tree, which they enjoyed very much! One of her cats also had asthma, so I learned to be extra attentive to her needs and helped with taking her to vet appointments when needed. From my childhood home, my dogs have always have free-reign of the house and backyard. They tend to chose the backyard more when it's not too hot.
