About: I have worked as a veterinary assistant at an animal hospital that also administers emergency care. Because of this, I am very knowledgeable and experienced in medication administration, animal behavior, animal nutrition, emergency care, CPR, and all around animal care. I have owned many animals such as dogs, cats, chickens, a tortoise, and a bird. I also have been around many other animals as well having grown up in a small town with agriculture and having worked at a farm and a pet boarding facility. I have always loved animals and plan to become a veterinarian or RVT one day, caring for any and every animal I can. I am currently very free to spend time with your pet! I am available beginning around 9AM, possibly earlier if needed and discussed in more detail, until around 6PM, also flexible if discussed further. I am ready and excited to give your pets the best loving care throughout the day! In the client’s home, I can make at least 3 if not more daily check-ins and I will stay for at least 30 minutes during each check-in. Over the weekend, I generally am home unless I am running errands. I pay close attention to the pet’s needs and behavior to try to always make sure they are attended to and taken care of.

About: I worked for a family friend in their home pet sitting business. I fed, administered meds, walked, played and loved on lots of different breeds of dogs. I’m currently a stay at home mom. I have a pretty wide open schedule at the moment. For now I’m leaving it wide open to see if there’s anything I don’t want to work and then can make changes from there, I’m flexible on times and days. I have an enclosed deck and a fenced in yard with grass and gravel. Plenty of room for the dogs to run around and enjoy some sunshine or some shade from our large oak tree.

About: I’ve been taking care of cats and dogs since I was a kid. I also have been fostering cats and dogs for the past decade. I’ve taken care of animals with disabilities, seniors, and puppies / kittens :) I’m a photographer so my schedule is pretty free. Most days I am at home working on the computer, which makes it easy to spend time with your pups :) I’m a very loving pet sitter. I know basic training and will take them on really fun walks. They will also get all the cuddles!

About: I’ve taken care of medium-large dogs for the last 5 years. I’ve trained a puppy and feel very comfortable caring for them and know how important it is to get them out for their walks. I have 4 days off a week (varying days) that I’m very willing to spend time walking and visiting dogs. I enjoy runs myself so if the dogs are up for it we could go or just sit on the couch and relax. I can’t care for pets in my home as I only live in a studio, but I have lived in a house with a fenced in yard where dogs would go out. About: I’ve been taking care of animals my entire life. I have a lot of experience with big dogs & I have a pitbull. I know very well how to handle dogs who pull or can be aggressive on walks. I fostered for 3 years with SBCAS & have cared for elderly dogs, dogs with severe injuries, and other serious medical issues. I’ve also taken care of plenty of other animals including cats, rodents, & reptiles. I am trained to handle & administer medical care for cats & dogs by the Ojai Humane Society I work evenings & weekends so I’m free all day to take care of your animals while you’re at the office or out of town. Happy to take your dog on a long walk or hike. I have a high energy dog so I’m used to doing a lot of playing & running if that’s something your dog requires.

About: I've walked, and taken care of my dog for eight years. What ive learned from taking care of my dog is learning how to take care of a dog with anxiety. This can be said for my brothers dog as well, as he also has anxiety, and Ive tooken care and walked him frequently. I'm very detail orientated with dogs, so that they feel comfortable and happy. So ify they need some kind of specific care, I will make it a priority. Im currently just going to Santa Barbara City College. I have college on Mondaya, Thursdays, asn Fridays from 10 to 3. Every other day is free, and evenings are free as well on college days. I live in a neighborhood with a huge community shared front yard. Very dog friendly. And live close to alot of fun locations for dogs to be walked in. Such as a huge park, and a beach right next to it, all walking distance from where I live.

I plan my day around feeding, walks, playtime, and quiet time, and I’m always mindful of sticking to a pet’s normal schedule so they feel comfortable and secure. About: Hello, my name is Chantal and I have always had a love for dogs and animals as a whole. As a kid I was raised in a home where we never once went without a dog in the home, so you could say I have a lifetime of experience with dogs. And as a fellow doggie parent I understand that the comfort of dogs always comes first. Though I don’t have career experience with pets, I have done dog sitting in the past for family friends which included a wide variety of breeds and different temperaments. Although I don’t have professional experience with dogs, I hope to give all dogs the same level of love and care that I have since I was a child. I currently work part-time in the evenings, which means I have most of the day to take care of my pets needs, including walks, feeding etc. As a dog walker I would love to offer that time to help take care of someone else’s pets needs for some good exercise and comfort. I currently live in a two bedroom apt with a balcony, but no backyard, so I always make sure to walk my own pets in a timely manner so they can have their potty breaks comfortably. I have access to a vehicle so I would apply this to any dog I visit to walk them, regardless of wether that live in an apartment, or a big house with a backyard.

About: I’m good with dogs. I’m also very patient and interactive with them. No longer have my own but I’ll treat your doggie like my own. I’m am currently working nights during the week so I have time in the morning for some walks or some hikes. Weekends schedule always changes. Previously I’ve dog sat and at the same time house sat while clients were out of town. I’m very cautious and trustworthy as well very vigilant of my surroundings.

About: I've had dogs and many other pets my entire life- a boxer, pugs, Akita, Cairn, and a terrier mix with health issues, requiring extra care. I'm recently retired, so pet sitting will be my full time priority. I will devote all my care and attention to your pets, plants and garden. About: I've been a pet-owner since I became an adult, also growing up with pets as a child. My first pet as an adult was my cat, Carpet, who I acquired in the aftermath of the 1994 earthquake. Carpet lived with me for 20 years. During that time my cat, Rocky (aka Rocky Raccoon), joined us as a kitten. And when my neighbors’ dog Roxy needed a home due to her adoptive dad's ill health, I took her in. I adopted Roxy, my Staffordshire Terrier, when she was about 5 years old. I took great initiative to make sure she and the cats got along. Carpet, being older, liked her own space, but after she passed, Roxy and Rocky became forever friends (much like Warner Brothers' Tom & Jerry)! Both Rocky and I were devastated when we lost Roxy in the summer of 2018 at 14 years old. Roxy had struggled with many health issues and had been losing the use of her hind legs for a couple of years prior to that dreaded day. Taking care of Roxy taught me patience and a strong will to match her own. I learned how to care for an invalid and still make her smile. I know the expectations of senior dog care. I know it's hard to leave your senior dog, or any dog, in the care of a new person, but I can assure you that your dog will receive love and attention tailored to his or her needs. For active dogs, we can take a stroll to the jetty or a walk along the beach...all steps from my home.... or play ball in the park or a nearby field...or my back yard which has a nice run! On July 7, 2025, my dear cat Rocky passed away at the age of 20 from Chronic Kidney Disease. I took very meticulous care of her after her diagnosis to help her live her best life while managing the disease. When she was gone, it was the first time in my adult life that I lived in a home without a pet. I have not been ready to get another pet of my own, but I so miss having them around. That’s why I have opened up my home and offered my services to other pet owners. I know how hard it is to find the right fit and a person you can trust. I hope to be the kind of sitter I would have wanted for my own pets. I would love to have the company of your companion while you are away and provide them with a nice vacation home. *Please note: i am happy to travel further for House Sitting bookings or have your pet come to me. Recently, I began working from home, so I am now offering my services as a sitter now that I can be available for the most part of the day and nights. Some days do require meetings or errands so in the event that comes up, we can discuss in advance how to handle. I can also bring your dog for a ride-along in these cases if possible and if they do well in cars. I live next to the beach and would love to take your pooch for a stroll or play some ball or even a swim if mom and dad allow it. I would be happy to day-sit for those working long hours and/or find some regular clients so I can build a relationship with your pet(s). I will strictly follow all rules given to me by pooch parents, as I know both pets and people have their quirks! I am open to watching more than one dog from the same home. I will never have another clients pets in my home when yours are booked to stay, unless and in case of an emergency and where I have your approval. Your pet(s) will have my undivided attention. I am the only human in my househould. On occasion, I will have a visitor. I have a doggy door in the house and dog beds for your dogs use, although, I may allow them up on the couch or in the bed with me if that's what they are allowed to do at home. I have tennis balls and chuck-its for playing, as well as some toys, but best of all, the beach is only one short block away! We can take a nice long walk on the sidewalks or on the beach. My home has faux wood flooring (more of a tile laminate) and an area carpet. I have a nice cement back yard about 12 by 80 feet long where your dog and I can play and/or sun bathe. Your pet would be by my side and taken for outings if they are up to it. If they are not up for outings, they will have access to a doggy door 24/7. For cat parents, I also have cat beds and kitty toys as well as a place to set your baby's own litter box so they can have the smells of their own home! (Due to owner's allergies, some litter products may need to be swapped. Most clumping litters are okay.)
