About: Having worked in dog and cat boarding and veterinary care, I am well acquainted with the specialized care and dedication that our domesticated friends require. I have worked with senior dogs, I am comfortable administering medication and following complex instructions, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with and providing quality care for animals. Additional Animals: I not only have years of experience working with domesticated dogs and cats, but I also possess a degree in Exotic Animal Training and Management and have worked with many species of birds, small mammals, and reptiles- including snakes and turtles. Other skills: I have experience with basic obedience training. I can provide stimulating and fun enrichment to occupy your pets. I am punctual, reliable, and honest. I am currently working part-time, so I am flexible to your needs. My availability is pretty open for home visits and walks during the day. Every pet family has their own routine, and I am fully capable of caring for your animals exactly as you prefer: preparing meals, companionship, walks, administering enrichment and/or medication, and potentially basic training.

About: I am hyper-attuned to your dog's needs ensuring your pets sense of trust and well-being is secure. Showing up and being present is my priority! I work primarily from home, and my schedule is flexible from the morning to early evening time, making it easy to schedule service times that work conveniently with your schedule and pet needs. Routines and consistency are important to ensuring a dog's sense of the world and trust because they can anticipate what to expect each day. With my own dogs, I wake up and take them for a jog first thing in every morning. The routine accompanied with the daily exercise makes for very happy, well-behaved and content dogs. I will bring that same perspective to your pet's life. Additionally, I am a long time Rover customer and when I was single and working 9-5, I relied heavily on my dog walker and sitter to show up daily, on time, in a loving, attentive way. For those of you who are away from your pets for long periods, please know that I understand the importance of being that consistent person in their life who shows up on time and meets their needs in your absence. Being a Rover walker and drop-in visitor is my way of giving back and saying thank you for all those who supported my pups for so many years!

About: i’ve lived with various kinds of animals since i was born, my first family dog was a 200lb mastiff, i have taken care of my sisters mastiff great dane st. bernard mix who is about 200lbs as well, i have four cats and two little dogs currently, i have also helped my siblings with pet sitting jobs and i have experience volunteering at an animal shelter. i care for animals very well and know how to handle big dogs, little dogs, puppies (kittens too of course) and even seniors. i’m currently looking for something part time while i look for a more permanent job, i have open availability on monday friday saturday and sunday! i have class from 3-6pm tuesday-thursday. my cats get the best care they could need, we have multiple litter boxes we clean everyday as well as feeding in morning and evening, we feed them treats sometimes and they have lots of toys to play with and enjoy going outside in the yard whenever they like, i take my cats on stroller walks occasionally because they like to get out of the house. i brush my cats fur and clean their eye boogers or any nose crusties they might have and i can do specific care if needed for a certain breed of cat. i have taken care of 4 Persian cats and my cat is a scottish fold.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals my entire life. I have a lot of experience with big dogs & I have a pitbull. I know very well how to handle dogs who pull or can be aggressive on walks. I fostered for 3 years with SBCAS & have cared for elderly dogs, dogs with severe injuries, and other serious medical issues. I’ve also taken care of plenty of other animals including cats, rodents, & reptiles. I am trained to handle & administer medical care for cats & dogs by the Ojai Humane Society I work evenings & weekends so I’m free all day to take care of your animals while you’re at the office or out of town. Happy to take your dog on a long walk or hike. I have a high energy dog so I’m used to doing a lot of playing & running if that’s something your dog requires.

About: I have always had and been around dogs since I was a child! I grew up with a labrador retriever, named Rikely, and a blue heeler pointer mix, named Inertia. I was the primary caregiver for both of them throughout my childhood, and I have long been the dog sitter for family and friends. I have also volunteered at my local animal shelter and have walked and cared for many different dog breeds, sizes, and with varying behavioral issues. I recently fostered a 3-year-old extremely nervous hound dog named Leo up until my parents adopted him, so I am also well experienced with anxious dogs and administering medication. I also spent two years as a dog walker at the local humane society near my college, and there I gained lots of experience with dogs of different sizes and behaviors. I am a young professional working remotely in Ventura! I am a dog and cat lover through and through and would love to care and love for your fur babies! I am extremely reliable and professional, and I am looking forward to providing care for your pets as if they were my own! I working full-time remote with a flexible schedule. I am available all throughout the day for drop-ins and walking! I am also available during the week and weekend to dog sit. Safety and building trust with your pet are my top priorities. I will be diligent in making sure I am always maintaining proper supervision while your dog is inside or outside the home. I am also a very strong supporter of positive based reinforcement and listening to your dog's body language. I will use the tools I have gathered from fostering a very nervous dog as well as working at the shelter to gain your dog's trust in an appropriate way!

About: I’ve had experience working at a dog daycare which came with lots of responsibilities including dog watching, bathing, cleaning, and feeding- including administering medications. I currently work at an animal shelter where I handle dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, weight, and breeds. Using balanced training methods, I can also offer light training (puppy teething/mouthing, basic cues, some leash manners, resource guarding, engage/disengage with reactive pups, social bridging with shy ones). I’ve also worked with deaf, blind, and tripod doggos! I currently work a full time job 4 days a week with Sunday/ Monday/ Tuesdays off. Not available the rest of the week since I work long hours. Full honesty and transparency is the way to go! Direct communication is best to achieving the best service without any miscommunications. I’m typically a quiet person, and can provide a calm environment for your pet!
