About: I’ve been taking care of animals my entire life. I have a lot of experience with big dogs & I have a pitbull. I know very well how to handle dogs who pull or can be aggressive on walks. I fostered for 3 years with SBCAS & have cared for elderly dogs, dogs with severe injuries, and other serious medical issues. I’ve also taken care of plenty of other animals including cats, rodents, & reptiles. I am trained to handle & administer medical care for cats & dogs by the Ojai Humane Society I work evenings & weekends so I’m free all day to take care of your animals while you’re at the office or out of town. Happy to take your dog on a long walk or hike. I have a high energy dog so I’m used to doing a lot of playing & running if that’s something your dog requires.

About: i’ve lived with various kinds of animals since i was born, my first family dog was a 200lb mastiff, i have taken care of my sisters mastiff great dane st. bernard mix who is about 200lbs as well, i have four cats and two little dogs currently, i have also helped my siblings with pet sitting jobs and i have experience volunteering at an animal shelter. i care for animals very well and know how to handle big dogs, little dogs, puppies (kittens too of course) and even seniors. i’m currently looking for something part time while i look for a more permanent job, i have open availability on monday friday saturday and sunday! i have class from 3-6pm tuesday-thursday. my cats get the best care they could need, we have multiple litter boxes we clean everyday as well as feeding in morning and evening, we feed them treats sometimes and they have lots of toys to play with and enjoy going outside in the yard whenever they like, i take my cats on stroller walks occasionally because they like to get out of the house. i brush my cats fur and clean their eye boogers or any nose crusties they might have and i can do specific care if needed for a certain breed of cat. i have taken care of 4 Persian cats and my cat is a scottish fold.

I work primarily from home, and my schedule is flexible from the morning to early evening time, making it easy to schedule service times that work conveniently with your schedule and pet needs. Routines and consistency are important to ensuring a dog's sense of the world and trust because they can anticipate what to expect each day. With my own dogs, I wake up and take them for a jog first thing in every morning. The routine accompanied with the daily exercise makes for very happy, well-behaved and content dogs. I will bring that same perspective to your pet's life. Additionally, I am a long time Rover customer and when I was single and working 9-5, I relied heavily on my dog walker and sitter to show up daily, on time, in a loving, attentive way. For those of you who are away from your pets for long periods, please know that I understand the importance of being that consistent person in their life who shows up on time and meets their needs in your absence. Being a Rover walker and drop-in visitor is my way of giving back and saying thank you for all those who supported my pups for so many years!

Way back when I was younger, I used to walk neighborhood dogs, which really taught me how to read different personalities and handle all kinds of energy levels. I know how much your dogs mean to you, and I’ll treat them with that exact same love, patience, and attention every single time Weekdays are wide open for me after 4:30 PM, and I'm fully available on weekends. Whether your pup needs a solid long walk to burn off some energy or just some reliable company, I'll fit right into their routine. Having had three dogs of my own for the past ten years, safety and patience come naturally to me. I'm completely used to reading dog body language, keeping them secure, and making sure they feel comfortable and safe every step of the way.

About: I have had dogs my whole life, but truly love all pets! I started pet sitting when I was about 12 for my neighbor. Since moving from home, I have had various dog sitting and dog walking jobs. I love any type or size of pet, and would absolutely love to care for yours! I am unavailable Monday through Thursday form 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Any time outside of that block, I am happy to help! From my childhood home, my dogs have always have free-reign of the house and backyard. They tend to chose the backyard more when it's not too hot. In my current place of residence, I cannot board pets of any kind.

About: About 3 years ago, I moved to California specifically to live with a close friend who had just become a flight attendant to help take care of her two dogs and two cats while she was away for work. Since she traveled often, I became a big part of their everyday care… feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, keeping them company, and of course giving them lots of love. I even took them to a little trip with me to Joshua tree, which they enjoyed very much! One of her cats also had asthma, so I learned to be extra attentive to her needs and helped with taking her to vet appointments when needed. I’ve also helped other friends with house sitting, dog walking, and caring for their pets while they were away or out of town. I genuinely love animals and know how important it is to have someone you trust taking care of your fur babies. I’ll always make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and get plenty of love and attention while you’re away 🤍🐾 I may be new to Rover, but caring for pets has been a big part of my life for the last few years, and I’d love to care for yours too! I do work full-time in the hotel industry as a front desk supervisor, and do 8-hour shifts. My schedule varies throughout the week, but I’m available before and after work, on my days off, and for drop-ins or walks. For house sitting, I’m happy to stay overnight and care for your fur baby before and after my shift. I’ll always be upfront about my schedule so we can make sure it’s the right fit for your pet! I know every fur baby has their own personality and routine, so I like to learn what makes them feel most comfortable before you leave. Whether that means a specific feeding schedule, their favorite walking route, extra playtime, or just having someone nearby to keep them company, I’m happy to follow their normal routine. I’m also very respectful of your home and will always make sure doors are locked, instructions are followed, and everything is left just as I found it. I’m happy to send pictures and little updates too, so you can enjoy your time away knowing your fur baby is doing well!

About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life. I grew up wanting to be a veterinarian but ended up being a nurse because I thought I would be too sad with sick animals. It wasn’t until I took care of my elderly dog Lucky that I realized I did have it in me to give sick animals that extra love and patience. I have experience with dogs, chickens, bunnies, horses, cows, and cats. I like cats but I’m allergic, sorry! Odds are if there’s a dog at a party I’m hanging out with the dog from the minute I get there up until it’s time to go. I love going for walks around different parts of the city to clear my mind from a stressful work week. Let me know if I can help care for your pup! I work 12 hour shifts 3 days a week and I’m usually free 4 days a week unless I pick up extra! The days that I work I start as early as 10am as late as 3pm so I can stop by before work if need be. Pets are family. I would treat your pup just as it was my own and give it the love, care, and attention they need. I know finding pet care can be difficult, but you also want someone trustworthy. I’ve been background checked to get my nursing license and have to behave very well to keep it. I would take this opportunity just as serious.

About: I have taken care of my family and friend’s dogs over the years. I work from home thus hang with my cats. I love taking pets on walks, playing with them, and showing them love. I’ve also lived with cats throughout my life. I currently have a cat that I’ve taught to sit and high five. I would take my late senior dog on walks in the morning, afternoons and evenings. I’m experienced with giving dogs/cats medication such as pills or liquids with syringes, if needed. I currently work from home so I have flexibility to play with your dog and take them out on walks, if house sitting. I can housesit on weekends especially and avalible during the week. I can do prolong stays at your home to take care of your pets or to check in on them. I can take care of your dog and/or cat.
