We have a one-year-old French Bulldog, Gigi, who would love a playful companion—that’s why we started offering boarding! We work from home with flexible schedules so your dog will get plenty of attention, care, and supervision. We have a secure, fenced backyard for safe outdoor time, and a clean, comfortable home where your dog can relax and feel at ease. We live close to a park and would love for your dog to join us on our daily evening walks. We have many years of experience as dog owners and understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. We’re a great fit for friendly dogs who enjoy playing and being around other dogs and children. We can only consider dogs that are non-aggressive and great with other dogs and children. We take daily evening walks around the neighborhood or to the nearby park.

Your dog will get to stay in a loving family home and will have full access to large fenced yard with plenty of sunshine, grass and shade. About: Hi! I'm Jessica and I would love to offer your dog a home away from home with lots of love and exercise! I have always been a huge animal lover. Not only have I had pets my whole life and worked for numerous families and friends caring for their pets, but I have professional experience caring for all types of animals. A few of the organizations that I have volunteered for are the Humane Society, Santa Barbara Zoo, and the Santa Barbara Marine Mammal Center. That being said, if you have a critter other than a dog or cat and need a sitter for them, I can help so please reach out and we can discuss! My home is a few miles from the beach and I take dog walks there often. We go on outings to nearby dog-friendly parks (Camino Real and Arroyo Verde are the favorites) and absolutely love to go hiking in our beautiful mountains, so you can be confident that your dog will get some quality outdoors time, whether they need a long walk or a good game of fetch! I am more than happy to take energetic pooches to off-leash parks if the owner and I both feel comfortable with the dog's recall and safety. Between outings, your dog will have the house and yard available as well as lots of attention from our family which includes myself, my husband, our 2 young kids, and our playful 30 lb dog, Sombra. There is plenty of room to run around! We have a backyard that is fully fenced as well as an open space of the living room with a box full of dog toys that always ends up being the puppy play area :) I guarantee your dog will love their time staying in a house with a yard and the beach and park close by. I will treat your pup like my own with lots of love and follow any specific guidelines you have for your pet regarding diet, leashes, exercise needs, training, preferred sleeping arrangements, allowed on furniture, etc. I will also send updates and photos during your dog’s stay. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I look forward to hearing from you and to meeting your pup! I work part-time from home so your dog will get a lot of attention and exercise. Walks and park visits are a daily part of my routine as are playing fetch in the backyard. On the weekends I like to to take the dogs on other adventures such as on hikes or to the beach. Our backyard has a 6ft tall fence and is fully secure. For dogs that feel more comfortable having a crate available inside the home for resting or sleeping, you can bring your own or we can provide one.
