About: I’ve been caring for animals my entire life. Growing up on a ranch, I helped raise and care for all kinds of animals including rabbits, cats, and dogs, learning hands-on responsibility and compassion from a young age. I bring decades of experience and have a special love for senior pets. Since 2011, I’ve rescued and cared for older dogs, giving them comfort, attention, and love in their final years. Two of my own cats lived to be 20, so I understand the dedication needed for long-term care. Whether it’s a playful puppy, a shy rescue, or a senior pet, I treat every animal like family. Friends and neighbors have trusted me for years to nurture, love, and care for their pets and I’d be honored to do the same for yours. He was in the county shelter for over a year before we adopted him and he can be very picky about who he likes. He’s a big boy and can be intimidating as well. Leanna and Julio were amazing!!!! They were so great with him he just loved them both. They came for a meet and greet and Cass almost immediately crawled in their laps. They have such good mellow energy and they definitely made him and us super comfortable. They sent us a ton of pictures over the weekend to give us updates too which was great as well. We will for sure be using them as our go to sitters from now on and cannot recommend them highly enough!”

About: Nothing matters more than the complete care of your furry friend. From booking to reviews, I promise to give my utmost attention to make sure your dear one is attended to. I am an independent contractor also working part time on commission, so my schedule is flexible enough to accommodate per care. This means plenty of time to commit to the care of your pet I pay very close attention to the pet’s comfort. If they are anxious, I will try everything possible go soothe them—from endless games of catch, to brushing, to sitting with them while they fall asleep.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life. I learned responsibility by having dogs all my life. The attachment and care I have for animals is tremendous. My heart is full because of them and it breaks when they’re hurting or sad. I take a lot of pride in the way I care for my own animals. I always put their needs first. I even took a remote job so I can spend more time with them. When my dog got sick I was constantly monitoring, medication handling, and I never put her health to the side. I act quickly. I also am very careful with who the dogs I take care of come in contact with. I can read dogs body language and will not force them to be in a situation they don’t like. Some dogs are friendly and some like their space. It is important for me to create space. It doesn’t matter if a dog is small and won’t hurt a fly, they can agitate a dog that can hurt them. I have even saved a yorkie from being attacked by a dog. This wasn’t under my care but I knew what to do and stepped in. I currently work remote. This means I can take out the pups for play and for a walk. I live right down the street from a park. And prioritize taking the pups out 2-3 times a day. Making sure they’re out for more than an hour. I have a small back yard and 3 friendly dogs. One old Shih Tzu, a heeler, and a yorkie. They love to play but love to protect their home so they will always be loud when someone is at the door.. I always treat the pups the same. I know how worried I am leaving my heeler behind so I know to take good care of new pups because I know they’re missing their parents too! As for someone else’s home. I do the same! Obviously respect the home but work in a schedule to accommodate what I need to get done but also create play, walk, or enrichment play.

About: I was born into a family with Saint Bernards, and over my lifetime have owned seven Saints plus an English Mastiff, a pittie mix, a cat, birds, fish, rodents, reptiles, and horses. I've been described by friends and family as a dog whisperer, and I can't help but make friends with any dog I see. I've been dogsitting for friends and family on the side for years now, doing overnight visits, extended stays, and drop-ins for potty, walks, and meals. I love cats and dogs of all sizes, but I've always had a soft spot for the giant breeds. I was a cross country runner and still live an active lifestyle, so long walks and runs are no problem. I can also do transportation to vet visits, doggy day care or walks at dog parks, etc. I'm looking forward to taking care of your furry family members! I am widely available for scheduling. I have a few steady clients with regular visits, but I can work with you and figure out the best schedule! As a lifelong animal owner, I understand the needs of many animals, as well as the feelings that owners have towards their furry friends. My initial clients were friends, but through the established trust and word of mouth recommendations, that list has grown. When doing overnight or extended stays, I will always bring in the mail, take out the trash, and perform any other household duties you may need. I've cared for sick dogs, handled emergency situations, and taken care of urine and other medical samples for my clients. Whatever you need, I can accommodate.

“Erin was so great with Wallace! She was flexible before booking to arrange a meet and greet, and I could tell Wallace instantly was at ease around her. We booked her to stay our our home with our pup for 10 days, and she was more than a perfect houseguest, on top of a great dog sitter. She was very communicative, sending updates and photos throughout our time away, and left the house extra clean for when we came home. We even had a delayed flight returning home, where we potentially were going to need to be gone another night, and Erin was more than willing to stay an extra night if we needed, and went back to our house once more to check on Wallace because of our delays. We will absolutely be booking Erin again!”

About: With 12 years managing a nonprofit animal rescue, I bring hands-on experience in both daily care and veterinary needs. While house sitting, I do work Thursday–Monday and am off Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I usually head out around 6:30–7am, but I have flexibility in my schedule and can sometimes work from home. About: I’ve been taking care of animals my entire life. I have a lot of experience with big dogs & I have a pitbull. I know very well how to handle dogs who pull or can be aggressive on walks. I fostered for 3 years with SBCAS & have cared for elderly dogs, dogs with severe injuries, and other serious medical issues. I’ve also taken care of plenty of other animals including cats, rodents, & reptiles. I am trained to handle & administer medical care for cats & dogs by the Ojai Humane Society I work evenings & weekends so I’m free all day to take care of your animals while you’re at the office or out of town. Happy to take your dog on a long walk or hike. I have a high energy dog so I’m used to doing a lot of playing & running if that’s something your dog requires.

About: I have had a pet since I was 8 years old. I had a cat growing up that lived until the age of 20, I had a small dog throughout my whole childhood and going into college, and now I have a cat of my own. I worked with a local humane society from high school until college. I took care of multiple cats & some dogs. I dog sit for my friends every opportunity I can. I am so comfortable with cats and dogs, and love them both equally. I’ve taken care of small dogs and huge dogs (Great Danes!) and I love how different every pet is! I treat every pet as if they were my own, & I take the responsibility of doing so very seriously. I genuinely enjoy taking care of animals. I have house & pet sat for multiple animals at a time. I used to pet sit my boss’s 5 small dogs for weekends at a time, sometimes a month! I also house/pet sat for my friends mom & dad for an entire summer (took care of their house and their 6 cats!) I am familiar and comfortable in situations with multiple pets. I have a full-time remote job that is very flexible and I essentially choose my work hours every day during the week, so I have the time to make for taking care of your pets! I have two cats at my home currently. My husband and I each have a cat that are best friends! I spoil them every single day & make sure they are getting plenty of attention. I prioritize them in my schedule. If I will be taking care of your pet inside your home, I will respect the instructions I need to follow to properly take care of your pet, and I would treat them like they were my own.
